Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have DR George do multiple fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction for me. I was nervous for the extraction, but it was so quick and painless I was shocked! He is the best dentist I have been to. He is very professional yet easy to get along with and very kind. Would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a professional friendly dentist. It is located inside the St Ives shopping centre in Goodna, but it is very clean and tidy and the vibe is great!

Fantastic experience: I was in terrible pain from an infected tooth. Goodna Family Dentist managed to get me in on short notice. Dr Alex prescribed me the necessary pain relief and booked me in to pull the tooth later that day. I was nervous but he was very professional and reassuring. Would highly recommend this practice.

Dr George is the best dentist for me, Their expertise and gentle approach instantly put me at ease. The clinic's atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr George took the time to address my concerns and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this dentist for a positive and professional dental experience!.

Negative experience: Please do your research. Unfortunately was lucky enough to relocate and my Denist was blown away by a quote for $2k vs $100 bucks to resolve. Teeth cleaning was $199.00 for first visit. They claimed far more with my private health and used it all up. I was lucky to not go down this path. After reading reviews I’m not alone. The team were lovely. Would not recommend off my experience.

Negative experience: Already notified that I am gonna be late for 10 mins, as it turned out end up late for 15 mins because of the traffic and the rain. Already in front of clinic. They did not tolerate , saying max late is 30 mins. Not even 30 mins yet. Wasting time

Negative experience: For an area poor in wealth these mugs are over 100 dollars more than any other dentist. X-rays 40 dollars dearer. No value at all look else where , plenty professional dentists at more affordable prices ,, really goodna more expensive than my dentist in the heart of the city , pitiful prices , must be high the rent in down town goodna NOT

Negative experience: Unprofessional dentist who accepted work he clearly wasn’t competent to complete. Was rushed (being Friday afternoon he obviously only had the weekend on his mind) he did a shinty job and the tooth he “fixed” literally broke off by Saturday evening! Repeatedly questioning how many children I have putting the pressure on me to bring them in for cleans (trying to secure the medicare rebate) Receptionist lovely but useless. Overall very disappointing experience which left me further out of pocket unnecessarily.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing this dentist a few months ago and they have been wonderful. I have a phobia of dentists and some issues with ptsd but they were extremely patient and kind. They worked hard to made me feel comfortable enough that I can now see them without having panic attacks before/during treatment. Wonderful staff and team.

Fantastic experience: Dr.chae Lee was absolutely amazing I couldn't recommend this practice more! They got me in swiftly and helped me extract an extremely sensitive tooth! I was visiting Australia overseas so was stressed about seeing a dentist other than my own. They made me feel very comfortable and numb before starting the extraction 10/10 experience will be back to this clinic If I'm in Australia again hopefully to keep my teeth next time!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Saad at Goodna Family Dental regarding a chipped tooth and I thrilled at the service offered. The facilities were modern and clean, the reception staff was friendly and polite and Dr Saad was very understanding and accommodating, taking the time to explain the treatment. A big thank you to all and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Booked appointment to have tooth extracted. Went to appointment was told that my tooth could be saved. Only the pain became worse after and I could not sleep. Payed $168.75 for fillings + insurance claim $253.15 total cost $421.90. Only to go back 2 days later to have the same tooth removed because it was too painful, by another dentist (same practice) because I could not wait another day for the same dentist to be available. Paid another $184.85 + $28.20 insurance claim for the extraction. So all up for one tooth I paid $634.95. Would Not recommend this practice. I did not have the energy to argue as I'm also 36 weeks pregnant and was numb from the extraction. Taking my family elsewhere. The only good thing was the quick service they provided especially the second dentist I saw for the extraction.

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful updated clinic I have seen George on and off since before they moved down to st ives, I must say I am very happy with the service and the young girls in there are so warm and friendly.

Negative experience: My wife’s tongue was disfigured during a routine dental procedure and then they took us to court for non payment of which we paid. Court saw through this and threw all claims out the window. It was the most horrific experience of our lives. Be so careful!!

Negative experience: Please NEVER go to Goodna Family Dentist in St. IVES.!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Ask for $300 for ONE TOOTH and the problem remains. But even after the treatment, only ONE gap throughout my whole gum keep bleeding and aching, which is exactly where the only tooth George Saad claimed he treated properly. And he claimed that I have this continuously bleeding problem is because I didn't spend more money on their cleaning course. However, another dentist found a cavity developing underneath the surface right adjacent to the filling George Saad done. I think anyone who has some brain can tell that the cavity was left from the previous treatment not done properly, while George Saad of Goodna Family Dentist refuse to admit. Can you imagine how terrifying it is if I never approach another dentist? The germ hiding underneath the wrongly done filling just eat through my pulp and nearly develop to my nerve. I can lose a tooth due to an irresponsible dentist lie about the job he has done. Greedy, disgusting people. Strong plea no one ever visit them. It can always happen to you.

Fantastic experience: This is the most amazing dental facility I've been too. Me and 2 of my kids went there today and they made sure we were all settled and treated with so much care. Actually listened to what we said and kept checking up during procedures. Amazing receptionists who go above and beyond for the kids, and make them feel happy to be there. 10 out of 10. 100% recommend

My own son is going to make an appointment, it is very hard to find a really great dentist, I have a few horror stories, which he is fixing up and I am very confident we will all be smiling at the end of it.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that I attended this dental clinic today for the very first time I'm used to seeing a regular person all the time but was unable to so I called up the Goodna Family dental clinic made an appointment and went in there firstly I was greeted by the receptionist whose name was Danielle she was fantastic at her job very friendly, caring then I was seen by a doctor George and his assistant was Foraya they were the most beautiful people they kept me calm they kept me relaxed they were extremely professional and the Foraya the assistant constantly kept assuring me how well I was doing I would absolutely 1000% recommend these people to anybody thank you for making my experience so much less scary I will constantly keep coming back now

Fantastic experience: Took my mum for deep clean procedure, Dr Kevin was very professional. He explains the whole procedure in detail as well as its cause and future prevention. The whole experience was very pleasant and painless, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My partner went here (first time customer) with a filling that had fallen out but also a mouth full of other problems. He was thrilled to have the ONE problem he actually immediately wanted fixed at a reasonable price (within the quote over the phone - a very reasonable quote may I add) and he was not given the "hard sell" on the rest of it, therefore he will be happy to go back. Service was great. I will be going here in the future too. Thanks. With so many Dentist to choose from, I know we got lucky.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable our local community has this excellent dental service. I never liked going to the dentist because I was scared of pain and the bill. After a visit with Dr Hou I am happy to spread the word about this Dental clinic. The treatment was gental and my financial situation was taken into account with how I’m able to pay. Highly recommended!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Took my elderly dad as he had a toothache, dr Kevin examined dad and advised best course of action all the while explaining what he was doing, he really put my dad and me at ease, dad knew he was in good hands. Then what really blew me away was dr Kevin himself rang a couple of days later to see how dad was healing and if we had any concern, I was really happy because he showed he cared for dad. Dr Kevin and the dental assistant (sorry can’t remember her name) were very friendly and I can not recommend him and this practice enough. Thank you Dr Kevin and team

Negative experience: Went there for a denture repair. Charged $59 by the dentist to look at it then got the denture technician to do the same thing. Decided on a reline of the denture instead costing $400 for the worst job ever. Denture was not centred properly teeth were hanging down much much lower an still didn't fit properly. When I went back 4 days later to explain they were worse than before I had them fixed was told they were alright an nothing wrong with them looking at me as if I was mad. Absolutely disgusted with this place Do not recommend that dodgy denture clinic !!
