Fantastic experience: Dr Bao Tran Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever been to. Thorough, patient and empathetic, her cincenr for good patient outcomes make the dentist finally feel like a safe experience. The clinic is well presented and all staff are helpful and caring. the attention to detail is seen in booking processes, treatment explanations, screen above the treatment space, origami cranes to put in your choice of charity that the practice contributes to, cleanliness of the bathroom and even the beautiful Korean door chimes.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients of Dr will for several years and could not recommend him more highly. He is such a gentle dentist. The experience is rarely painful and we no longer face visits to the dentist with trepidation. He is assiduous in explaining the process and advising on the options. He is up to date with the latest equipment and techniques in the dental profession.

Fantastic experience: Having been a client of Dr Will’s now for ten years I think I’m overdue in acknowledging his amazing work and the fact that at my age he has done extremely well to retain all my teeth to date!!! 10 years and not one tooth lost! Always caring, always careful and explaining very well what he’s doing he gets the 100% mark from me. I needed a particularly tricky root canal to be done and he had the intellectual humility to refer me to a specialist for that work - he could have done it himself but had the humility to acknowledge that a specialist could do it better! They took the time to ask about my oral health history, ensuring they had all the relevant information to provide the best care possible. Negative experience: It was a terrible experience. I've never paid for a routine checkup for my kids anywhere before but I had to pay $278 in this dental clinic. Isn't that too much for the 2 toothbrushes I received with instructions on how to clean kids's teeth well!!! I can’t help but write a review because I think about this every time I visit another dental clinic. Today, I received the same treatment at a different clinic and didn’t have to pay a single cent.

She was exceptionally competent in all aspects of dental treatment, being very coordinated, dexterous, efficient and skillful in treating my damaged rear upper molar. She was very alert & accommodating in acknowledging and ameliorating potential & actual pain. She was innovative in using a rubber chock to stay the jaw in a fixed position & this relaxed the jaw muscles & the patient while facilitating her efficient relaxed dental treatment. Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist, went for a 2nd opinion as previous dentists fillings kept falling out, Dr Will and the team make you feel calm and his approach is very reassuring and explains what he has found and suggests treatment path you are comfortable with. Not the cheapest dentist, but still reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist for 10 years before I was recommended Be Well Dental. The trust wasn't misplaced, they've been excellent and have an extremely high standard of care for chronically ill and disabled patients. The clinic is wheelchair accessible, you never feel rushed, and they have good air quality with air purifiers and ventilation. The staff will wear n95 masks if requested, and they're also great at soothing any anxiety around dental visits and procedures. They treat conservatively and are non-judgemental. The clinic is also queer and trans-friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the experience I had. After the treatment, they told me about a charity initiative they have been working on. Basically, there were like 3 projects, I just had to choose one. Plus, I didn't have to pay extra for the charity too. That might be already in the cost I had to pay which is relatively affordable compared to others. That's something I really like.

They were very gentle and patient with their extraction, warned me of all risks, worked with me and around lockdown. They are lovely, eco conscious and have absolutely mastered the 'small things' that make all the difference in an experience. Fantastic experience: This must be the best dental studio in Brisbane. They make feel taken care of and that I can trust them. Like many, I have a complicated relationship with dentists, but both doctors at Be Well have impressed me with their knowledge and emotional intelligence. They are honest in the way that they present your case to you and help you think long term. They have the latest technologies and I love that you stare at a screen with nature documentaries while they work on you. Everybody is very nice, kind, and very professional. Part of what you pay is also reinvested in community projects.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and receptionist were so authentically kind and caring! The atmosphere they created was welcoming and comfortable for anyone coming to the office. They also went out of their way to help me get samples of helpful products I could use. They are going paperless and can send you all your documents via email which is great for me cuz I am traveling and dont have an office I go to regularly. I  can't say enough good things about this place, they are even donating their profits to the bushfires aid organization right now and regularly donate to charities as part of their practice! Love them, would reccomend ❤

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately a lot of businesses focus too much on profits that they end up compromising on customer service - Be Well Dental is not one of those businesses. Commerce truly gives way to compassion at this clinic, so much so that I am reluctant to refer to it as a 'clinic'. It is more akin to a 'wellness centre' where the holistic advice and service is of such a quality that, contrary to the aims of most businesses, the patient will actually need to return less frequently. The serenity, warmth and tranquility of the environment is perfectly reflective of the beautiful souls Dr Will and Dr Bao. I can not recommend Be Well Dental enough nor can I identify any areas that they might be able to improve.

