Dr Michael’s Blue Star team have gone above and beyond for me during my implant treatment, and I cannot be happier with the process and progress so far. Fantastic experience: I just like to share my experience with Dr. Tracy I must give honour to where honour is due ,I have done fillings with other dentists , but The way Dr Tracey Did the fillings was amazing to me very professional at what she does hard to explain but once you have tried other dentist, then you can see the difference Thank you, Dr. Tracy for doing such an amazing job. Fantastic experience: Please forgive this ''better late than never'' review of Blue Star Dental on Bryants Road, starring Dr Tracey Zheng! A few months ago, I needed a root canal, followed by a crown to top it off. Tracey looked after me for the crown portion of my treatment and made the entire experience as pleasant as it could ever be. She deserves a crown of her own, but on top of her head with sparkling treasures illuminating her regal presence. Tracey was so kind and caring throughout the entire process, providing comfort in what is traditionally a fairly feared and dreaded procedure. If I ever fall on my face, get punched in the mouth, or bite off more than I can chew, safely, I will be heading straight back to Dr Tracey to put everything back together again. It's five Gold Stars for Blue Star, and Dr Tracey Zheng! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Blue Star Dental for years now. A great dental practice. Reception staff are friendly, and the waiting area is large and clean. The hygienists provide a good clean and advice. Dr Michael Lan is friendly, and always provided great treatments when required.

During my recent Wisdom tooth removal, she showed a deep understanding of patient fears, ensuring I felt comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Zheng provided multiple breaks, allowing me to breathe freely. I've been a patient at this clinic since 2020, and the entire staff, including Dr. Zheng, demonstrates genuine care and compassion. Highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and will continue to return even though I’m not living closeby. The clinic has a huge waiting area, everything is very clean, the staff are all nice and my teeth are cleaned for free (with Medibank Extras cover) every 6mth. They also do zoom whitening here. I appreciate the free takeaway care kit they provide after each clean, and the fact they send reminders that a future appointment is “next week”. Plenty of car spaces available. Highly recommend!

She is honestly so amazing and calming, I would definitely recommend Dr Shelley if you’re a bit nervous of the dentist or a fear of needles. Negative experience: This dental is overly expensive and invoiced me additional costs that were not doscussed prior to completing dental work on my children.

Fantastic experience: Good dental check and clean, Shelley provided the deep clean with x rays. She did a good job with the clean removing plaque/tartar and staining. She also provided helpful advice to maintain and look after my teeth. Good price, affordable for people who aren’t on private health insurance. Highly recommended.

Dr Gurj and his team are super professional, caring and thoughtful, they are always happy to see me, and they always remember my name. Dr Gurj was there for me the whole way when we did the implant in my jaw, he explained the whole process and never leaves me guessing. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is the absolute worst. I can’t stand it!!!!!! BUT I’ve going to Bluestar for the last three or four years now and that’s due to fantastic care my wife and I always get when we see Shelly. All the staff there are great but Shelly always goes the extra mile to make us feel comfortable, explain what we need as well as give ongoing advice on how to keep our teeth healthy.

Positive experience: I have been a client at this dental practice since 2014, the dentists , hygienists, plus the receptionists are all friendly, professional and lovely people. They make cleaning easy and comfortable for both adults and kids. They are very flexible with payments and assist you if you have a hardship. I have already recommended many family members to them who are now clients as well and will definitely recommend these guys.

The dental techs are honest with you, work well with anxiety and stress, and can provide heaps of alternatives to make things easier for you (such as headphones, glasses, and mirrors if you like a little control.) No hesitation about numbing if you're scared of pain. They are excellent teachers and advocates, and Isabella in particular is wonderful. Thank you for making dentists less scary.
