Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Kiran and the staff. From the moment I sat down, she explained everything step by step in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. I usually get anxious at the dentist, but she really put me at ease and checked in throughout the appointment. She even offered breaks whenever I needed them, which made such a difference. Truly an outstanding dentist — highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Due to a car accident many years ago I lost my teeth! So dentures were the way then !It also means no dentist visits! But recently I found a lump on my gum, & something told me to go to this dentist why -? Just a strong feeling! When I saw the add I thought yes go! It was a wonderful experience though a bit scary! But thankfully i so well looked after with calming respect , I was immediately sent to a specialists after an X-ray! The news at my age was wonderful,all ok at this stage! I wish though I had teeth to need to go to such a clean , & lovely staffed clinic! Sincere and grateful thanks for your care and attention!

They did an excellent job on my teeth—thorough, gentle, and professional throughout the whole process. I felt completely at ease and really appreciated how they explained everything clearly. What impressed me even more was how wonderfully they treated my kids. It can be hard to find a dentist who’s truly great with children, but Dr kiran made them feel comfortable, safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-quality dental care for both adults and kids.

It was smooth sailing and she is anxious.Got her to close eyes so not see what they were doing. No issues. Very professional, very clean and lovely dental staff. Fantastic experience: I am (was) completely petrified of dentist's as I have had a few horrible experiences. Desperate need to see a dentist I had to go. Dr Karin Madaik and the nurses here are totally amazing. They have the most caring and calming affect on the patients and make us relax so much. Needing an extraction after the infection came down, I returned to have it done. She made completely sure that I could not feel a thing and before I knew it my broken tooth was out and felt nothing at all. Negative experience: be carefull!!!!!!.she worst dentist I ever seen and I have a bad memory of it was dr peilee.she took three x-rays but .despite she realised that she didn't have the necessary experience, she started root canal work on my tooth. so she left my tooth work in half way and she refferd me to the endodentist.she is smart how to drain peoples money.my appointment was with dr eric so when i gone there i dont know why they had been change it with dr peilee without taking permision now manager has threat on me by an email to remove my comment .but i dont because they are not relible. i also have asked dr peilee 3 times who s gana continiue my treatment after your matternity onleave she refused to answer and preteneed is busy with stuff and her assistant.. just wanted to get money .

In the past going to the dentist has caused me anxiety and fear, but at Emerald Dental I always feel supported and well cared for. The staff are all so friendly and kind. I have recommended this dentist to friends and family and I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Seen by Dr. Eric Yeung Ive suffered from dental anxiety to the point of not wanting to see a dentist. However, surgical tooth extraction was necessary and after much research I found Dr Yeung. Surgical tooth extraction wound was treated with stem cells while on-site and my healing is remarkable! I absolutely recommend! Painless and flawless work (so far, will be going back ) Staff at Emerald Dental are so amazing I cant praise them enough! Thank you

Fantastic experience: We got referred to Dr Eric and his team by our neighbours. We are soo happy with him and the staff. Both my husband and I have been coming to this clinic for the last year and today our 2yr old and 3rd old came for the first time. My husband and I have had a lot of work done as our teeth were pretty bad.. we were avoiding the dentist for a while as we were dreading the fixing process but so happy we ended up here and in the care of Dr Eric. What a legend!

Fantastic experience: What an experience I’ve had with Eric and the assistant, if I could I would give 10/10 stars I’ve always had a fear of going dentists due to bad experiences , I got a last minute appointment as I had a broken root canal , within an hour Eric provided a consultation, completed the procedure and I was out , the whole process from start to end was by far one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve had , he was very clear on prices which is affordable, the process and what to expect. I usually avoid going back to dentists once th pain goes away however already booked my next 2 visits as I’m super comfortable with Eric.

Fantastic experience: Emerald dental care has amazing services and customer care, Dr Eric was friendly, kind, nice, he made son feel comfortable and talk to him about what was happening next and why letting him ask question! We had been to another dentist previously and he was scared and wouldn’t let the doctor check his mouth, and she didn’t try to talk to him she just said let’s make another booking and we can try again! I never went back! Emerald Dental care will now be our go to and my sons teeth looks amazing he had a bike accident and chipped his front tooth, Dr Eric made a filling for the front teeth, it looks exactly the same as his own teeth you can’t tell the difference! Thank you Dr Eric and Emerald Dental care.

