Fantastic experience: Dr Mardiros is the most patient and calm dentist. My 3 yr old daughter who has special needs wasnt able to sit through any dental visits elsewhere. So glad we have now becime regular visitors and she cooperates with Dr Mardiros everytime we attend an appointment. Highly recommend this business and definetly worth driving an hour each way. Parking is right in front of the clinic and shopping centre across the road, perfect location.

Fantastic experience: I Originally Booked in to see Dr Tatian for a second opinion as I wasn’t confident in a plan from a local dentist. It was clear from the start Dr Tatian knew exactly what he talking about, diagnosed the issues and put his plan into action. Even when I was experiencing such immense pain and would’ve gladly at that stage accepted extraction, Dr Tatian carried out his wok with precision, managed to save my teeth and now I am pain free. From start to finish with my appointment , I was extremely happy with all the information he gave to me and the treatment he offered to me has given such big results. Negative experience: I had seen many good reviews about impressive smile- Dr Mardiros Tatian but unfortunately I had a bad experience myself, which made me question these good reviews. The dentist was unprofessional and dishonest and I was left with sharp and sensitive teeth. Therefore, I have to now repeat the same procedure somewhere else because I did not receive the appropriate treatment here. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend impressive smile.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Tatian after a long period of lockdown and not having been to a dentist for a checkup in a while. Thinking I’d be overwhelmed with a problematic list of things to fix, he was very pragmatic and quite calming about it. He was very thorough and detailed in his assessment & took an x-ray to identify any further issues. He explained what needed to be done including the price list and time frame it needed to be done within. He’s come up with a plan of attack and I now have the confidence that I’m in good hands and I’ll achieve the outcome I once thought was unattainable and unaffordable. Regarding Covid, he and his staff are extremely diligent with the process. I can rest assured it’s the safest and cleanest place to be. And most importantly, his positive demeanour and professionalism has been incomparable, he is very nice and is happy to answer any question you have and give you multiple options for a treatment. I cannot recommend him enough as your family dentist. Unpopular opinion: going to the dentist isn’t bad after all.

The dental hygienist at Impressive smiles alleviated any worrys and fears, she took her time to explain everything and pointed out all my problems with my teeth and gums and gave me a plan on how to properly care for them and most importantly I got to leave with a fantastic clean and polish <3 the team was so helpful and friendly. Everything about the surgery was super clean and vibrant, all of their equipment was of such high quality I was amazed! Overall I am glad to say that this is going to be my new family dentist.

We came to Impressive Smiles on the recommendation of a close family friend and have been left impressed after each visit. Dr Tatian and Bree are not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but provide a very warm and person centred approach which has not only been great for me and my young kids (ages 4 &. 2) but especially my wife who like many people has a dentist phobia. She no longer breaks into a cold sweat when we walk through the door! Fantastic experience: Like many people out there, the dentist isn't exactly my favourite place to visit. Dr Tatian makes the experience so much easier! He is understanding, caring and definitely patient with me. I recently called him outside of hours as I needed urgent attention for an infected wisdom tooth. He went out of his way to organise antibiotics for me, called and gave me advice on how to treat it, checked in on me several times in the next week and squeezed me in for an appointment. Still not my favourite place to visit, but he is the only dentist I will go to. His level of care and professionalism is second to none and when you meet him, you know it's genuine. I highly recommend him!

He takes the time to explain your personal dental situation and uses current technology such as close-up teeth and gum pictures to assist with your understanding. He then tailors a care plan suited to your specific needs and follows up during routine visits to ensure that you stay on track and meet your dental goals. He even takes the time to explain the fundamentals such as proper brushing (you are probably doing it wrong)! I have personally vastly improved the health of my teeth and gums after starting my journey with Dr Tatian. Prior to that I was visiting dentists that were obviously not providing the same level of care to their patients. Dr Tatian is also experienced with young children, and both of my children visit him for their routine checkup and clean. The Impressive Smiles clinic itself and all of the equipment within it are clean, shiny and brand new. On behalf of my family, I highly recommend Dr Tatian and Impressive Smiles.
