Fantastic experience: Totally Smiles Holt is my preferred dentist. Stephen Nelson is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Highly trained expert dentist who is reassuring, kind and above all else an excellent dentist of the highest order! Grace, the practice manager is welcoming and runs a very professional practice with very little waiting times. I highly recommend ‘Totally Smiles, Holt’ for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing experience at this dentist. After being to another dentist that was terrible Dr Naj filled me with confidence. She explained every step of the process of my filling and gave me some great feedback on why I was prone to cavities. She also gave me some great preventative measures that are realistic and achievable to help prevent further cavities. She and the dental assistant were so gentle and non judgemental through the whole appointment. I will definitely be making her my permanent dentist and sending my children her way too. I could not speak highly enough of her.

Negative experience: Just had an appointment at this dental clinic, but very disappointed. One is they changed my appointment, so ended up assigning me an Oral Health Therapist instead of the dentist I had agreed upon without communicating to me. They charged me for the therapist’s advice on using Piksters and a non-alcoholic mouthwash for my front teeth??...I was surprised to see an Oral Hygiene fee on my bill for the “instructions”that I was not even asked for…I was not informed beforehand about any additional charges for these suggestions; they just threw that to me and expect that I would be okay with it? I brought it up with the receptionist right away, and all she said was, "the service was provided, so it needs to be charged." If that's their way of doing businesses well, good luck! It feels like I could dish out advice to anyone and ask for payment. I wasn't happy with the cleaning done by the Oral Health Therapist anyway. It felt like she only cleaned some specific spots instead of doing a complete cleaning like my previous dentist. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I will never go anywhere else. My first visit after a horrible experience Tori did everything she could to ensure that I was taken care of. I had seen Naj and had the most lovely experience, I'd expressed my concerns after a horrible experience and she went over everything with me. My second visit, Tori made me as comfortable as she could, engaging with me and talking to me. (I have severe anxiety and shake tremendously) the experience I had with the dentist and her lovely dental assistant was so warming and kind. They made sure I was comfortable, they reassured me that I was okay and doing well. I'm so glad I found Totally Smiles. Thank you Tori and team.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist experience ever! Receptionist and dentists so kind in helping my 3yr old and myself with his first dentist visit and my first visit in a long time. I usually get really nervous at the dentist but i felt so comfortable here. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone. Can't rate it highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the work done. Very pleasant company and professionally executed. I had full top of mouth redone with bridge work and crowns. Venika and her assistant Cody would only accept perfection for me from the engineers making the teeth to the highest quality and had the first set sent back to make them fit better. Showed me that they really cared and that I wasn’t just another number. Highly recommended and will only use from now on ☺️

Fantastic experience: Thank God! A dentist that doesn't lecture or condemn you for your dental care (or lack of). This dentist is very kind, gentle and took great care to make sure I was at ease the whole time. Booking my husband and two kids in now. :D

Fantastic experience: They somehow make dentistry atmospheric. Calm music plays in the waiting room and while you're looking at X-rays. Appointments move quickly, but you don't feel like you're being rushed out the door. You're treated with empathy by both the dentist and her assistants. You can ask questions and they'll answer with honesty and respect. Highly recommended!

She is very aware of her patient's comfort and explains the procedure to inform them of each step. She also praises the patient as she completes the procedure which puts the patient at ease. She says to let her know if uncomfortable and she will stop the procedure. I haven't experienced that before and felt really at ease. Her patient's comfort is a priority. Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain for a week in Lock down due to a cracked wisdom tooth . I needed it out asap. It took not long at all about 8 minutes . It didn't really even hurt. I I'm so very grateful for all your help this morning and am going to keep this dentist as my dentist from now on. Very friendly and polite with outstanding customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was half the price I was expecting to.

Fantastic experience: Had to take my 4.5 year old son for an emergency appointment. They could get my son in the same day all thanks to the office manager Kodie-Leigh. Fantastic experience: Took my Aspergers extremely anxious 10 year old to see Dr Chander today. She was so lovely and kind. My son was so thankful for her and states himself she is the best dentist ever (high praise from him). Would recommend highly to anyone with children.

Created a great environment for my slightly nervous child (4 y/o)which left her absolutely excited to come back again. Positive experience: I had a dental appointment with Dr Chander today, she explained the procedures option most important the cost of each. I would recommend this practice and Dr Chander to anyone require and any dental work. On my in and out I met the receptionist who could not be more helpful.

Fantastic experience: I am afraid/anxious about dentists but I was pleasantly surprised how caring and gentle Dr Venika Chander was. I was in terrible pain and Dr Venika Chander saw me on a Saturday. I needed root canal therapy and she gave me antibiotics and pain killers and I booked a time for the RCT. All of the clinic staff were amazing! I was so nervous but she talked me through the procedure and that gave me a lot of comfort. I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain. She was caring, gentle and quick. I have no fear in going back for a repeat treatment and I will also be taking my kids to this clinic. Very happy with the service, the procedure and the cost. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: We visited this practice a few months ago. The lady who booked our appointment on the phone was delightful and the dentist was great with our toddler. We were really disappointed, however, in the lack of respect the dentist showed his assistant. The staff generally seemed unhappy which was sad to see. Hopefully things have improved.
