Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting some dental work done by Dr Charles Sun, and I couldn’t be happier. From someone who had extreme anxiety and a fear of dentists, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Charles listened to my previous experience /trauma I had, and took the time and effort to build rapport with me during my first initial consult, where he continued to ensure I was comfortable and he put my mind at ease as he talked me through each step as he went along. This has made a massive difference where I no longer have anxiety when visiting and no longer put off going! I no longer live in the area since my first appointment with him, yet I am more than happy to travel to see him! Highly recommend Dr Charles Sun!

Fantastic experience: 2025: I want to pass on my effusive thanks to Dr Marc Miller and his team. They provide such extraordinary care and attention to detail. I chipped a tooth and the time and effort he put in to making sure it matched the colouring exactly was so appreciated. It's seemingly a little thing, but makes an enormous difference. Thank you. 2022: I hate dentists as well. Avoided them for many years and I'm paying the price now. But Marc and the team are very gentle and friendly, highly recommend them (seriously, they're dentists, and I'm recommending them, what does that say about how good they are?)

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Nundah Village Dental. I have a huge phobia of going to the dentist. I am not one to not go, I face it every 6-12 months, but it's a terrible anxiety I have and I struggle to go. I think it's mainly due to some horrendous experiences in the past particularly when I was a child and some awful dentists. Anyway, I have now seen Dr Nermin on 3 separate occasions. From the moment you get in the front door you are greeted by lovely and friendly receptionists, the dental assistants are so welcoming, and the minute I go into the room I'm greeted with a big smile from Dr Nermin, and a friendly chat and she immediately makes me feel at ease. I explained in my first appointment with her about my phobia and she has been nothing but understanding. She communicates and consults with you every step of the way, she tells you exactly what she's doing, gives me a break when I need, takes things slowly if I start getting anxious, allows you to ask questions, shows you everything in your images and explains it to you thoroughly in a way you can understand. I suffer from vertigo and I recently needed a big filling right at the back of my mouth, so I had to be on a weird angle for the filling to be done. Dr Nermin and her dental assistant Vivienne constantly checked in on me, ensured I had a pillow so I wouldn't feel dizzy, and played the music really loud so I wouldn't be bothered by all the drilling - it was almost like a party :) They were so kind and considerate and I felt totally at ease. I had to go back a couple of days later as I just needed a part of my tooth a bit more smooth after all the numbness had worn off and before I even laid down Vivienne had the pillow out remembering that I had Vertigo. Whether it was written down in the notes or not, that made me feel like a valued and cared for customer. While I do find this clinic more expensive than others, and I don't get as much back on my private health as I would at a preferred provider, I will continue to spend the extra money and go to this practice given the wonderful treatment I receive and how at ease they make me feel. Thank you so much for showing me there can be great dentists out there who won't make it a traumatic experience.

Negative experience: First thing. You need someone else to perform denture. I have said numerous times.i would like a cup of coffee. That STAYS in the cup.for $13.000..I would NOT recommend

Fantastic experience: Just had my regular 6 month service, been coming to the practice for years as all the staff are just so professional and caring, I did have a real fear of the dentist, but Marc has diligently transitioned my teeth to an easy maintenance position. A special commendation to Kateryna, a Dental Hygienist who is just soo gentle during the checkup and clean ..... Thankyou everyone for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have autism and have always been terrified of the dentist but Jacinta and all of the amazing dental assistants I’ve met are seriously above & beyond people! In my first appointment Jacinta made sure to make me feel comfortable and safe to ask questions and now I don’t panic at all leading up to appointments. She changed my whole perspective after a single appointment and Ive recommended her to all of my autistic friends who also have trouble with the dentist setting. I cant say enough great things about this business - they really care about their patients (and their wallets which is such a nice bonus). 15/10 stars, I’ll never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: NVD was so great! I had my first visit there recently. The dentist went into a thorough explanation about the teeth whitening at home products I was purchasing which I loved because I'm a details person. They even took the time to do a dentist consultation first to make sure my teeth were ok for whitening. They checked over every single tooth in my mouth and made notes. I really appreciate the time they took with me, and how we came up with a treatment plan that catered for my needs, especially as there were 3 different whitening systems to choose from. I ended up going with the overnight system you wear when sleeping and wow! Even after one night I saw dramatic change. I've tried a few different systems all with mediocre results-the Boutique Whitening Night time was more affective than any others I've experienced including in chair whitening! Highly recommend the night time system. It's also really affordable, and there is enough product in the box to last me the rest of the year, so I can refresh my smile as needed-so handy as I drink coffee and occasional red wine. Super stoked. I don't feel the product was too harsh, though it was strong and brought instant results, my gums coped just fine over the course of days and sensitivity subsided within a day. Which is nothing compared to in chair which can be pretty intense/cause pain/discomfort. Thank you NVD, and Brook the clinical co-ordinator who was so helpful in guiding me to work out which was most suitable for me, in chair or at home whitening. Lastly, their new premises has good parking options on a quiet street and is spacious and so clean inside. Thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of all the team. Well done!

