Fantastic experience: I had a dental appointment for 4-tooth removal by Dr Suma today. Dr Suma is exceptionally experienced in teeth removal. My today's treatment was as pain-free as the one I had a few years ago for 2 wisdom teeth by her. I didn’t feel any pain at all when she was numbing or wiggling the teeth, and they came out smoothly, one by one, thanks to her skilful hands. She is a very calm, gentle, and professional dentist that I have ever seen. I highly recommend Dr Suma for either simple or surgical ones. Thanks Dr Suma and the team for your awesome work today.

Fantastic experience: Having a strong-willed six-year-old with high anxiety around anything medical, we knew a trip to the dentist would not be easy. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Sugam, the wonderful dental nurses, and the entire team went above and beyond to comfort our daughter. Their patience, calmness, and professionalism throughout the entire visit were truly remarkable. One of the dental nurses was especially nurturing—constantly reassuring our daughter that everything was okay and taking the time to comfort her whenever she became upset. She even came out of the clinic to check on her, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. Dr. Sugam has such a gift for working with anxious children—he knew exactly how to approach our daughter with kindness and reassurance, helping her feel safe and understood every step of the way. Thanks to his gentle persistence and the team’s compassion, we left not only with her tooth in hand, but also with two very grateful and relieved parents. Dr. Sugam, your kindness, patience, and perseverance mean so much to us—you truly deserve an award for the incredible way you care for children.

Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth just hours before a big event that I had flown from Melbourne for. I called marketfair dental and they squeezed me in straight away. Cailu (dentist)repaired my tooth and in an hour I was on my way. She did an exceptionally good job. It looks amazing. Great friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very friendly staff and dentist they Very Kind And reassuring but I told them the dentures they made me do not sit properly.They rock back and forth and they hurt they told me to let them settle. I did, but they still doing the same thing.

Fantastic experience: I was booked in for wisdom tooth extractions, both top and bottoms were surgically removed. Dr. Kevin Kim was amazing with my wisdom teeth removal. He explained everything clearly from start to finish, which made me feel much more at ease. He was very patient, calm, and caring throughout the whole process. The procedure was gentle and efficient. Highly recommend him if you need your wisdom teeth taken out.

Fantastic experience: 1st Class service. I had a appointment today 22/04/25 for a Scale and Clean. As soon as I enetered I was greeted by the staff/receptionist was given paper work to fill my details etc. Quick and easy filled out the forms and less then a 5min wait was seen by Dr Sugam Bhandari. Very polite and was very profressional. I am so pleased with the results and will be recommending this place to family and friends. They are awesome. Best Dental Place in the Cambelltown/Macarthur Region.

Fantastic experience: I can not fault Dr Aaron Chin and Marketfair dental. I have had some traumatic experiences with dental in the past that has landed me in hospital. I was encouraged by my partner to attend this clinic and Dr Chin who has completed removed all my anxiety about attending the dentist. Not only with myself but my daughter. He is extremely patient, thorough, calm and explains everything he is doing for you, makes you feel at complete ease. Which is almost impossible when attending a dental clinic. Thank you. After horrible experienced had from Macarthur Pacific Smile, all I can say is I found the one that is truly caring and dedicated here in Marketfair Dental Care. Negative experience: I had a filling done here which I was charged quite a lot for. I then went to my other dentist for orthodontics and I was advised that a filling I had was bad underneath and that it had to be redone. I told them it was not even 2 weeks ago that I had the tooth fixed so no possible way for it to get that bad so quick. Was told it was clearly an unprofessional and poorly trained dentist to of stuffed up something so simple. Pretty pathetic since they charged me so much for it. Will not be returning to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I called the dentist in the morning and they got me in within 20mins for a tooth extraction. Jane was friendly in reception and very helpful. Dr Suma was who I saw and couldn't recommend her enough. I have the worst phobia of dentists and she was the best very caring, helpful and reassuring. Positive experience: I had both my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Do and she was so calm and reassuring. I was so nervous going in but it was all done very quickly and didn’t feel any pain. Fantastic experience: Dr Chau Do saw me for a toothache and resolved it very well. She extracted one of my wisdom teeth with no pain or difficulty. Saw her again for a check up and clean which cured my toothache. She and her staff were very competent and caring and I felt looked after the whole time. The dental practice is very clean and modern and has a great location - lots of parking and close to shops. Would definitely recommend for regular checkups and for emergency pain.

Fantastic experience: Late friday afternoon I realised I need a dentist quickly. Major issue with a tooth, so did a google search. This practice was open and hours stated they open saturday . I called, spoke to a lovely lady who got me in saturday morning. I cannot commend them enough. I have trauma from childhood with dentists and am always terrified. Dr Suma was lovely. She was very kind, reassuring, let me use headphones I brought, with my music to help with the nose of the drill as I feared id need a filling. She couldnt have been more patient. I also have tremors and its worse with nerves and she and her assistant were both very understanding and caring. Great experience, for one who does not like dentist visits.

Fantastic experience: The first time I visited Marketfair Dental Care I saw Dr. Aaron Chin who is a great dentist. He was very gentle and reassuring. I visited this practice again yesterday and wasn't able to get an appointment with Dr. Chin so visited Dr. Chau Do. I have to say that Dr. Chau Do was also exceptional. She is such a kind, polite and amazing dentist. She educated me on how to brush and floss correctly. She was very professional and did a thorough job and made me feel at ease. I also have to add that Jane at the reception is very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my last minute booking request. She is very kind and helpful. Marketfair Dental Care have become my go to dentists now. Thank you Team Marketfair Dental!

