Fantastic experience: Dr Oliver Strachan is a professional and he’s attention to detail is bang on! He executes his craft with precision and is dedicated to providing long lasting solutions. I’ve been seeing him for a decade + and won’t see any other dentists. From in house crowns, simple fillings, total restoration of your teeth to titanium implants that require bone grafts he’s amazing. Using the latest in dental technology and treatments the quality of work is A1. His ethics and integrity are of the highest level. The girls that work along side him are fantastic also.. Great overall team that operates like a well oiled machine. Thank you guys :)

He is extremely knowledgeable. His father was a dentist so he learnt the ropes in the old-fashioned wa,y yet adapts his practice to the latest techniques. He’s very understanding of people‘s fear of the dentist and an expert with the pain management and appointments are seamless & professional. His team are amazing. Fantastic experience: Beautiful, recently redecorated and very professionally run rooms. Staff are always so lovely and accommodating and Brad is such an experienced (or at least seems to be and acts like it) dentist. Feel like my teeth are being treated better than they have ever been. If you want a great, caring dentist, give these guys a try. ❤️ Even convinced my husband to change and he had has best (as good as it can get) dental experience ever. He came home and said "I quite like that dentist dude, going back for some fillings". Miracles do happen Just in the process of having a Root canal with Dr Oliver. Have had almost 0 pain, apart from the first couple of days. Gave me antibiotics and had me go back rather than treat a nasty, painful tooth. Love these guys and there other members of staff.

Fantastic experience: I had a painful toothache and the Northshore Dental Care team did everything to solve the issue. They rushed me in for appointments multiple times and they would call me afterwards to see how I was doing. The team really cared. And they solved the problem. I highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Brad, Kirra and Andrea showed great care in my dental treatment yesterday. I’ve tried a number of dentists over the years and to date Brad and the team are the best in the business. If only I could get my tongue to do as it’s told.

Fantastic experience: I saw Oliver to get a cracked temporary root canal filling cleaned out and have a crown put on. He was really great at communicating and explaining the process. He and the team kept me comfortable and the procedure didn’t feel as long as it was. I think I finally found a regular dentist!

Negative experience: Sadly, it seems that this place price gauges. Went in for a dental exam and was charged $80 just to be told I have to return again to be examined. Then, the itemised invoice for this “next visit” I apparently needed, was pricey and repetitious — lots of redundancies and charges for every little a la carte thing. Must be desperate for patients, since they try to ping you however they can. Basically, I paid $80 for absolutely nothing. They could have just done the exam in that one visit, rather than making me return again just so they could charge me twice. Seems a bit underhanded and purposeful from the patient’s perspective. Sure, the staff were pleasant enough and the office was clean, but that’s nothing extraordinary — it’s expected. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend Northshore Dental based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: Oliver provided solutions and options for an aesthetic issue I’d had for a while, that other practices did not have an answer for. Within a month or so of my first appointment with Oliver, I have a brand new smile that I could not be happier with. Just in time for my wedding!! Oliver and the team are extremely professional but friendly, immediately putting you at ease when you sit in the chair.
