Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Nithya and she was exceptional! She fit me in quickly to see me for a sore impacted wisdom tooth as well as a routine check up and clean. She was thorough, efficient and quickly diagnosed me and has sorted out my follow up. I felt very confident and comfortable in her care and she has a sweet and kind manner. Most calm dentist appointment I've ever had. Would definitely recommend going to Dr Nithya! She'll be my regular dentist from now on!!

Negative experience: I received a tooth filling and a mouth guard from a dentist at this location 6 months ago. During the filling procedure, the anesthesia wasn't working, so the dentist gave me three separate injections in the same location at the back corner of my jaw quite aggressively. When the anesthesia wore out later in the day, I experienced excruciating pain and am now still feeling discomfort in that location of my jaw 6 months later. I also think there was an error in creating my mouth guard, as it feels like it's pushing my teeth in and causes pain. The pain is so bad that I had to stop wearing the guard.

Fantastic experience: Good service - if you have Bupa extras costs are reasonable. Juliana is a superb dentist, and the reception staff are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr Gill for the past 4 years. She is compassionate and very professional. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but I know I’m in good hands with her.

Juliana was amazing and took my previous bad experiences with dentists into account in the way she approached my procedure. Negative experience: This clinic I went to for done much needed dental work. I explained to them what I wanted to do. They all agreed. Whst happened was they totally ripped me off to the tune of $8k and when it came time to move to the next phase of treatment they couldn’t do it all of a sudden. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for any treatment. And since moving to another dentist nearby, the work performed by BUPA dental was substandard. Definitely give this dentist a wide berth.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall; the clinic was lovely, staff was welcoming, doctors are helpful and claim. Knowing many people are nervous going to a dentist but the friendly and bright environment helps a lot with my anxiety and fear. Staffs are happy to provide support and they are trained for children in the clinic too. Definitely recommend and will see you again next time

Negative experience: Clearly they do not want to service any new clients. I tried to make both a phone and online booking but they have nothing available…ever! Just thought I go on their cancellation list but couldn’t even get that far with the receptionist who was dismissive and rude.

Fantastic experience: this is an outstanding dental clinic, I have been a patient for 3 yrs and at all times the entire staff have been very friendly and caring, totally professional and understanding. I have needed to use their emergency service on 3 occasions and under difficult and challenging circumstances. The help and support and after hrs calls I received gave me confidence and reassurance. The attention to detail, thorough assessment and treatment , spotless reception/ surgery and reasonable pricing are why I keep going there. This is one of the best dental clinics I have ever been to. 10 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating pain throughout the whole night. Got less than 2hrs sleep - never felt pain like this in my life! My usual dentist is closed on Sundays too. Saw this place was open so I called and they booked me in 2hrs later. Dr D Kaneria and her assistant were so nice and knowledgeable. Price was good - mind you I would’ve paid anything to get rid of that pain. Ended up doing stage 1 root canal - didn’t feel a thing during procedure. It was quick and efficient she even explained every step she was doing and what I’d possibly feel. Been over 24hrs and not in any pain at all. Gave me pain killers and antibiotics just in case. Ladies, I appreciate you, you’re all amazing and I applaud your great work. You can count on this place to help you in an emergency :) Thank you for saving me!! JG

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruwei was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old daughter. My daughter had seen a another dentist about 4 months prior at her daycare and she was unsure of him and not a fan. Dr. Ruwei made her feel comfortable and safe. His natural flair with kids was above and beyond. My daughter needed to stop using her dummy as it was damaging her teeth however this was a challenging task. After Dr. Ruwei told my daughter how important it was that she stop using her dummy she did the very next day and hasn’t since. I highly recommend Dr. Ruwei and will be definitely going back.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous and terrified dental patient, and have put off going back to the dentist for many years because of this. After an incident at work many years ago, my front tooth needed to be looked at and this was a clinic I had heard of before. They squeezed me in straight away and were patient, kind and helpful. I have finally gone back to get some fillings done, and have found every visit to be of the same high standard. I have a natural resistance to the local anaesthetic, and the doctor has been great in planning the doses and checking my level of numbness before doing any work. They make you feel that you are in control, and I feel comfortable telling them whenever I feel any pain. They quickly stop working and reassess what they need to do in order to make me more comfortable. I could not recommend this clinic more, all the doctors, dental nurses and the reception staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I will reluctantly be returning again for a wisdom tooth removal, and I’m terrified but comforted that the staff will look after me.