Fantastic experience: Before coming to Be Well Dental, my confidence with dentists had plunged into an all-time low; it was the numbing pain of a toothache that forced me to seek help. I looked around for a reputable dentist in Brisbane and came across Be Well Dental. Desperate for help, I booked an appointment with the promise that I would just get an extraction and head back home as my previous experience with root canal treatment had been excruciating. I fell in love with Be Well Dental staff on my first visit. They were extremely friendly, easing my fear of dentists. The dentist recommended root canal treatment and a crown instead of an extraction, and it took constant reassurance of no pain to agree to the procedure. Throughout the procedure, the dentist displayed a great level of skill and patience, making me feel at ease. Except for a little discomfort, the procedure was painless. He has since become my regular dentist and I actually enjoy my visits there.

It starts from that sense of security one feels from the outset, in this case the way the friendly and courteous receptionist greeted me, to the atmosphere in the waiting room, and finally to the way Will took me the through the steps of his process. Unlike the professional indifference one senses in someone who is "just doing a job", Will's heart is in his work, And this is revealed in the way he carries out his examinations, explains his findings and sets forth the options for treatment both short- and long-term. Furthermore, he breaks downs the costs per item, giving one a chance to plan action according to the budget. Will has set a standard of professional practice to which all in the health services should strive. I never thought the day would come when I'd say I was happy to go to the dentist, but in this case Will has won top marks.

Fantastic experience: Be Well Dental is definitely not your average dental practice. It very quickly becomes obvious to you that it's actually really important to them about the experience you are having in using their services - and they've already addressed so many things which might usually make a trip to the dentist unpleasant; tv on the ceiling to distract you, scented office so it doesn't smell like a dentist, face massage device so you don't feel needles, and a genuine follow up with you to make sure you're all good after your treatment. Really very well done guys :)

When I arrived, the staff was so pleasant and within no time a dentist attended to me. He explained to me everything he was doing and made feel well cared for. Fantastic experience: I had a really bad toothache on my right side 3 days ago. I phoned Be Well Dental and they were able to see me on the very same day. I really appreciated this as the pain had kept me up 2 nights in a row. I knew it was my fault for letting it get this bad. I was prepared for a great big lecture from the dentist but this was not how it turned out. The entire Be Well Dental team was very understanding. They were professional, told me the situation as it was. I didn’t feel judged. Two broken wisdom teeth both are infections. At this stage, I just wanted them out. Flash back of what happened on the other side two years ago in Perth gave me a shiver but I had to do it. Dr. Bao gave me two injections that I could hardly feel. She waited patiently for the anesthetics to work, while we all had a chat about my new project. When Dr. Bao checked that I was all numbed, she began the procedure. A very short time after, I was sat up and was shown how to look after the extraction sites! I didn’t even know she had taken both my wisdom teeth out. I am very grateful for what they have done for me. The pain is gone and the wound is healing. I even got a call yesterday from them to make sure that I was doing ok. What fantastic service and genuine care!

