Fantastic experience: I recently had a fantastic experience at Beyond Smile Dental Clinic and wanted to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The reception staff was friendly and efficient, getting me checked in quickly. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even offered some relaxing distractions like magazines. They didn't keep me waiting long. The assistant of the doctor is also fantastic. They were gentle yet thorough during my cleaning, explaining everything they were doing and answering any questions I had. Dr. Karthik was also excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns and examine my teeth thoroughly. He explained my treatment options clearly and in a way I could understand. I never felt pressured into any unnecessary procedures, and He made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Dr Karthi is an amazing dentist very thorough and gentle I never liked going to the dentist since I was a kid but I actually look forward to going now knowing Dr Karthi is very professional caring and good at what he does I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting or needing any dental work done. My root Canal was a very delicate process due to the location and damage to the tooth and dr Karthi kept me in the loop as to what to expect and recommended I get an implant due to low success of this procedure of restoring my original tooth

Negative experience: I was convinced to get dental work I did not need. They said I had to do both sides but I only did one after I realised what they had done! The side they did has left me with permanent damage to my teeth. I would get a second opinion before doing any thing more than a check up here. Or better yet go to a different dentist

Fantastic experience: I went searching for a preferred provider for my Health Insurance fund not knowing what to expect. Beyond Smiles Dental in Kardinya were amazing. There was no wait. By the time I had completed the new patient form the dentist was ready for me. DR Behnoush and her assistant were very welcoming and friendly. The process was explained to me and the treatment was conducted in a very professional manner. DR was very calm, efficient and extremely gentle. I haven't had dental treatment like this before. Ever. I felt so comfortable that I have booked in for a full checkup and clean which I haven't had for several years. I highly recommend Beyond Smiles Dental Kardinya.

Negative experience: It was my very first time at this particular dentist as I am moving into the area and where hoping to make this my new dentist to go to. I went into the room where procedures are performed and that’s when I met Dr Behnoush Azhang. At first she seemed lovely and kind and made me feel at ease. (As most people do not enjoy the dentist and can find it quite stressful) I was told off several times in the chair because I, at times had to swallow and shut my mouth a little bit. Instead of her reassuring me and making me feel at ease she said ‘I need to keep my mouth shut or I can not do this and I’ll have to start from the begging and then you will need your mouth open for longer. The next thing she said to me was (with a big sigh) I can not do this you’ll need an anesthetic as you can not keep your mouth open. Severely times after this she sighed and complained with a very angry tone that I don’t need to swallow or move my mouth just keep still and just keep my mouth open! I’m sorry but if I feel uncomfortable and feel the urge to swallow she should be a lot more empathetic or shouldn’t be in this industry as you need to be caring and have patience. I said I was sorry over and over and felt terrible about moving but I couldn’t help it. I never felt so uncomfortable before. I saw a similar review on here just before I booked and I thought I’d still give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong! The review from the other lady has also been deleted so no one else can see what they are really like. I do not like writing reviews and very rare I do but I just felt so upset and uncomfortable about everything I experienced at this place. They dismissed me and said you won’t need a follow up. I would not recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Banoush is a legend. Very confident, yet kind and gentle. She is well knowledgeable and experienced in her field. Most important is that she seems passionate about her job and is a reliable and transparent person. The receptionists do their best at satisfying the clients but there are some communication problems due to language. The practice has dim lights and is squashy although this doesn't affect the work and results. Prices are in the middle range and reasonable.

Negative experience: How this place had 4.7 stars is beyond me. My initial consult was supposed to be capped price. The dentist went ahead and conducted a full mouth X-ray without consulting with me regarding the extra cost. She “assumed” I had private health, but I ended up out of pocket an extra $100+. Stupidly, I went ahead and got two fillings without getting a second opinion. Three months later and I still have hot/cold and pressure sensitivity that I wasn’t experiencing before the fillings. I’ve been back for reviews and have now been told I might need a root canal. $420 for fillings that have only caused more damage. Off to see another dentist to fork out more money to have the issues fixed. Safe to say I won’t be returning to Beyond Smiles Kardinya

I genuinely can’t thank my dentist, Behnoush Azhang enough for everything that she has done for me!! She is truly amazing at everything she does and so talented!! I’ve had numerous fillings done and have just had a tooth extraction recently that has been going smoothly thanks to her!! She is so sweet, caring, friendly and empathetic, I’ve always had big anxiety issues especially with past dental experiences from a different dentist when I was younger, but she has always been patient with me and never fails to calms me down!! Fantastic experience: Went here to get a general check up and two of my wisdom teeth removed. The dentist here are very pleasant and make sure you are comfortable the entire process. After my surgery, I had little pain to deal with and a week later I'm healing perfectly fine in major part to the care provided here. Highly recommend this place and I'm very lucky I first chose this place for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: After having an extremely horrific experience at a previous dentist with 2 x wisdom teeth extraction where I acquired dry socket, going into my second 2 x wisdom teeth extraction at Beyond Smiles Dental / Kardinya Dental was mind blowing as to how simple and pain free it was. Dr. Karthik was reassuring and provided excellent care and skills before, during and after my in chair surgery and I did not feel a thing - through out the procedure asking if I was ok. The healing process was simple and easy and I am 100% happy with the outcome of the procedure. Dr. Karthik has also been my dentist through out my invisalign treatment and now it is complete I am also 100% satisfied with the outcome. Would come back time and time again and would recommend to others to go here if you're looking for an amazing service and a very pleasant dental experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice in the past and on both occasions have had great service.

Negative experience: I saw Dr.Gregory Yap recently and had horrible pain afterwards. When I contacted the clinic back, Dr Yap was too busy to accommodate me. When I went to another dentist nearby, I was told that the extraction was not complete and there was a large bit of my tooth left. Very disappointed. Avoid at all cost
