Fantastic experience: I continue to see Laura Malishev for my ongoing care and I highly recommend her, she is absolutely excellent at her job, she is incredibly thorough, wonderfully considerate, informative and always makes a conscious effort to get the best results. Dr. Nas and his team continue to provide wonderful care for every member of my family and myself. No matter what dental issue comes up for us Dr. Nas explains the best way to deal with it, treats the problem in a pain free and state of the art professional way and the outcome is always brilliant. I highly recommend him and the team there to everybody I know. Excellent treatment from Dr. Nas and team. Complex dental issues dealt with in a pain free way and with wonderful results. Fantastic experience: I am someone who is petrified of dentist's hence my bad teeth, but Dr. Nassier Al Obedy kept me calm throughout my procedure I was always trying to hide my smile so my missing teeth would not show, I also had an under bite that I had all my life, with my new implants that is now rectified. Not only did I get my teeth back, I also got my confidence back. Let's not forget Jenny, who was also always supportive and helped me throughout. She always went above and beyond to help. I can't recommend Gateway Plaza Dental and Implant Centre enough. Thank you all so much. 2 years after my implants, I had 0 issues with my implants. They feel natural and I am no longer scared to visit the dentist. Gateway Plaza Dental and implant centre has given back my confidence. I can not recommend them enough. 1 super happy patient.

Fantastic experience: Leopold Gateway dental and implant specialist. I thank you for the great job that you DR Santhi performed for me on Friday . The practice is always friendly with Julie on the front desk and Nat , Dr Santhi ‘s assist . After a 3 hr surgery to have a filling and my back molar tooth capped I’m now feeling much better. Dr. Santhi made sure she explained everything before she started to reassure me about her plans. I was as nervous as a kitten sitting on the chair but once completed I was very grateful and relaxed and happy . Thank you Dr Santhi for your expertise and knowledge

Sai constantly checked in to make sure I was OK throughout the entire procedure and goes above and beyond to explain what she plans to do and make sure you are happy and comfortable. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Gateway Plaza Dental & Implant Centre for any and all dental needs. Naz and his team are exceptional at what they do, ensuring you are informed and well looked after. Tash is an amazing Dental nurse who has a great ability to understand you even when you have a mouth full and is on hand for anything you need. I had my upper teeth removed and replaced with 4 in 1 upper implants. The follow up treatments have been fantastic. I'm very pleased with the results as the implants look like they could be my own teeth.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Al Obedy has been my dentist for about 20 years. During this time he has fitted me with a number of implants without any problems. He has the latest equipment in his surgery and he has great skills. Even though I am in my late 70’s, my dental situation is still very good and I thank Dr Al Obedy for keeping me in that dental health. I thoroughly recommend him for any dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here was great. I felt comfortable and the dentist communicated everything she was doing and why. When I asked a question she made sure to explain everything very clearly. Their prices are in keeping with my last dentist, so not outrageous (I've never heard of a cheap dentist). I'm happy to return there because they are a small business, not big and glitzy with huge shiny overhead costs to maintain. Most importantly, I'm very happy with my check up, clean, x-rays and the mineral coating of a tooth that needs to be filled on my next visit.

I have had multiple visits to Dr Santhi, including for a root canal.On each occasion she has been ultra professional. She is clearly highly competent in her work, perhaps most impressive is her thoroughness, always taking the required time to get the correct desired outcome.

Negative experience: I have been a patient there for nearly 10 years. I will not return I had to cancel an appointment due to illness. Turned up for my appointment that I rescheduled and they canceled on me. I only had a booking with the hygienist! I have also over the years referred about 4 people there. Never again. Prices up service down. Gone down hill

Fantastic experience: Laura Malishev is a real treasure. She makes going to the dentist much less stressful because it’s like visiting an old friend. She is very professional, very approachable and most importantly totally focused on ensuring that a patient is comfortable and happy. I’d happily recommend Laura to anyone. I also acknowledge that no one likes going to the dentist - as I certainly don’t and avoid it. But now that I have met Laura I feel much more likely to keep my regular check ups!!!

Negative experience: This email sums up Gateway Plaza Dental. I had a check up and X-rays done. I found them to expensive so was after my X-rays as I was going elsewhere. Correspondence was between office manager Jenny Kinnane and myself. After lot's of discussions via email I didn't receive the required form and afterwards I was ignored and I never received my X-rays. I don't understand why you think this is abusive. I requested information... ignored...I asked if a request in writing would suffice....told I must sign the form, I reminded you I don't have a printer.....ignored. I requested it to be posted....ignored. Then finally I get a response but still not sure if you are sending the form.

Fantastic experience: My third visit in the last 12 months and great to see the service and the staff freindlyness is excellent every time. It is so good to go to a dentist without any anxity. Thank you all and I am already booked in for my next visit in six months.

Fantastic experience: A new smile, giving me a badly needed confidence boost I have recently completed extensive dental work, including removal of old veneers/crowns and new implants completed along upper mouth. From initial quote to completion several long months later, Dr Nassier was professional in every way, taking time to explain each step and ensure the end product met my high expectations. His qualifications, attention to detail and skill was, to be frank, better than personally experienced at a highly regarded Melbourne clinic. The whole team, including Jenny at reception (amazing), took the time to get to know me and check the progress of my treatment along the way. $$ - I paid for treatment with superannuation withdrawal, completed myself. Expensive yes, but the benefits well outweighed the cost for me personally. The quote was itemised and competitive, with no increases over the 12 month period from initial quote to completion. It is rare for me to be impressed enough to take time out to complete a public review, so it may read slightly overboard, but 100% accurate to my experience.

Fantastic experience: Moved to Geelong a while ago looking for a new dentist was a bit scary task as I have always been a nervous patient in the past I had to make the very first appointment in the morning so that I didn’t have to think about it all day I was given good verbal reports on the Gateway Plaza I have been attending there for a few months and they have just been so wonderful the staff and the dental team are so caring, patient professional making sure every step of the way I was comfortable I have a 3.30 pm appointment today ……….. Just can’t recommend them enough I

Negative experience: Received a spam text from this business with my name offering a no gap appointment. Given I never opted in to receiving any communication from this dental clinic I wonder if they've been pestering others for appointments too.

Negative experience: with a tooth cracking and needing an emergency appointment while I was visiting Geelong, I was able to get into Gateway Plaza Family Dental. the next day at 11:30am I showed my issue and explained it had previously had a root canal on it. within 2 minutes the Dentist has his hands and tools in my mouth and ripped of the slightly wobbling back part of my tooth.. it hurt and was painful.. quickly onto taking an xray of my mouth.. AFTER he had taken out the tooth that was slightly wobbling. onto bobarding me with options of how we can fix my smile once we pull out the remainder of the tooth (multiple processes to get to this step and would cost around $6K in total) I found the dentist very awkward, while he was whiping the blood from my mouth at the part he had extracted he was constantly saying "Whipey whipey whipey whipey" while the dental nurse came to assist. The dental nurse was lovely, very pleasant to deal with at reception.. but I did notice she was playing on her social media accounts while in the procedure room while the Dentist did what he needed to do.. and often spoke down to her. Returning to my normal dentist in my home town, he was mortified at how the dentist had treated this area of my tooth which could have been fixed and has come up with much better and more pleasant solution to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone.. especially anyone with fears of dentist or young children.
