Fantastic experience: My family absolutely love New Leaf dentists! My recent visit was with my dentist Tara who fixed my front tooth to perfection! It had been ground down and discoloured - it now looks like a brand new tooth. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend anyone more. I was going to new leaf years before moving away from the central coast, since moving I havent been able to find anyone even close to as good as these guys. Absolutely worth trekking it 2 hours just to come here. Dr Vergara is knowledgeable, experienced and does an exceptional job. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and what options you have, breaks down prices before treatment and encourages questions so you never feel in the dark about your care. All the staff from the second you walk through the door are incredibly lovely and helpful.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend contacting New Leaf Dentists unless you want the reception staff chasing you for a deposit. I have never heard of this happening before when booking a dentist over the past 20 years. They will pursue you as if you owe them a $100 payment for an overdue credit card bill. Then, if you don't pay it, they send a threatening SMS saying they will cancel the booking. That's fine; I have booked a new and better dentist who won't keep calling me like a debt collector.

Fantastic experience: New Leaf Dentists are incredible! Everybody I encountered couldn't have been more supportive. Dr Barrera and Dr Vergara both took the time to consult with me to diagnose the problem accurately and explain my options. Liesl has the most beautiful, calming and understanding bedside manner I've ever experienced from a dental nurse. For someone with a history of traumatic dental experiences, I will never go anywhere else after going here!! Whoever heard of Root Canal being a positive experience! No more pain for me. Fantastic experience: Welcoming and friendly staff, beautifully designed practice, and fantastic service. I’ve been seeing Dr Rouel Vergara & Tracy Yu for 1 year at New Leaf Dentists, both for routine dental needs and Invisalign sets every 2 weeks. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly people. I started going to New Leaf after poor experiences with other dental practitioners and have been so glad I made the change. Shereen and the reception staff are also wonderful to interact with and very accomodating.

I was so incredibly nervous and they were so patient and gentle with me. Shereen is such a kind and comforting soul to have there. Her kindness was certainly appreciated during my few visits. They really take the time to educate you and ensure you know all of your options so you can make an informed decision. Fantastic experience: From a mid 30’s perspective. I’ve been to the dentist many times in my life for various reasons. This clinic is by FAR the best I’ve ever attended. Unfortunately, I went in for an extraction and the entire team was amazing to me. Super Compassionate and understanding of my situation. Extremely accommodating of my anxieties and pain. Even after the procedure everyone was very nice. Explaining in great detail, wound care moving forward. With a clear and concise plan. What shocked me the most. Was actually getting a follow up “check-in” phone call the next day. Cannot PRAISE this clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: We have used New Leaf Dentists for over 4 years and we love going to the dentist! (As much as one can) My son is never fearful of going because the dentist is so good at his job. He even sung my children’s teeth a Lullaby when numbing them to do a filling. The facilities are pristine and the absolute professional manner in which Dr Vegara and his team deal with us makes you feel confident and comfortable with the entire experience of going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: They were amazing and saved me today. My crown broke off my tooth just as I had arrived to work and they managed to fit me in. Great service and very accomodating.

Negative experience: I was so impressed when I had a consultation with Dr Rouel Vergara at new leaf dentists. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the receptionist who was so friendly. Dr Rouel was very nice and professional. My only reason for giving negative feedback is because It was recommended that I get invisaline which at the time I couldn’t afford as he wanted around 5000 dollars up front which I didn’t have. The total amount was around 8000” dollars. He also said I needed a filling replaced and a crown. I went for a second opinion at a well known orthodontist and was told I didn’t need either (filling or crown) and that all I needed to pay up front for invisaline was 500 dollars. The remainder was put on a payment plan. What a godsend. My advise is that if you really can’t afford 3/4 of the payment upfront, so and see an orthodontist before committing to such a huge down payment. And always get a second opinion for serious dental work.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rouel and his team at New Leaf are simply fantastic. After many years of neglect i was terrified ahead of my first visit. Dr Rouel however was kind, empathetic and understanding to my situation and fears. He has performed miracles on my gum issues. During his procedures he regularly checks in to ensure you're comfortable, alongside prompting and informing you of what work is being carried out. Fees and future dental hygiene are all simply and transparently mapped out. His staff are also extremely friendly and polite. A professional, welcoming, super clean and modern practice. Mine and my family's new lifelong dentist.

