Negative experience: Really disappointed with the visit today at Saints Dental in Salisbury..We live in southern suburbs..Mr Dutt didn't even bother to check my wife tooth,throughly, strongly suggested Us to their recommended endo dontist specialist in Modbury for root canal treatment,which is around $3 k plus.Then their treatment will cost us around $1500 as well..My wife just got cavity in the tooth, needed cleaning and filling that,s it..Her tooth X-ray copy not even given to us..And they charged my wife $195 for a drama check up..What a crap services???they think we are fools..I will never recommend my family and friends to Saints Dental Salisbury..What a joke happened to us today.... We booked the appointment for the dental cavity not for just the appointment to get the check up. We clearly mentioned in the form and at the appointment when we made the call. We were not given the complete information even upon requesting that we need the xray report via email no one has even provided that as it was promised, after the appointment at the reception they will email us immediately which they didn't. Secondly we asked them if they can link us and provide the referral to the Endodontist in southern suburb instead of going back to nnort suburb and we were told that they cannot do that either because they are only linked to the atwEndodontist in Modbury which is clearly shows that they are just want all their patients to go to a specialis. We are not happy and that's not the service what we have expected not expected

Negative experience: Just like to say the marketing for the dentist is on point owner replied instantly instead of managing the dental practice, unfortunately unless you have private health or are willing to fork out 1000's the service is about as good as what the Cows get before slaughter.... Absolutely gutted pain unbearable and left in limbo on new years eve...

Negative experience: Personally a shocking experience, no literally in shock need Ambos, tooth extraction gone wrong no medication given no advice just left to go into shock I hospital now

Negative experience: Booked an appointment at Saints dental as I had broken a filling. It was easy to get in, i managed to get an appointment the next day. Which was great because I needed to get my tooth fixed. Staff were friendly and professional and the premises were clean and tidy. However I was charged $575 for my 30 min appointment to drill out my broken filling and replace with a new one. With advice that I should in future spend a further $1250 on an Onlay cap for that tooth. Incredibly overpriced. I have never been charged so much for one filling. I have no intention of ever returning purely based on the exorbitant price I was charged.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist for a very long time (1974) so I wasn't sure what to expect . Thankfully, I had a good experience. I had broken the back out of one of my teeth , they gave me some options and I opted for a filling. It has worked a treat. Great job

Negative experience: Absolutely in shock, I went to the clinic and should have done more research which I will own that. I confirmed for partial denture and veneers. Once I got home my partner looked into the cost and turned out saints dental for veneers were over double the price of three other local dentists this along with double cost for hygiene and clean. I am mortified such a large difference for same service it’s robbery. Definitely do your homework price is ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Very caring and thorough. They always let me know the price before they undertake any work, which is not always the case with other dentists that I've seen in the past. There's never any judgement about how well you've been caring for your teeth too.

The second best part was having a sweet soothing voice whisper in your ear, only two more to go. It was so pleasant, im back tomorrow.

Positive experience: The dental nurse Caitlyn was very lovely and helped me make decisions as I was very anxious. However it was much more expensive than I was quoted elsewhere. The centre was clean and new, it would probably be a better fit for people who don't have dental phobia and don't have to worry to much about the cost of treatments.

Only draw back was the cost of the service, it wasn't a cheap fix but have been quoted 33% less for further work at another dentist and as the cost of living is on the rise any saving is good.

Then escorted me to the room to get teeth checked Dr Nikhil Dutt was very gentle and kind. I couldn't go thru with getting all teeth checked as I had abit of a panic attack but they treated me with kindness. The ladies at the desk were very polite also I will be going back to this dentist highly recommended :)

Negative experience: Visited around a year ago as a new patient for a checkup, clean and to have an assessment for a replacement night mouthguard as my existing one was damaged. I wanted the same type of mouth guard as my damaged one but the dentist refused and I felt pressured to get the one he was recommending despite voicing my preference multiple times. He stated that he didn't want to make the one I preferred as it would damage my teeth more than the one he wanted to make me. I had never had any tooth damage from my old mouthguard with 2yrs of use. After using the mouthguard made at Saints Dental for 12 months, it has made my bite change significantly which is very obvious to me when eating, has made my teeth shift and has chipped one of my teeth as it was ill fitting and not suited to my teeth/mouth at all (suprise surprise). I went to another dentist today (300+ 5 star reviews) to be told that my bite seemed to have changed from the 3D print I was provided by Saints Dental and the only way to rectify this would be with braces / Invisalign. I'm so upset and frustrated. I wish I was just given the style of mouth guard I wanted from the start but I wanted to trust the dentist and his experience. Never returning or recommending to others. Edited to add: this was the most painful teeth clean I have had. It hurt a lot at the time and I continued to have gum pain and bleeding for 4 days afterwards, I had to buy a numbing mouth wash.

Negative experience: I’m writing this review from my experience last year, hopefully the staff have improved since then. The dentist was incredibly rude to me throughout my appointment. I went straight from work so was in my uniform, and upon learning my career (vet nurse) he continued to criticise my industry, saying that we’re so expensive, arguing with me on the pricing for various veterinary dental procedures. Overall, it was extremely unprofessional, not to mention not even true! Ironically, at the end of my appointment he handed me an estimate for “recommended” treatments (nothing essential) which cost far more than the cost he was complaining that my industry charges. I’m just positing this now as I needed to see another dentist today, and was very nervous after my experience at Saints Dental. But my new dentist elsewhere today was fantastic! So definitely will never be returning to Saints Dental.

Negative experience: My Mum had a filling done 5 months ago and it has already fallen out. I rang to see if they would replace it at no charge but they would only offer a 50% discount. The initial cost of the filling was very high and I was very disappointed that the dentist was unwilling to fix this given the small amount of time that had elapsed. Over $300 for something that lasted only 5 months... outrageous.

Fantastic experience: I did not visit or have any appointments to be there with. What they did when I enquired about availability of an appointment on the Friday, or another day, went well beyond anything I could imagine. Unfortunately although I couldn’t get an appointment with them, the young lady that I spoke to was most courteous and gladly took my details as well as listening to my plight of a broken tooth. I managed to book with another practice for the Monday, while still wishing Zi could have gone to Saints. On the Sunday I received a message that there was an opening for Monday. On the Monday I received a phone call to enquire how I was going to see if I still needed assistance. To me this relentless desire to help stood out in my mind as a reminder that if ever I was in this situation again, I would wait for an opening at somewhere that cares, Sa8nts Dental

Negative experience: In simple plain english, is a rip off. I had two fillings done there and both fell apart after a while. When I went back I was made to pay again for the same fillings to be redone. The fillings ar falling appart again

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant experience, from time of enquiry for an appointment and on the day I arrived. Greeted and assisted by the professional. Extremely professional and efficient. I know exactly what my options are and everything was explained in detail. Recommend highly to anyone needing a new dentist. Believe me it's not expensive as compared to other dentists.