Anita always greets me in a very impressive manner and even remember that I had gotten married and asked about how it went. Jolie and Dr. Lovelern and both very professional, friendly and make sure that I feel comfortable throughout what they are doing. Dr. Lovelern also makes sure I understand the status of my oral health and areas to take care of and answers any questions I might have. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: gr8 surgery conveniently located in Kew with off-street parking - the staff are wonderful, especially Tina the receptionist. Saw Dr Tiwari who quickly diagnosed and solved my problem. Will return again if necessary. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they are open 7 days a week!

Fantastic experience: Dr McBride was excellent in the smooth removal of all four wisdom teeth and very considerate to note if anything is causing pain. Even with a few difficulties it always felt well in control, and I’m also glad I did it in the chair. The post op instructions are clear and they plan both a next day follow up call and subsequent visit. I haven’t been to this practice before and it was a smooth and professional experience, with no dramas.

Fantastic experience: It’s been years since I’ve graced a dentist due to an absolute paralysing fear of them. On Tuesday 2nd November 2018 I developed an horrible painful swelling to a top rear tooth. Being cup day I thought just my luck nothings open but searching google I found All Day Every Day Dental surgery. Within the hour went there, X-ray, injection and extraction done. Don’t get me wrong I was scared but they were the VERY FIRST CLINIC THAT I felt comfortable in. No upwelling no bullshyte just honest caring gentle treatment. MAGICIAN DENTISTRY. Thank you ladies. Fantastic experience: Exceptional service, very friendly staff and very knowledgeable n professional dentists. Dr. Prerna Narang was successfully removed my wisdom tooth in the first session with her. The tooth was carious eaten and infected. Also, an unprofessional dentist in the past did RCT on it, ( which you never do on a wisdom tooth as I found out later) so, it very brittle as well. Dr. Prerna explained the situation very well and assured me she was going to give her best to extract it rather than referring me to a surgeon straight away and leaving me in excruciating pain and great deal of discomfort in the meantime. Not only she extracted it in a completely painless way but the process took only 30-35 mins. This time also included triple checking that there were no bits of brittle tooth left inside ( which could have been problematic in future)and going through process of do and don’t for next five days to speed up the healing process. I can’t thank the team of ALL DAY EVERYDAY DENTAL KEW enough for giving me the best treatment and exceptional experience.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this practice. As a tourist here in Melbourne, a visit to the dentist was not on my agenda! However, the service I received yesterday when I attended on an emergency appointment was excellent. The greeting at reception was warm, friendly and so helpful, and the treatment I received from the dentist was very thoughtful and thorough. She took the time to address my concerns and gave me sound advice to care for my teeth and gums. Fantastic experience: All my adult life I have had ongoing problems with my mouth. I have had some expert help from various dental specialist which has been a very costly exercise. Having bitten in an olive seed while out to lunch I broke an upper front tooth off It was a Friday and following a friend’s recommendation I called All Day Every Day dental service. They gave me an emergency appointment that afternoon. The dentist on duty went above and beyond to get me through til Monday when Br Barry Patel was able to see me for an assessment and recommended treatment. This involved an implant which Dr Barry specialises in. Due to much previous surgery , and treatment my mouth presented ongoing problems. The staff from the reception through to the nurses and emergency dentists have been exceptional. I always get a follow up call to check on my condition and their concern for their patients that I have observed is evident.the costs are comparable and they are Bupa dental service I would recommend this practice with Dr Barry Patel as the Principal To anyone requiring high quality professional dental work Joy Ferguson

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Anyda Stein for over a decade for general dental as well as a range of procedures and treatments. I’m so fortunate to have had her combination of skill, experience, competence, warmth, humour and genuine care. My kids and husband now come here as well for their general dental and checkups. Between Dr Stein, the friendly support team and the state of the art equipment, our family checkups are super convenient and dare I say (for dental), pretty pleasant!

Root canals and wisdom teeth extractions were those i was fearing the worst but the team here made it such a seamless and painless experience. Other practises have tried to press me into unnecessary treatment, but this has not happened with Dr.Stein. She gives me all the options and allows me to choose. She excels in her work and I leave every time satisfied that I have received the best attention. The staff at the desk have always been most helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: I had a bad accident on the 40 C Saturday & cracked my 3 front teeth. Having no experience so far with dentists in Melbourne & from a referral pasted from the local dentist door, my husband & I found the the whole team at the Dental surgery extremely caring & sensitive to my needs. Although they were fully booked, Dr Anyda , Tatiana the nurse & Saadia stepped up their pace in order to treat me. On arrival Saadia immediately made me feel comfortable & whilst in the chair, Dr Anyda was wonderful and just the miracle I needed. The whole team had to work furiously & despite of the stress of being verbally abused by a disgruntled patient, they remained calm and professional in looking after me. I certainly recommend this dental team wholeheartedly .

