I am not the best at going to the dentist, it terrifies me in fact. The dentist was fantastic and was gentle, took time to explain my dental issues to me and then explained every step of what he was going to do and kept checking I was ok. Fantastic experience: I had a bit of a dental emergency where part of my tooth cracked off and fortunately found esteem, who were able to fit me in only a few hours after my first phone call. Very lovely staff and everything was explained well and though going to the dentist for a cracked tooth is not the best Monday experience, I felt more comfortable than I have at a lot of other places in the past. Safe to say this will be my new regular dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I just got both wisdom teeth removed and I have no regrets. I am usually an anxious person but the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my concerns. I was surprised how quick and painless the surgery was and I was even allowed to listen to my own music to calm my nerves. Would definitely recommend and the prices were great.

Negative experience: Today I received a phone call from Esteem checking on my dentures. 4 years to late. 2020 you didn't want to know about it and allowed myself to be charged for so called free alignments. The denture lady was rude and her manner with patients was horrible. $7500 l spent and trusted this company on advice from the dentist. Dentures I cannot wear, never returned 1 phone call and now you call in 2024. Disgusting nd I have no problem telling people.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying I don't like going to the dentist I'm 70 and have visited more than my share of dentists in my life & this dentist has to be the WORST I have ever visited. I even ventured back for a second visit thinking the first visit might have been a bad day, but no the second visit was even worse than the first. I rang them a few days later to cancel the third appointment saying I would rather have a mouth full of rotting teeth (I don't but thats how bad they were) than ever return to Esteem. I rated them a 1 star but that is because Google doesn't have any negative stars. I also informed them to take my name off their database but months later I'm still getting text messages reminding me to contact them for my next scheduled appointment. So not only are they the WORST dentist I have ever visited they can't even follow simple instructions to remove my details from their database. MINUS 5 Stars is my rating

Was attended to within the hour, somewhat numbed by the pain blocker, but thrilled the problem (rebuilding my tooth) was fixed. The service was helpful and caring. All staff are warm and friendly and I received exactly the care I needed from Estela and from the dentist who works with her.
