Fantastic experience: I had Emily for a clean on Monday, and during she noticed the poor quality of my front fillings from years ago, and asked if I were happy with them, I said no and she offered me a quote to have them redone. Thursday I came back to see her, and I had the most amazing experience. I love her chattiness, it made me feel so at ease and comfortable, and she did an incredible job on my teeth. She offered to redo the entire filling instead of a resurface, and was so meticulous and made sure they were exactly how i wanted them. The results made me tear up in the car, I feel so much more confident. Thank you so much Emily you are an angel <3

Negative experience: Nightmare…robbed or been looted. I went in and said it’s my first time experience coming for check and cleaning my teeth. I even filled up on note pad saying it’s check and clean. I was called and asked to open my mouth and said they are doing X ray and everything. I thought it was a procedure and didn’t say anything. After few minutes I asked when they are going to clean my teeth. They said I need to book another appointment with more fees. I stood in front of the reception and handed me a bill of 137$, didn’t even clean my teeth. My insurance didn’t cover it. As a reminder please, If someone is new, let them know the prices and the services. I will never ever go there…they just smile and loot you as much as they can…

Negative experience: It has been months since I had extractions here and I am still experiencing TMJ pain that has only gotten worse. While I wasn’t experiencing a notable level of discomfort during the procedure (probably due to anaesthetic) the symptoms became quite apparent during recovery and I felt as though I had been handled quite roughly. I never had issues with jaw popping, pain and limited mobility prior to the procedure. I’m still seeing a physio because of this.

Fantastic experience: I used to be really scared of dentists... And then I found ADDC... This dental clinic, which is 'manned' by an all women team, waylaid any negative thoughts & fear-filled emotions I had of dentistry... From my first visit, I found their soft demure and pleasant manners made me more than comfortable with my treatment - to such an extent, I found myself almost dozing off on a couple of occasions during the process... Recently, I had a front tooth snap off, and had to have Dr. Johanna Lancee replace it with a crown, and honestly, I didn't even feel the injection she gave me, which to me, was wonderful... Another service, amongst the many they offer, is teeth whitening, which I had the good fortune of Emily do for me, and my God, the difference she made to my stained [...yes, I'm a smoker & big coffee consumer...] was nothing short of amazing !!! I now look like a Hollywood movie star !!! LoL... I know I have waffled on here a bit, but to find such a thoughtful & caring dental clinic that could rid me of my fear of dentists, I shall for ever be grateful to Johanna and her team at ADDC... Thank you...

Negative experience: I would have easily given 5 stars to Emily for her top-notch professionalism and how gentle she was. Unfortunately, another dentist had to do my recementing of one of my resin-bonded bridges that had fallen out. This dentist was rough, she had zero bedside manner and she kept pressing my chin down against my throat to keep my mouth open, which made me feel like I was choking. I was scared and shocked because all my previous experiences at this clinic the past few years have been nothing but professional and gentle. I will not be going back to this clinic anymore after this horrible experience. Edit 17/01/25: Received an email AND text message saying I can receive $50 credit if I refer a family member/friend to the clinic… why would I recommend my family and friends to your clinic the day after I post a 1-star review about my horrible experience there? Negative experience: While having my teeth cleaned at my ADDC appointment today, the Dentist was talking to her assistant about a Thermomix. The Assistant said she already had one and didn't think it was worth it bc it's mainly only good for stews and curries, which she enjoys, but not all the time. To this, the Dentist said, "oh yea, those meals will just make you fat. By the time you add in the stuff to actually make it taste good, it's just going to make you so fat." They proceeded to talk about the potential purchase while the Dentist worked on my teeth, but when the Dentist continued to use the word "fat" to describe what she clearly deemed as unacceptable/undesirable, i couldn't bite my tongue anymore. I proceeded to educate the Dentist bc she obviously needed some clarity on the situation. Specific foods do not make people fat. Specific foods are not good or bad. Food is merely a single factor that goes into one's body makeup. The fact that I had to have this chat with a Doctor is absolutely disgusting. No patient should have had to overhear such an unprofessional conversation, and frankly, no Doctor should be speaking so unintelligently about a topic she clearly has little knowledge on. Today's friendly reminder for Dr. Andrade: think before you speak. Educate yourself on things you don't really understand. And don't be insensitive to those around you. Edit to add: When I called her on using inappropriate, unprofessional, and inaccurate information, she was very apologetic and claimed she would do better. I hope it was true and genuine on her part.

Fantastic experience: Never really been comfortable at the dentists before but the lovely staffs in this clinic changed that. They provided such good service and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. They also give you a really nice view while you’re getting your treatment done. In contrast to other dental clinics where you just see bright lights and gray walls, ADDC provides you with a seat overlooking a garden which was really nice. Will definitely come back

Positive experience: To be fair I haven’t had any issues with the dental care itself. I turned up for a scheduled procedure and after waiting 40 mins I was told the dentist couldn’t see me due to still working on another patient. I can understand emergencies happen but I can’t understand why you’d reschedule the person who is there rather than appointments later in the day. I had to take a day off for this procedure and was made to wait that long before being told to go.