Fantastic experience: I had extremely crooked teeth and being a professional, it really bothered me. I decided to see a dentist though I was worried that at 28 years, I was too late. My friend recommended Be Well Dental and I am so happy I made that decision. The dentist was very friendly and gave me options that would work for me. I decided to use Invisalign and I am now on my twelfth week. The progress is so good that my colleagues can already see that there is a change in my appearance. Fantastic experience: I used to see Dr Bao Nguyen. And now I travel to Brisbane just to see him. Will knows I used to be a nervous wreck. We’ve had ongoing treatment for a few years now. He takes the time to listen to me and I feel comfortable telling him anything that is going on with my life. Fantastic experience: I am very anxious at the dentist. I would shut down at the very thought of having to go to the dentist. I would make an appointment and then not show up due to this fear. But I needed to get some help, my tooth was very sore and I knew that it would only get worse. When I phoned Be Well Dental to make an appointment, I spoke with a very kind receptionist. She demonstrated just the right amount of empathy that made me felt at ease. She assured me that the dentist was very caring and gentle. The day before my appointment, I received a phone call from Dr. Bao. She introduced herself and wanted to get to know me and my fear of the dentist. She really listened to me and explored deeply all of the difficulties that I have had in the past. At the end of the call I felt like she understood. This very phone call was why I managed to front up to my scheduled appointment, and I am glad I did. The practice was so well designed, and the staffs genuinely care about your comfort. Dr. Bao was excellent. She acknowledged my anxiety and gave me tools and time to manage it. She supported me the whole way. I now have healthy teeth and gums after four very easy dental appointments, and I got through all of it without any sedation. I highly recommend Be Well Dental for anyone who wants to be treated as an individual and who appreciates a good experience at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was told to have braces when I was in high school by my old dentist back then to correct my front teeth and bite, but due to financial constraints at the time, my parents could not afford them. Three years into my first job, I decided to get it done for myself. I wanted to choose Invisalign after talking to a friend who is a dental nurse interstate. After she checked with her dentist first, her boss recommended Be Well Dental. I scheduled a consultation and after the assessment, they told me I would be the perfect candidate for Invisalign, and treatment began. I have almost completed my treatment in one year and could not be more grateful to the Be Well Dental Team for their services. Every step of the treatment was smooth, courtesy of the professional and lovely staff and the highly skilled and very friendly dentist, Dr Bao. The whole team was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed their experience.

Fantastic experience: A very good consultation this morning. The premises are well-designed and comfortable. The surgery was well equipped, even having a video monitor on the ceiling to distract your attention away from the prodding and poking. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Will, the dentist I saw, was worth his weight in gold because he explained everything clearly and carried out all the procedures efficiently while paying attention to my comfort.

Fantastic experience: After walking out of my previous dentist upset and still in pain, I decided I needed to find another dentist that I felt more comfortable dealing with. I contacted the staff at Be Well Dental and they offered me a lot of support even though I had never been there. I made a consultation for the same day and from this they were able to give me better understanding than I’ve ever had from years with my other dentist. They gave me a full plan of everything I needed done, the order in which would work best and clearly outlined the fees involved. Going to the dentist was always really hard for me and seeing someone new was even scarier but after coming here, I no longer have that intense fear. I feel far more comfortable now. They understood that I was nervous and talked me through the entire process. When I came back for my work they even gave me headphones to wear whilst I watched a documentary on the ceiling. I was very happy with the level of care I received at Be Well Dental and have since recommended 3 different members of my family who were also extremely impressed with the service provided, Be Well Dental is now our family practice and we couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I was leaving for Thailand in just under a week for a wedding and I decide to get my teeth whitened for the occasion. From previous discussions, I knew only very little about teeth whitening. Dr Bao clearly explained all the options and helped me with the pros & cons. I was left with minimal time to get this done around my working hours but the amazing staff at Be Well Dental managed to organize appointments around my busy work schedule. My teeth looked amazing! Fantastic experience: I had a really bad tooth ache and not a lot of money due to being a university student, I visited a few dental surgeries to inquire about prices and to gather some information so I could decide what to do, I visited Be Well Dental as they are positioned directly in front as I exit my bus every afternoon, the staff there were very welcoming, informative and friendly, after speaking with the friendly receptionist there, she not only gave me options on what they could do to help, she also gave me an estimate on how much things would cost, she also said that once the dentist had done the examination and x-ray he would discuss my options and quote me before doing any further treatment, this made me feel much more comfortable about seeing the dentist. Knowing I was in quite a lot of pain they got me in that very day and I am now pain free! They also gave me a treatment plan with costs included outlining what other work I needed and they prioritized it. Knowing they aren’t going to hassle me to get it all done at once and the fact that they were so understanding of my situation, it made it so much easier for me to rebook. Now we are working at my own pace get my teeth back into shape. I am actually looking forward to my next visit and seeing them again soon.
