Fantastic experience: Dr. Antish Naeck and team are the best! I've never looked forward to going to the dentist until now, thanks to Garden Haven Dental. They are super friendly and welcoming, and I love the massage chair! Speaking of which, the vibe is very relaxing with soft music and the soothing smell emitting from an air diffuser. You can even watch something on TV as the maestro dentist performs his magic on your teeth. Fantastic experience: Dr Antish and the GHD team deserve all the glowing feedback they receive, it is no wonder others feel just as happy as I do with their level of service. I required emergency care during COVID when I first came to GHD, Dr Antish was able to help at the weekend on a last minute appointment request, from there he and the team have helped me through Invisalign and onto ongoing checkups. Fantastic experience: It was so lovely to be looked after by not just Dr Antish but ALL of the staff at Garden Haven recently when I had a dental emergency. Fitting me in quickly to help manage a broken tooth and then quickly and easily assessing what was needed to get it repaired was a breeze. This was only my first time seeing the team as Garden Haven but I've already booked back in to have some of my general dental needs checked on as I was so pleased with the service I received. I'm not the kind of person who neglects their dental health but I'm definitely guilty of not going to the dentist as often as I should as I often feel like I get the "dentist guilts" from other providers I've seen. But I felt so at ease from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with a new filling in under an hour. And such a gentle and skilled proceedure that it didn't even require anaesthesia. Fantastic experience: Coming from the UK, Garden Haven was a real shock to the system. I’ve never experienced such amazing service from a dentist practice. Dr Antish and the team are friendly, welcoming and highly professional. Growing up, I’ve always associated the dentist with pain and long-term tooth issues (NHS baby), however since coming to Garden Haven I no longer dread upcoming procedures. I’ve had multiple fillings and a broken tooth fixed by Dr Antish and every one has been a seamless and comfortable experience with no pain. They even have a TV on the ceiling to watch while you’re having the procedure! Unreal.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr Antish today and he and the team at Garden Haven are exceptional. The waiting area is pleasantly calming and the surgery rooms are immaculately clean. I have extreme anxiety surrounding any kind of dental examination or procedure. Dr Antish is incredibly understanding, patient and non-judgemental. He didn't rush and took the time to ensure I was feeling comfortable throughout. He was clear and thorough when giving explanations of what would be happening and what options I have moving forward. I was able to watch tv and wear headphones which was a very welcome distraction and helped alleviate some of my anxiety. I highly recommend and will certainly be returning for all of my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: PLEASE GO HERE IF YOU WANT THE NICEST SMILE EVER: I’ve always been someone who never liked my dentist and felt judged, i hadn’t seen a dentist nor taken care of my teeth for 4 years, and that all changed 3 years ago when I walked past this beautiful clinic, I had never felt so welcome in my life. I had known my teeth weren’t up to par the first time I came in and was ready to be judged, But I received the complete opposite!!! Dr Antish was so lovely and provided a educational manner on how to deal with my teeth, now I’m prouder than ever to show off my pearly whites, and now I’ve gone from dreading my dentist appointment to actually looking forward to every 6 month check up and clean. Fantastic experience: I’ve honestly never felt so relaxed on a dentist’s chair before. Dr Antish, Dani and Fiona made my whole experience comfortable and stress-free. His approach was gentle and he frequently checked in to make sure I was ok. The TV on the ceiling was a plus, I was mostly distracted with my favourite Netflix show while the procedure happened - it was all over before I knew it!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely so happy to have found Garden Haven dental! Dr Antish and his team (especially Lorraine!) are all incredible. If I could give them 100 stars I would! I have a few issues, and he has treated me gently, with compassion and great skill. He is happy to talk through options, and doesn’t just push for the most expensive one. I also bring my kids here, and they have been amazing at getting my very nervous 13 year old to let them actually look in (and treat!) her mouth. Knowing she was so scared after a bad experience in a previous clinic, they set up music and a Netflix show she likes to take her mind off her stress. Antish told me he has clients coming to him from his previous clinic in Sunshine and that doesn’t surprise me at all. If he ever moves again, we’ll be following him too!

No clinical sterile reception, rather a warm, beautifully scented space with the gentle sound of a water fountain immediately calming me. In my first consult with Dr Antish Naeck, my confidence that I had found the right specialist for me was informed by Antish's quiet listening approach. I'm currently going through some pretty major orthodontic corrections with Invisalign and had teeth removed and fillings done as well, and could think of no better team to have it done by. Positive experience: I went in for a filling, and a day later, the filling fell out while I was having yoghurt. Apparently it was due to it not sticking to one of my older fillings - Garden Haven have a 12 month warranty, so they kindly drilled out the old filling before trying again with the new one at no extra cost, and I’m more or less happy with the result.
Dear Michelle, we understand your frustration and are deeply sorry that your filling fell. We feel it is only custom for any of our patients to give us a call straight away to let us know if there is an issue. We endeavour to provide the best service to our patients as we treat everyone like a member of our family. We always rectify any problem at no cost to our patients and will get in touch asap to offer you an appointment to solve your problem.
