Fantastic experience: Had a major dental job carried out today. Dr Michael was excellent, polite and very professional. The procedure was carried out where I was put at ease and assured everything would be okay. I felt nothing and would definitely recommend Dr Michael to anyone.The team at the surgery was fantastic & very caring. Dr Michael made my transition very smooth without feeling any pain. Fantastic experience: Dr Michael Nguyen has been my dentist for many years now and treated some very tricky cracked teeth as well as performing my usual checks. He's definitely the best dentist I've ever seen. He does a great job with the minimum of discomfort. He is extremely gentle and very kind and caring. He uses high tech equipment to make things even more comfortable for you. And it's a lovely clinic all the staff are warm and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Michael, at Attadale Dental, was tremendous. I had a problem tooth that needed to be repaired as an emergency before commencing 5 week holiday. Michael and his team came in early, because their normal calendar was full, and completed a crown in just a couple of hours. I also really like the minimalist approach Michael has, no over servicing, no belts and braces repairs, just fit for purpose work in my best interest.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place. Receptionists were very kind and offered those waiting coffee/tea, and the dentist I saw was very informative and gentle. Equipment/rooms were all nice and clean too.

Fantastic experience: I've, been a patient of Dr Michael Nguyen for several years, and in my time I've never encountered a more competent and compassionate dental surgeon than Dr Mike. He is a most approachable man, he'll always take time to listen to your concerns, allay any fears you might have , and then make sure you're comfortable with the treatment plan. Further, he'll explain upfront what the overall cost will be. (I've always found his fees to be most reasonable.) Also the staff I've met in the reception area are without exemption very nice people to deal with. So in conclusion I have no hesitation in recommending the Attadale Dental Centre for all of your dental requirements.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nugyen always takes time to explain procedures and Rhona is a very experienced hygienist, she gets every bit of plague off my teeth at every visit. I noticed the centre also invests in the latest tools and equipment, which I believe improves outcome and experience for clients.

Mike and the team provide the highest level of professionalism and care. They strive to do the best job at reasonable cost. Mike does not do unnecessary work. His primary focus is patient care and ensuring the work done fixes the problem and he will go the extra mile if he has to. He is trust worthy, professional, caring and humble. The clinic is impeccably clean with modern machines, and a lot of effort goes into ensuring compliance with hygiene and best practice Covid precautions. Fantastic experience: Michael was kind enough to do an emergency extraction with half a day’s notice during the first COVID lockdown in 2020 when my prior dentist was on “COVID leave”. He is professional, thorough and kind. Reception staff have excellent infection control procedures and I felt very safe. The dental hygienist Rhona is very thorough. My splint was made promptly and it is a great fit.

Negative experience: Michael is a lazy and unhygienic dentist. I don't recommend oral treatment at attadale dental centre.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael Nguyen, the most honest, caring, a man of highest morals with professional dignity and ethics. I met Dr Michael first time in 2015 when I was living in Melville and my daughter had some problems with her few teeth. On that day Michael was very honest, although I was prepared to pay big bill. My daughter has no treatments, all clear and her teeth are still great. Recently, one of my molars fell bit apart and I was sure it will need root canal treatment (RCT). I rang Attadale Dental Centre 2 weeks ago. I told them I am covered with HBF. They were honest again and told me that they are not preferred dentist for HBF and I can go to other dentist who are covered registered with HBF so I can get maximum benefits. Real story starts from here. I saw other dentist(HBF Covered) and I was given a quote of AU $3000/- for one tooth RCT. I was little bit shocked because dentist did not explain much and jumped straight away on multiple sittings for RCT. It was not the matter of money totally but my inner soul was not happy at all. I could not see the similar dealings and honesty like Dr Michael from Attadale Dental Centre. I will have to ring Dr Michael again and to make an appointment with him. I knew that Michael practices high standard of care and he can be more expansive. All the way I attended Dr Michael today at 3.00 PM. Michael was brilliant today and explained everything in details (I am a vet so we can talk bit deep). He told me that with 2-3 visits of root canal it may cost around 1600 dollars (1400 dollars less than the other dentist who is HBF preferred provider). Well Michael spent 30 minutes to clean the tooth and told me that "Ram you may not need root canal treatment". He said it is not deep enough. Well he filled and sealed. Total bill was less than 300 dollars for one hour sitting and all the work he did. I DID NOT TELL MICHAEL THAT OTHER DENTIST QUOTED ME 3000 DOLLARS. So this is the definition of honesty, professional ethics and moral values. If Michael wanted he could have done root canal therapy and could have charged me whatever he wanted. BUT he was just honest like I have been with my clients throughout my life in last 26 years as a vet.. You can not expect anything more than this in this materialistic era. It is never easy to run a business. It can cost 5000 dollars daily to just open the doors. If you are honest you struggle every day to save money but you get real satisfaction and respect from people that may give you more satisfaction. Well done Michael. You are legend............BIG SALUTE TO YOUR HONESTY