Fantastic experience: I cant speak highly enough of this place… i got alot of work done over the last 6 months… went through my super to get my teeth fixed which had been in a bad way for a long time!!! Fantastic experience: The team at Nundah Village Dental are the next step up in terms of quality, expertise and follow up care and support. My experiences with the team over the last 7 years has been nothing short of professional in terms of procedural work, and a genuine feeling of care when the team follow up the following day after certain procedures. My regular dentist, Dr Clarke, has always been clear in his diagnosis of work that is required, questions answered without jargon and option’s regarding varying levels of cost for certain procedures provided. I’m not sure you could expect anything more from this team, a true standout. I wouldn’t recommend another team to look after your dental needs.

Hannah was wonderful she guided me through and centre and the process with a smile. Fantastic experience: Emergency It’s Friday a long weekend and I’m busy My tooth has broken Rang the surgery told the receptionist my story mentioned I worked in the village so if possible as late in the afternoon to my surprise she knew who I was Mary from the barber … Offered me 3 pm perfect 250 pm ran out of the shop all flustered covered in hair brushing myself off as I walked through the door I was greeted with Hello Mary felt very good nice atmosphere very spacious people everywhere but not in your face … for now . Fantastic experience: I am lucky enough to have been a client of the Nundah Village Dental clinic for about 17 yrs. I am constantly amazed by the level of friendly service from all the staff. This is a business that very obviously is customer service oriented. They must chose and train all the staff - above and well beyond anything you see elsewhere - and I’m talking airlines, hotels, doctors clinic’s restaurants etc etc. Naturally the offering isn’t often as palatable.. but the clinic handles absolutely everything that my teeth have required over those years. Emergency surgery- emergency repairs, general dental and cleaning, they do it with an absolute professional and friendly service. Fantastic experience: Marc and his team are professional, kind and gentle - just what you need from your family dental practice of nearly 30 years. Marc has looked after us from the first baby teeth and many mouth guards to major dental and referrals when we needed them. As with many of his patients, we have moved away but always travel back to the incredible team at Nundah Dental for our checkups or treatments. The only complaint from my children was when Marc made me buy them electric toothbrushes for their Christmas stockings :)

Thank you in particular to Marc for all his fantastic effort going the extra mile to improve my quality of life with insertion of strong crowns, replacing old fillings, remediating emerging cracks, and now teeth whitening to eradicate the previously dark and stained teeth at the front of my mouth. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from front desk, lovely assistant Holi and doctor Nermin. I would recommend dr Nermin Kanaan as she was very professional and used an individual approach with each child (5 and 7 years old). During the process she communicated with the children using language that they would understand. She made the process very entertaining, even when they needed an injection, they did not notice when she was doing this. Because of this we avoided going to hospital and putting the children under general anesthetic. The children are not scared of going back to her for dental visits.

Had 2 fillings which were the best finished product I've ever had. Dr Michael and his assistant, Connor, were a great team and were very pleasant. Fantastic experience: Dr. Raghed Bashour is the best, If you are looking for a great dentist, don’t look anywhere else! Dr. Bashour is a very professional dentist you can trust which is hard to come by when dealing with teeth. I had root canal treatment done as well as fillings and his work is amazing, he made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing! Fantastic experience: I have recently visited NVD and did a treatment with Dr. Raghed Bahsour. I have to say he is such a great dentist, he explained everything patiently and I left with a big smile after the laser whitening he did for me. His before and after cases in his room will make me do veneers soon :) I have been looking for a dentist who can speak Arabic for so long and finally found him! Negative experience: My experience was not the best to say the least. As mentioned in other reviews some have had a reasonable result. I found them to be very rough, I wont be taking my child there.