Fantastic experience: Our first appointment with Dr Eric and we now know that we have our new family dentist. We moved in to the area recently and needed a dentist urgently for my 7 year old daughter. I looked up google reviews and asked for an appointment with Dr Eric. There were other dentists with good reviews at Emerald Dental but another client’s review about how good Dr Eric was with kids was what made me book an appointment with him. My daughter who is very apprehensive around doctors and needles not only was completely at ease with Dr Eric but didn’t even realise she was injected with an anaesthetic. He was really good at what he did. He kept talking to her and telling her what he was doing using words she would understand. He was very honest in explaining to me that the outcome of one of the two fillings may not be successful and gave me my options. And a shout out to the dental nurse Melissa who was as kind and caring as Dr Eric. Thank you team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Angela Lay is incredible!, my 8 year old son is a very nervous patient and she spoke softly and calmly to him making sure he was okay throughout the procedure, he said he wants to go back to her for his future dental appointments, I can’t praise her enough. The only downside was that the clinic ran out of happy gas and didn’t have any back up.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise the talented Dr Cherie and the awesome Team at Emerald Dental Care enough. Efficient & punctual, warm & welcoming, expertise & affordable. Dr Cherie helped me quickly, when needed. She also provided a plan for next steps, which has helped me back to good dental health. Dr Cherie also cared for my Mum, in getting her new dentures. She was amazingly considerate of her age and patient with her needs. Several fittings to ensure the best result. Two very happy customers. Deserves 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: Recently had my wisdom teeth removed, fillings and cleanings done as well and had a wonderful and (importantly) painless experience with very kind people. Out of the 4 appointments I’ve had so far they were always on time and gave me a map of what to expect next. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I normally don’t write to many reviews but felt compelled to write one after visiting Emerald dental. Having not been to the dentist for a significant period of time, I was initially quite anxious but Dr Pei made me feel at ease immediately. She patiently explained each step of the process to me during my appointment and that extra customer care really helped me to relax. Friendly and affordable, I highly recommend Emerald to anyone looking for affordable and quality dentistry care.

Negative experience: I visited the Emerald Dental Care (EDC) earlier this year. I was told that I needed fillings. I got 2 fillings done in the one day and both caused me a lot of strife afterwards- sensitivity, intense pain etc When I called to come in to have things checked out, I was told that I would have to wait a week. Instead, I went to my regular dentist to find out what was wrong. He explained that during the filling procedure the (EDC) dentist must have drilled too far down/up (beyond what was needed to address the decay) and the filling they put in was now touching a nerve- which was causing the pain (I was able to show him xrays taken before and after the procedures at EDC). It was irreparable and I had to get root canal on one tooth. The other one- is still in pain but manageable for now (same issue, filling too close to a nerve). It was a really disconcerting ordeal and I regret having gone to EDC. Had they been a bit more careful about my procedure/had I not gone to EDC, I might not be hundreds of dollars out of pocket and in pain. Dental procedures can have such significant, lasting effects- I hope no one else has to endure anything like this!

He was great in booking me early so I could get some urgent work done. The work he has done on my teeth is great and you can't tell that there were any issues with them. Fantastic experience: I had a toothache during the COVID lockdown and went and saw Dr Eric. I haven't been to the dentist for many years because of the fear of needles. However Dr Eric was extremely gentle. The injection was so painless I didn't even know that the injection had been given. Highly recommend eric for anyone scared of needles!

Our family dental and other surrounding dental services were closed. I am pleased with the caring and thorough service they provided, and I’m grateful for Dr. Eric for accommodating us. My daughter was left with a great impression and developed a trust relationship established by Dr. Eric at our first initial review. He’s great with kids and explains everything in a way we understood about the procedure. Audrey had x2 tooth extractions and a filling all in one day! She’s a 7 year old that has never had dental work done because of her fear and unfamiliar dental relationships. But Dr. Eric amazingly established trust with her almost immediately. He didn’t rush into things and made sure my daughter was comfortable at all times. The dental environment is clean and welcoming. And of course, high standards of hygiene maintained. Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the dental care I have received from Dr Pei Lee Chew. I have always been quite sensitive and nervous about visiting the dentist. However, since finding Dr Chew, I am no longer nervous before going to visit the dentist as she is so gentle and thorough.

I then saw Peilee, I automatically felt comfortable, everything was explained in detail, the process the cost the visits. I now have beautiful straight teeth.
