Fantastic experience: Our local dentist bit more than that, such a great group of people! An example of how they work with us, their local community today… my son had an issue with his new braces (they’re not orthodontist) and a with no notice Felix saw him when we came in and sorted the issue. A small gesture that meant so much to us!

My daughter is never scared of coming to see Tim, the team are incredibly gentle, explain procedures clearly, and make sure we're comfortable throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: There was a time I couldn’t even drive past a Dental clinic without experiencing something close to fear and panic. I grew up in the era of dental vans, excessive pain and dental practitioners who instilled terror. Sadly, I carried these experiences into adulthood, but years of avoidance finally caught up with me and something had to be done. Even though a friend recommended Choice Dental, I was super anxious and distrusting. I made my first appointment over the phone – in tears. The receptionist was kind, calm and reassuring – she listened patiently and said the Choice Dental practitioners are both skilled and caring. This proved to be 100% accurate. For more than a year, I had many appointments with Dr Tim Chan, an incredibly empathetic, supportive professional who took a terrified patient with a significant number of dental issues and skillfully transformed my smile and quite, frankly, resolved years of trauma. I cannot recommend the team at Choice Dental enough. Many skills can be taught, but it’s only luck when people also possess empathy, patience and kindness.

Fantastic experience: I have had two occasions when I have needed emergency dental work and Choice Dental was there to help each. Fitting us in and staying late to make sure we could get the treatment we need. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at choice dental for most of the time they’ve been open. Overall a great dentist with up to date technologies and positive, helpful & friendly staff. My dentist is Tim. I’m a nervous patient and Tim has always worked so hard to support this through all treatments I’ve had. He and the dental assistants have always been incredibly sensitive and gentle and have always made me feel safe. I have gained the confidence to have regular cleans and check ups despite my anxieties. Constance and Tim have always worked really hard to prioritise emergency needs, always finding a way to be seen - recently Tim worked through breaks and worked on a non work day to manage a broken tooth because he knew I would struggle. Above and beyond. I would Highly recommend this dental practice

Fantastic experience: I attended ‘first choice dental’ today & it was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I had major dental work done & was extremely impressed with the modern technologies (eg. 3D printing & scanning) used at the clinic. My treatment would generally require two seperate appointments at a different clinic. It is reduced to a single visit at ‘first choice dental’ because of the modern technologies utilised. Dr Tim & his staff (receptionist Constance etc etc) are warm, polite, knowledgeable, friendly & extremely accomodating. I’ll admit that I’m a difficult patient with obsessive compulsive disorder. Punctuality & cleanliness are crucial to me. The staff at ‘first choice dental’ are very understanding & they’ve never let me down with the promises they make. They are a great team of people. Fantastic experience: I attended Choice Dental in Yarraville for some filling work and also to have a crown fitted, the entire process was fantastic, Constance is an absolute delight to deal with and Tim is incredibly gentle, his approach to his work is professional and informative, his care factor is also very high, there are no surprises with Tim, I would definitely recommend Choice Dental in Yarraville.

Negative experience: Out of 4 crown installed, 3 have either broken or failed. A very expensive venture.

Fantastic experience: If you need a professional denist clinic come to Choice Dental Group. You cant be wrong. My uncle got decayed tooth over decades and its getting complicated for his age. Hes attended few other dental clinics but none of them like choice dental group and Dr Margaret is a lifesaver (13/09/2020). She’s young but very experiences. She’s explained and guided him throughout the treatments. Dr Margaret you’re best at what you doing and please continue help others. Once again, its one of the best dental clinic in Melbourne.

Most recently I had two fillings that were pretty close to the nerve and I was quite concerned about the pain afterwards. Reception are a pleasure to deal with always accommodating and welcoming in both scheduled check ups and emergency appointments. The dentists (in particular Diem) are very gentle and considerate for your needs! I struggled with coming to the dentist in my 20s due to some bad experiences. I can honestly say I have had really enjoyable visits every time!

Fantastic experience: Choice Dental Group, to say you are all amazing would be an understatement. After having a great day turn bad due to one of my front teeth breaking, the staff went above and beyond to ensure they got me in to see one of their many exemplary dentists. The ladies at reception assessed that I was indeed an emergency patient and within half an hour of walking in the door, (and what appeared to be some lightning quick appointment reshuffling) I was in a chair. Having been to Choice in the past to see Dr Cindy (who is awesome), I was seen to by Dr Margaret (who is just as awesome, maybe even more awesome) who took a very caring and delicate approach to pulling a tooth out of my face. Dr Margaret then fashioned a temporary tooth attached to my adjacent teeth to fill the gap, that not only looked better than my original tooth, but actually made my smile straighter and somehow closed a small gap in there too. Dr Margaret is a truly elite dentist and artist and I am incredibly thankful to how easy this whole ordeal was. Do not hesitate to go to Choice Dental for any dental needs. They are the standard of which all dental practices should hold themselves to.

All the staff are super friendly and have been incredible with my daughter (now almost 8 years old). Fantastic experience: If you grew up going to a butcher for a dentist and are now convinced that every single dentist is the devil incarnate, I would suggest seeing these guys - convince yourself it's a day spa (for your teeth) and just go. Staff are friendly, place is pretty relaxing, they give you plenty of notice if they are running a little behind schedule, Dr. Tim talks through what work he is going to and then again as he is doing each step - and you get to see before and after pics of each tooth. They EVEN make sure your lips are moisturised to prevent cracking, that's next level care right there. Just go. Do it. Go see them.

If you have an emergency need to see a dentist they always find time for you and no matter who you see you can be sure you are in good hands. Fantastic experience: After an accident that resulted in some fairly severe dental trauma, I've spent 15 years and thousands of dollars with several dentists. Dr. Cindy Liang was able to fix my poor, damaged teeth with bonding; I can finally smile confidently! Choice Dental made this procedure affordable, and Cindy was professional, friendly, patient with attention to detail, and explained every step of the procedure. The assistant/nurse that helped with the procedure (unfortunately I didn't get a name!) was great as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for about 5 years. Shocked and pleasantly surprised on my first visit, that they took the time to get to know me and not just my mouth, on my second visit the dentist spent an hour with me trying to figure out what was wrong with my mouth and why I had sooo many problems. She has since diagnosed and fixed ALL the problems. It’s great that I can now smile with confidence, but it’s the time they take to make me comfortable and relaxed that is the most important for me from the receptionist to the nurse to the dentist, they make me feel so safe and welcome. So I would highly recommend Choice Dental to anyone, but especially children and those that have a fear of dentists, this is the place to go for a pain free and comfortable experience. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We travel from Geelong to get our dental work done here because of the high quality dental care we receive that is very hard to match elsewhere, the attention to detail is so high and the level of follow up is a powerful tool to making the whole experience exceptional.
