I have found the staff to be incredibly helpful, friendly and as accommodating as they are able. My experience with the Practitioner I see has been so great. I would highly recommend Evelynne. She is quick, efficient, honest on her assessment and wants the very best for you. The team she works with are also great and show such a respect for one another's ability to perform that I always feel comfortable in the chair. Also the facilities are amazing. Fantastic experience: My experience with blue Apple over the past 8 years or so. Excellent. Fabulous staff who actually remember your name. They are so welcoming and friendly, so much so that they put you at ease. It can be daunting at the dentist but truly Blue Apple dentists and hygienists are amazing. My last visit was 2 April 2025. I had a top wisdom tooth removed. I’m in my mid 70’s and I had no problems afterwords and no pain. So I tip my hat to all at Blue Apple.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Blue Apple more highly than- in fact after my last interaction with them I’m even thinking of leaving them something in my will!! But seriously- I just arrived in distress with no appointment. They helped me with a short term fix and then got me in the next day and sorted the problem. Not only was it affordable but they also called the following day to check how I was going. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Visited today to have a chipped/decayed tooth fixed. Having not attended this surgery before and being scared of needles I was not looking forward to it. Negative experience: Two years ago female dentist commented using word "shocking" to my 10 yro which upset him and I said nothing. Happened again recently took him back for routine clean up but this time the hygienist that commented using word "shocking" and again he is upset! With all do respect my son trying the best he can to brush twice a day and more when he's not at school, it's not easy when he is on braces! They can have their opinion but they should never allowed using word shocking! It's very offensive and unprofessional! It look to me they only like to clean a clean teeth! We came straight from school he had no time go home and brush. 3 months ago fluoride was still included in the price, but this time the unfriendly front desk said we have gap to pay they charged us $45 just for fluoride which she said Bupa didn't cover for. We are top cover Bupa members and we never had to pay any gap of any kind! I took the receipt and claim it back to Bupa, they couldn't under understand why they had to make different code! I guess they didn't make enough money out Bupa and us!

Kristina's knowledge, skill and caring nature are exemplary. Added to this is the time and care that this practice takes to follow up 24 hours after a procedure to see how you are doing. Negative experience: Called to book an appointment for my family as we are new to the area. I was spoken to in the most unprofessional and rude manner, lady on the phone had no customer service skills. Definitely will be going elsewhere. Dont even bother with this place. I saw the one star google reviews but thought I would still give you a chance since it was close to my house but no!

Negative experience: Left my appointment after a clean with build up still on my teeth. Dentist was also pushy for me to get work done on several of my teeth saying I needed multiple crowns. Unsatisfied with the clean I paid for and felt pressured to book in an appointment

Fantastic experience: I'm like many of the population who have a hangover fear of dentists from childhood. I have never had such a thorough initial exam with X-rays and pictures, then an explanation on each tooth and what may be wrong. Kristina took her time to explain everything to me and make sure I was ok. I have a bit of work coming up so i am very confident it will not be a painful and unpleasant experience. The check up was very throughout & complex. I love the way our dentist (Kristyna) was talking directly to our son and explaining him what is going to happen and showing him the equipment being used.