Negative experience: I live rural so I have to fly to perth to see a dentist I booked in advance and sent through my entire dental history and paperwork whilst on the plane on the way I get a message saying " Hi Chantel we need to rebook today's dental appointment. Dr Milena is sick, please give us a call on 9276 1540. Thank you reception Being casually told 4 hours before an appointment that you paid travel and hotel for is just bad business and so disappointing and unreliable I won't be rescheduling. They didn't try to make effort to book in with another dentist its just not good enough especially for what dentists charge you expect better service.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Dr Rinu for invisilign retainers replacement and after seeing her 3 times, can say she is a top dentist and I would highly recommend her. She not only had a better price for Vivera retainers than what other dentists quoted me, she was also efficient getting the retainers well ahead of my planned trip and sorted out my long term issue of food getting stuck between my tooth with crown and my tooth with filling. I have been told few years back by a different dentist that nothing much can be done about it. Dr Rinu suggested redoing the filling which would then reduce the gap at the top between the 2 teeth. She did say that food will still get stuck at the bottom part of the tooth (filling can only be at the top) but the occurrence of it will reduce a lot. I was hesitant if it wouldn't be waste of my time and money but after checking my private health, I had a very small gap fee to pay and I can say the best thing I could have gone ahead with. Food only gets stuck occasionally in the bottom part of the tooth which is a huge improvement from what it was before! Thank you Dr Rinu and also the dental assistants and the lovely team of receptionists who were very pleasant to deal with. Your amazing work resulted in me having a very positive experience.

Negative experience: Advertise a $125 scale and clean but didn’t advise hidden costs. Examination is $55 on top of the $125 that was not conveyed to me. Was told to pay up and that every dentist is like this… Emily was a great dentist but didn’t appreciate not being told of this hidden cost. Also, never emailed me my invoice so what was the point of asking?

Fantastic experience: This is the gentlest dental surgery I’ve ever seen. I’ve been twice now, and barely felt a thing during my procedures. The first visit, I didn’t even feel the needles that numbed the roof of my mouth! If you’re an anxious patient, I highly recommend this surgery. The two different dentists I saw were both kind and understanding, and talked me through everything. I walked in nervous and shaking, and walked out smiling.

Negative experience: I have gave this dentist gets 2 stars for a couple reasons, they saw me twice on very short notice, which I appreciated. That’s good you say? Well… They told me my gums were just inflamed and I had to take ibuprofen and Panadol till it went away. I insisted I was in so much pain and something wasn’t right but they just turned me away… (3 times), in fact one dentist even said “you need to toughen up princess”…. I went to my old dentist who I hadn’t seen in awhile, he had a look, what do you know… I had a bacteria infection in my gums and due to the other dentist not treating it the infection then spread to my ear. ADDC did not even bother to take a x-ray (which provided answers to why my level of pain was so high by the way) they did not prescribe antibiotics, and they said I could even get laser gum surgery to remove the inflamed gum, but when I asked for it I was told “I am wasting their time and their money” and they said they will only rip my tooth out if I want help. My old dentist did the following, did a visual exam and clean, took a x ray, prescribed antibiotics, and then did laser gum surgery to rectify the problem. If you’re someone who hates going to the dentist ADDC is exactly the reason why. I will add though, the girls at the reception desk where great and kind and welcoming, that’s the only positive thing that makes me give this a 2 star rating in total… Thanks ADDC for a sleepless, literally painful week, for something that could of been resolved in 2 days… And if you’re here looking for reviews for a good dentist, Alexander Heights Dentists, Dr Gregory Chang, his other practice is “The Heights” in Padbury, he is person and dentist and cares about all his clients.

Fantastic experience: ADDC Dental Clinic is by far the best dental surgery that I have been to. From the moment I entered the practice I was greeted by receptionist who is super friendly, professional and helpful. I had 2 surfaces filling done by Dr Nerma on Tuesday and she was patient to explain the procedures involved or any queries and provided me with the tailored treatment. I have to say the filling works she performed is top notch and I could not noticed the difference for the filled teeth. Would definitely recommend ADDC Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: Crooks in disguise. I first went in for a simple clean which was claimed to be around 125$. On the way out to pay at reception I was charged some 200$+, Allegedly for x-rays & fluoride treatment that I did not request. I have returned once more to do another treatment based on their "recommendation", which was quoted around 600$, same thing happened at check out and I was charge 650$+ Again without being informed prior. Submitted a complaint, and that was just ignored. My conclusion is that is their strategy to make patient pay more so they can upscale their sales, playing on the ignorance of the patient of what dental treatment you may or may not have gotten. Shameful common behaviours in most WA Dentistry.

I hadn't been to a dentist in ages for genreal maintenance but Googled around and with a stroke of luck i got booked in the same day at addc to file down a rough tooth that was driving me insane. My dentist was Katherine and she was just freaking amazing she was so good to chat with and so friendly and did a awesome job on my teeth and even had time to do 2 filling on my front teeth and to top it off the price was so cheap without even having a health fund. I'd highly recommend this place to anybody especially with anxiety problems like myself also! Thankyou ADDC dental!

Fantastic experience: I love this dental clinic so much, my dentist is so friendly and remembered me from a year ago! They explain things well, the set up of the clinic is lovely, and the receptionist offered (without me asking) to check how far away the dentist was when I'd been waiting a little longer than usual. Fantastic experience: Alexander Drive Dental Clinical and more specifically Johanna Lancee has been my family dentist for 20 years. She has taught me and my children, who are now in their late teens, good dental hygiene. Something which is paying off (no cavities ) Her gentle and preventative approach has ensured that both my elderly parents (in their 80's) still have all their own teeth. Thank you, Johanna for your personal and professional care over the years and for making time to see my mother first thing on Monday when she had a dental concern. It gives us great peace of mind to know she is looked after. For anyone looking for professional dentists who really care and a dental clinic which is a pleasure to visit I can't recommend Alexander Drive Dental Clinic highly enough.
