Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Tu and his team at Burwood Family Dentist. He has been taking care of my and my kids' dental needs. He recently did a tooth extraction for my 8-year old and it was surprisingly pleasant for such a seemingly scary procedure (my kid's first time). Dr. Tu was very gentle, calm and good with kids. He even helped uncover a problematic impacted tooth that needs to be addressed. He is also very accommodating. He recently squeezed us (child's gum pain) into his busy Saturday schedule. He also did my crown on a tooth implant, and it was done very well and at reasonable cost. His team is very courteous and friendly. The clinic is easily accessible. Parking can be easy found at nearby Westfield Burwood. Overall very satisfied with Dr. Tu.

Fantastic experience: My whole family has been seeing Dr. Alex for more than 1 year now but got our appointment booked already in the end of the year. Alex is a very attentive doctor also his strong communication skills make a huge difference for making his patients be able to relaxed during the treatment. He and his assistants are with great team understanding. If I can give one more star I’ll surely do it.

Fantastic experience: Got a very thorough clean from Dr Michael Tu after not having come in for two years! He was very patient and understanding about why I didn’t come in earlier and provided lots of good tips on the upkeep of gum health and how frequently dentist visits should be made (every 6 months, for those who don’t know - I certainly didn’t before going to Burwood Family Dentist)!

Fantastic experience: I lived at Rhodes,for some reason, my friend introduce to see DR TU, but he is busy so arranged DR KE cure my tooth. DR KE do work is very careful, asked very detail and gave me serveral select. Although I commute from Rhodes to Burwood, but it's worth it. I am very satisfied and will introduce other person coming. Negative experience: 根據google review，我選擇了去這家診所，選擇了Dr Tu。對於Dr Tu 的醫術我可以打滿分,但是非常遺憾地是，當我躺在椅子上，感到最害怕最無助的時候，我聽到了牙醫助理的一句廣東話“一樣的問題問這麼多遍？”，而此時的Dr Tu沒有為我說話。所以我給一分。 According to the google review, I chose to go to this clinic and I chose Dr Tu to be my dentist. I would want to give 5 stars for Dr Tu’s skill and knowledge, but unfortunately I have to rate 1 because I heard the dentist assistant said to Dr Tu about me “repeating the same questions for so many times” in Cantonese while I was lying on the treatment bed and waiting for the removal of my teeth with fear. I think they probably didn’t know I do understand Cantonese very well.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment a couple of months ago to get my teeth cleaned because I am pregnant. 5 stars. The staff were so friendly upon arrival to make an appointment and the lady who cleaned my teeth (wish I could remember her name) was so gentle and really helpful as my wisdom tooth was quite infected and swollen. Fantastic experience: I am grateful to have Micheal as my dentist for the past 20+ years. He is a true professional - very skilled, reliable and friendly. I have never experienced any problems while under his care and will continue to trust him as my dentist for the unforeseeable future. All his clinics (including the current one) has always been extremely clean, which makes you feel comfortable and safe. Lastly, location is great as there is plenty of free parking near the clinic, but is also not too far from public transport. I would highly recommend Micheal if you're looking for a dentist.
