Fantastic experience: We are so happy with the customer service and care we receive at National Dental Care Erina. It is not just the dentists, it starts at reception where you are greeted warmly. The dental nurses are wonderful and we love our dentist Antony. You feel heard, respected and cared for every time.

From telephone interchanges, front office reception, and the entire start to finish service its really professional. The Dentists are awesome. I'm a bit of a sissy when it comes to pain, and for the most part (but not entirely completely) it's been mostly pain-free thankfully which has restored my faith and confidence in Dentists. Everything was explained fully, I was put at ease, by Dr Raymond Khoo. Fantastic experience: I have always feared the dentist (like many of us). However, my experiences with NDC Erina have always been positive. Time is always taken to explain procedures you may need and they are truly understanding of any anxiety you may have, Wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: Ou primary aged son has a level of needle phobia and needed two teeth extracted, and Raymond was exceptional! The happy gas, tv on the ceiling and the calm gentle patience and explanation of Raymond made the experience wonderful. Our son actually said on leaving that he can’t wait to go back again. Fantastic experience: Team approach from the moment of entry with welcoming smile, greeted by name, fetched by Dental Nurse and seated comfortably noticing the most modern technological equipment ready at hand. Dr Burgess, exceptional in inviting you to see results of digital xrays/reports, states his preference for treatment but gives freedom of choice with written options and quotes. You know you're in the hands of a Professional. Dr Burgess explains how he will proceed and he has this ability to totally remove any qualms of anxiousness. He truly cares and his dental nurses are second to none.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient at National Dental Care, Erina, I was unsure how my first appointment would go, but I cannot praise both the Dentist (Dr Raymond Khoo) and the reception staff (Emily and Amy) highly enough. Dr Raymond was extremely friendly, professional and thorough in my treatment, and took the time to explain each step of the treatment. Emily and Amy on reception were the most friendly, happy admin professionals I've come across in a long time. The practice is within a light and lovely building, quite a change from all my previous dentist's rooms, and easy parking out the front. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr Fahdi did a great job with an old discoloured filling that needed a crown. He made sure I was comfortable, explained all elements of the procedure, the risks involved, post care instructions. After cleaning the tooth out the new crown was made within the hour. It was pain free and the tooth looks great.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against this practice. I initially visited for what was expected to be a routine wisdom tooth removal. Following the procedure, I experienced severe illness and returned to the office with excruciating pain and concerns. I was informed that my symptoms were normal, received a brief examination, and was sent home. The next day, the pain and swelling had intensified, and when I called for advice, I was once again assured that this was a normal response. Concerned, I insisted on being seen again. Upon my return to the practice, I underwent another examination and an X-ray. It was then that I was informed that a root had been inadvertently left in during the procedure. I was prescribed antibiotics and referred to a specialist for the removal of the root. I was also warned to seek immediate medical attention if I experienced any difficulty breathing. Due to my inability to speak, my mother contacted the specialist, who classified my condition as an emergency due to the risk of respiratory failure. I subsequently spent a week in the hospital being treated for a severe infection and abscess. I raised my concerns with the dental practice and requested compensation for lost wages, medication costs, and follow-up appointments. The practice responded by stating they would only reimburse me for the original procedure if I signed a document. Upon reviewing the document, I realized it was a non-disclosure agreement. I refused to sign and expressed my concerns regarding the ethical implications of their request. It has now been over a year since I first attempted to reach a reasonable resolution with the practice. I have been left with no choice but to share my experience in this review and to escalate the matter to appropriate regulatory authorities.

Fantastic experience: While holidaying at Ocean Beach Holiday Park near Umina, on the NSW Central Coast, our 6-year-old son had a nasty fall on concrete while playing basketball with some older kids. There were a lot of tears, a lot of blood, and he said his teeth felt wobbly… Did we need to take him to hospital? Would his front teeth fall out? Were his adult teeth affected? Uncertain about what to do, I called a dentist friend in Sydney for advice. He reassured me that the hospital would likely need to call in a dentist anyway and, given the time of day (5 PM), we could be in for a long wait. He recommended we contact National Dental Care in Erina and see if Dr. Antony Benedetto was available. Even though he was fully booked, Dr. Antony kindly stayed back after hours to see our son—and we are so incredibly grateful that he did. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Antony made our son feel safe and calm. He conducted X-rays to check for any hidden damage, carefully cleaned his mouth, and thoroughly explained everything to us. The X-rays showed that, thankfully, our son’s adult teeth were unaffected. His baby teeth had taken the brunt of the impact, and while they may turn grey and fall out a little earlier than usual, there was no serious long-term damage. Most importantly, Dr. Antony put our fears to rest. If you're looking for an outstanding, compassionate dentist in Erina on the NSW Central Coast, I highly recommend Dr. Antony Benedetto at National Dental Care Erina. His care and kindness made all the difference during a stressful time, and we are truly grateful.

Fantastic experience: These guys somehow make me want to eat more chocolate and drink more coke so we can come back to see them. Found them as they popped up as being a local surgery that Aus Unity private health pay cover for, so me and my partner booked in to get an annual check up. Sally in reception is a bundle of joy and had us smiling the whole time, as well as helping with our little 9 month old who came in for the adventure. Dr Raymond is super switched on, explains everything well and may be the most efficient human being I've seen in action. He delivered shocking news that I needed about 3 million fillings but didn't make me feel bad (like my last dentist did!) and reassured me the whole time. To top it off, he let me connect my phone to the TV in the surgery and stream the cricket for my 90 minute procedure. Having just moved into Holgate as a young family, we are stoked to have found our forever dentist.

After years of putting up with expensive and pompous Sydney dentists, what a relief to find a local dentist that is so professional and friendly, explains the process and takes me on a guided photographic tour of my mouth after an inspection! Top technology! Being partnered with Medibank makes it mush less expensive than previous dentists as well, so that's a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Trixie is the best oral health therapist. She is very patient, down to earth, always look after my family really well. It is really hard to find genuine person who is genuine look after you , not your pocket. We would’ve change the practice if she is not working there.

Price, service and the genuine relationships I have built with staff and dentist Dr Kay is unmatched. They genuinely care about your wellbeing, tend to your every need and have a smile on their face while doing so. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the service that they provide, I’ve never had an experience that was short of amazing (coming from someone who used to put off going to the dentist because I was so scared). 1000/10!!!

By the time we decide we have to address certain issues it’s often beyond a simple fix. I can attest to that route and in the end you’re faced with losing your teeth or forking out $$$. Easy fix: see your dentist every 6 months and you won’t have to deal with huge surprises

Fantastic experience: We have been going to NDC at Erina for many years. The receptionists are really friendly and work with us to get appointments when convenient for us. They sort out all the payments and make sure all treatment plans are given as quotes. We also receive a text a week before our six monthly check ups and then again the day before. We receive a text the day before a treatment appointment as a reminder. All the dentists, in the practise, that we have been seen by, have made sure all our dental needs were dealt with quickly and professionally. They communicate all the options we might have available and then discussed our best options for treatment. Overall the NDC at Erina is a professional practise with the welfare of their clients their primary concern.

Negative experience: Exorbitant expensive if you are paying as a private patient and are unable to explain why such excessive costs. Highly highly recommend you shop around and check prices for treatment. After research, twice price of other dentists I attended on 28th March for a chipped tooth and had to return 24 hours later on 29th March as the adhesion broke.