Negative experience: The positive - was given a Boxing Day appointment (the only reason for a star). The negatives: - Poor communication. I wasn't informed of the cost when I called initially and my call wasn't returned when I phoned back to ask. The first time I knew of the cost was when I was asked to complete and sign the forms. - The cost. While I understood it would likely be expensive, it cost $200 for an x-ray and the very brief examination consisted of me pointing to the pain area and an x-ray taken. It took longer for me to complete the patient form than the x-ray and examination to be performed. - No detailed explanation why the tooth was not repairable until I asked some questions. A consequence of the discussion meant I was far from being convinced that all avenues had been fully considered to save the tooth. Hence, I elected to manage the pain until a 2nd opinion had been sought. - Although management of the pain was offered and chosen, disappointingly only sufficient pain relief was offered for the first week of the holiday period. I'm unsure now what I'll do for the 2nd week until my usual dentist returns. Will I be charged $200 if I want another script for pain relief? General comment, I'd attempt to find another solution before I contacted this group again.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a family member to see Dr Barry Patel for my wisdom teeth removal. From my very first consultation visit I was made to feel welcome & comfortable. Barry took the time to explain the process of what is involved & what I should expect when having my wisdom teeth removed. He took a 3D X-Ray which showed where the nerve was. Knowing that he will remove my teeth by making sure he won't go anywhere near the nerve made me feel very confident proceeding with further appointments. My wisdom teeth removal visit was a great experience, absolutely painless and for which I am very grateful. I highly recommend Dr Barry Patel, not only was my experience painless but very affordable too. I have my 100% trust with All day everyday dental!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time getting my wisdom teeth removed at ADED today and I am only ever coming back here! They have the best dentists who had impeccable attention to detail, and was extremely careful (took a 360 X-Ray that helped mapped the nerve under my wisdom tooth) and attentive to my personal needs and pain (always checking on me and how I am feeling through the whole procedure). Thanks to the skillful and professional team, the entire procedure was quick and painless! And I am already making a great recovery! I am forever thankful and cannot commend them enough! All the staff at the front desk were also really friendly and had really good customer service. ADED is highly recommended to anyone!

Negative experience: I got a general checkup , they took unnecessary xrays that cost $80 and a small repair to front tooth and clean. $520 ! yes $520. be aware. less than 25min work, wish I could earn that kind of money.

Negative experience: They deserve zero star. I gave one star only for Dr A Elsheek. I went there to remove the wisdom teeth of my wife and deeply disappointed by their service. On 8th December 2015, I called them for an appointment regarding wisdom teeth problem and they provided me an appointment with Dr Neha Chinoy. I already had an 2D Xray of the teeth with me. But Dr Neha chinoy told me to do a 3D Xray which cost me $249. After the Xray I contacted them and they told me that Dr have looked the 3D Xray and they can remove the wisdom teeth. Then I made an appointment on 4th of January 2016 for removing the wisdom teeth. When I went there on 4th January, Dr A Elsheek asked me to give him the Xray of the teeth. I told him that he should have the 3D Xray of the teeth. He told me that he dont have it. Then I gave him the 2D Xray copy from my email again. Then, He told me that he dont need the 3D xray to remove the teeth. 2D Xray is enough. I insisted him to look at the 3D xray as well. Then they tried to find it but could not find it for 30 minutes. By that time Dr A elsheed already removed the teeth. Now the question is 1) Why Dr Chinoy told me to do the 3D Xray if it is not needed? I wasted 249 dollers. Later, I found out that she is not expert in wisdom teeth removal. Then why they gave me an appointment with her? 2) During the second booking for removing the teeth, why they told me that Dr looked at my 3D Xray? It was false. Dr A elsheek didn't look at the Xray. It took them 30 minutes to locate the Xray copy on that day. Only good thing is Dr A Elsheek gave us $100 discount in the end. But I already wasted $320 in total. In addition to those, for similar treatment they charged me $150 whereas Hawthorn dental clinic charged me $79. The receptionist have no idea what they are talking about in some cases. Overall, never ever going back to these place.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place if you are looking for an emergency dentist on a sunday in Melbourne. I got an appointment the same day and they took care of me. 150 $ is the minimum.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain, I couldn't get an appointment anywhere on the same day, then I called here and they got me an appointment and gave me a good suggestion.All the staff very nice and friendly ....:-)

Fantastic experience: Very nice dentists that are attentive, caring and thorough. Never made me feel pressured with making my decision. Excellent team that followed up with me even couple of days after treatment to see how I was. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not only expensive but using inappropriate methods. I went to fix a tooth there and 20 hours later I had the same issue and $400 less. Went to a dentist after that and they couldn't believe what they did. My advice: be aware, very unprofessional!