Negative experience: Had an appointment recently for fillings and very disappointed the dentist made me bleed which I have never done before getting fillings and I have had my far share of fillings and tooth extractions. It took an hour which should have been 45 minute apt.Also my inner lip was kind of peeling which was weird. Wont be going back to these guys anytime soon

Negative experience: Terrible dentist, Donna** refused me any anesthesia for a tooth extraction and ended up breaking my jaw, cutting into an artery and sewing up my jaw then when it got to 5PM she kicked me out and told me to come back another day while I have a mouth full of blood, broken teeth and bones. I went to the hospital after that to get the tooth extracted and sewed back up. The quality is on par with a Cartel torture chamber **Edit, Thank you for confirming, I double-checked my invoice and it was Donna not Danielle

Fantastic experience: Such lovely, patient and gentle dentists. I was so scared to get my first ever filling and turns out I was worried for nothing. My dentist even offered to play my favourite music to help distract me. Such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chao Do has to be the most gentle dentist I have ever seen. I’ve lived in the area for 16 years and finally found my dentist. She let me know what she was doing and how to prevent problems in the future. Very kind, caring and gentle dentist. Lovely receptionist too who was happy to fit me in at a suitable time. Excellent value for a clean and polish. I hope Dr Do stays here for many more years.

Fantastic experience: Hi This is Desley Wilde. I rarely give top marks. But Marketfair Dental deserve all 5 stars. I have always had a bit of a fear going to the Dentist. But, I started going to MFD in April 2019 & have found EVERY Dentist I have seen at THIS practice to be Caring Kind & Patient. They obviously put their clients 1st.

Negative experience: Well 1st time I went there service was good. Thats why they get 1star. Reason for the missing stars are the quality of filling they put and their customer service. My filling came out within 3 months. I never chew anything hard with that tooth I can guarantee. The 2nd doctor saw the gap and said your tooth needs a crown. There is no point of filling this again. My question is if it needs a crown why wasn't I told the first time when they charged me 200 dollars for a filling which did not even last 3 months. They asked me to pay 160 dollars just to fill up the tiny gap again. They had an x-ray already but they insisted on doing another x-ray and charged me 30 dollars for it and 40 dollars for the consultation fee. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and impolite. When I asked her why are you charging for the x-ray she disappeared and when she comes back she goes we have to charge you so pay 70 dollars. I will never ever go there again. They just want people's money in their pocket. No empathy for patients.

Marketfair Dental was where I attended for second opinion and was advised upon through check that my tooth was perfectly fine. I was given best advise and other service that was required. Negative experience: I was on the phone with the receptionist trying to book an appointment, and she had strong Asian accent I could not understand most of what she was saying. Barely I could understand anything and certainly makes me not want to attempt to make an appointment again. she couldn’t understand me because I clearly stated I couldn’t do an appointment after four and she kept telling me there’s an appointment at four. Later I found out they called my mother Telling and apparently telling her I have a appointment at 4, do I know why she called my mother? no because I’m 18 As Well as the fact the first time I came here they never told me I needed braces and the next dentist I went to said I needed them as well as the dentist before that told me I needed braces So I question these peoples reliability

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chin is the best Dentist as he worked very professional in a way that he explains in detail, all the procedure to be done, that will make you relaxed and not have anxiety out of what is gonna happen. He was also very honest that I took it so long to fix, despite these, he was able to make my teeth renewed, and nice looking. He did a great job in filling my 3 broke teeth, plus his tooth surgery was so comfortable for me. I highly recommend the Market fair Dental Care especially Dr. Chin, who is very eloquent in his dental profession. I think he could be a good Dental students teacher too. More so, my feeling of confidence that I was able to fix my teeth was a nostalgic feeling for me as a Victor Woman...It's like a fresh start, I feel after all my teeth was fixed! Thanks Dr. Chin!

Fantastic experience: My first time at this dental clinic after having broken a filling on New Year's Eve. Such a convenient location in the shopping centre, easy to park and I was very happy with the very efficient and friendly service at reception. Dr Kenny Tieu fixed my tooth gently and quickly. I'll be making this my regular dental care practice in future. Having no gap over my health fund claim was a pleasant surprise also. Now around 18 months later I've just had the final review by Dr Kenny of a bridge that he inserted to replace the gap that came into existence after a large back tooth had to be removed. Dr Kenny has become my regular dentist since my first visit, providing general dentistry services such as cleaning and fillings with no gap payments. His skill, patience and kindness are wonderful. When I needed a bridge, I felt very confident for Dr Kenny to do it. The procedure was painless and I'm very happy with the result, can now chew properly again on that side of my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I went to take my husband to the dentist and donna the dentist looked after him very well .she advised us the tooth has decayed and our options which were thouroughly explained and in the end we pulled the wisdom tooth out and she was so gentle and professional with the way she pulled it out not like some dentists they just yank it out.and then u suffer pain later. And now im.pain free.i will alwats use her as my dentist and would recommend to anyone.

Confusion with Medicare as another dentist pointed out "that's too much" and I was confused as it's not clearly explained how the child fees with the government works! I just want to say that it should be publicly announced the government sets the fees for the childcare dental scheme not the dentist office as no one I know knows this and it leads to confused angry parents. Donna was quick to explain to me and fix up. Convenient location highly recommended A+++

Fantastic experience: Very clean and modern clinic. The receptionist even gave me the remote control to Telstra TV to watch my favourite show while I was waiting for my wife. We didn't have to pay any OUT-OF-POCKET fees for our general dental treatment where as our previous dentist made us pay a GAP charge. Definitely recommending this clinic to everyone. Super happy!!