Dr Victoria and dental nurse Freya were lovely, professional throughout and did a great job on my teeth. Fantastic experience: I started seeing New Leaf Dentists last year. In not so many words, they have been a godsend. I really appreciate how Dr. Rouel came up with a comprehensive plan to address my dental issues. I also love how the entire team are so professional and yet caring in a most personal way. Most importantly, I feel safe and trust that they have my best interests in mind. And this might sound corny, but whenever I come in for an appointment, it feels like I’m visiting friends instead of getting a procedure done - this helps as I live more than 70 kilometres away, not a fan of highways, and previously dreaded getting any work done on my teeth.

Negative experience: Always Regularly had my teeth cleaned and check at another dentist. Had my teeth clean here but was very painful. Never happened before. Now my teeth are very sensitive and I have pain in them regularly which never happened.

Fantastic experience: Just moved up Central Coast, needed urgent work, went to one, not happy, so partner also with dental issue was given appointment at New Leaf Dentist, she came back and said "I like them" so you are going for an opinion. THEY, sorted my issues, well on the way with a dental plan, could not be happier!!! Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a new dentist, you've come to the right place - I highly recommend with Dr Erna Linsao ! We relocated a few year ago from Melbourne and I've trialed a few other dentists and have never been happy. I chose New Leaf last week for an emergency appointment (after careful reading many reviews) with a chipped front tooth and left feeling 1000 bucks! The care and precision that Dr Erna took was so impressive to me. I also have some pretty complicated outstanding work that needs doing, I've been to many dentists that have never given me the confidence to invest - on top of some bad advice that landed me here in the first place. I felt Dr Erna truely listened to me, provided me comfort, options, then brain stormed with the directors and her wider team to get me the best solution. I had 3 fillings for 75 minutes in the chair yesterday and FELL ALSEEP - that is how much care and respect she gives to her clients, I also under-rated the advantage of having a female dentist with smaller fingers which I found much less intrusive. Her and the Nursing team also have a good sense of humour and we've had some good laughs through the process. The front desk team are also super stars - I've had such a great experience here, look forward to brining my whole family here and recommending to friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rouel Vergara and his team are so cool calm and collected, they put all my "dentist visit angst" at ease. I first visited New Leaf Dentists straight after my second birth when my son was only two months old. I didn't realize pregnancy could take such a toll on your teeth's heath. While Dr Rouel placed my new fillings my newborn lay asleep in the pram next to me (and was settle by his wonderful staff when he stirred!). The staff are hospitable and accommodation, I'm greeted like a private client every time I arrive! Their practice is like stepping into a five star hotel lobby, each room complete with state-of-the-art dental equipment. I can't recommend this friendly family practice enough!

My son recently broke both his two front teeth in half, not knowing what I should do I contacted New leaf Dental they rang me back straight away (even though it was Sunday and they were closed) Discussed the issue, gave us some instructions on how to manage the situation and booked us in for an appointment. My son was very nervous but Dr Vergara is always so calming that they fixed his beautiful smile so well you can even tell they were ever broken. We then get a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was going well. We always are happy with New Leaf and I recommend them to everyone I can. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never fun, but my good experience at New Leaf Dentists made it feel less daunting and intimidating then at any other dentist I have visited in a long time. This is mostly down to Dr Ben Barrera, who took the time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. The professional staff also create a pleasant atmosphere by taking care of every detail, from a heads up reminder, to a follow up call the next day. One issue I know we all have with professional services is being kept waiting.... I hate it, especially at a dentist. NOT here though straight in, on time - every time. Go see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Usually a dental clinic is synonym to anxiety, stressful and daunting experience; but not here. At New leaf you will be greeted with friendly smile by the time you enter through the front door, whether it be by the staff or the doctor. Clare, Dr Rouel and Dr Jacqueline and the rest of the team have been so nice and friendly to me and family. Explanations given about treatment are clear and understandable by us. I guess this will be our family's dentists for long into the future.
