Negative experience: My appointment made me feel untrustworthy of dentists now. I am in pain 5 weeks later because I'm too scared to go to ANY dentist now. I am 50 years old. Been going to dentists regularly since I was 5 years old. But this one....... Omg the worst

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with this dentist. I have always had dental anxiety but Dr Gaurav was very gentle, caring and thorough. He explains all procedures and checks in regularly. I felt at ease and confident in his ability. His assistant nurse Hollie was efficient and relaxed too. The lovely receptionist Tina is friendly and professional. What a great team. I would definitely recommend this dental practise especially if you have children, anxiety or a general fear of your next dental visit

Negative experience: Literally lost a tooth because of Dr Suhas Tumkur who told me I had gum recession on 3 different occasions (6 months checkups) where I asked why my teeth were so sensitive and never been offered an Xray or anything. Only been offered Colgate toothpaste (that clearly sponsor the place as they give you a pack everytime you go) to end the sensitivity. Ended up going to another dentist who proceeded with an Xray and turns out I had a cavity that unfortunately have been left too long and infected the nerve.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gaurav and Tina were excellent. Fitted me in on the same day and very thorough and meticulous with the treatment. I could not be happier with the level of service and the result. Highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Our 3.5 year old had the best time watching her mum and dad at the dentist today, when it was her turn Dr Suhas was patient, kind, friendly and explained everything in an age appropriate way. My teeth are perfect but my wife will need some preventative work and Dr Suhas was clear with a simple explanation of his recommendations. We are so grateful for finding this dental practice as Tina and the team have always been kind and accommodating. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Lost a front tooth filling on Friday, had it attended to on Monday morning. As usual there was a friendly greeting upon arrival, a very short wait and then my tooth was made to look as good as new by a very professional and friendly team. I am very happy with the quick appointment and the professional work of Dr. Suhas and his nurse.

Dr Louis is exceptional and we have been to our fair share of dentists over the years, especially with my complicated jaw surgeries. Fantastic experience: I had been putting off going to the dentist for a while and it was my first time going to Galleon Way Dental and I had such a great experience. I was welcomed by Tina the receptionist and we had a lovely chat where she was able to help my nerves. Dr Louis was so friendly but professional and I felt at ease the whole time. He made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible with having light chat the whole way through and checking to make sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort. I had a clean and filling and I was very happy with how efficient it was done. I also appreciated in comparison to other dentists how I wasn’t made to feel bad over not being perfect with my teeth. I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: My family started going to Galleon Way Dental around 18 months ago and have had wonderful treatment and attention. I decided I'd give it a go also and after many years decided to change to somewhere local. Glad I did! The staff are lovely, the service is so personal and the dentists are terrific. It's hard to make me smile (which is why I am not too worried about the teeth whitening) but I'm smiling on the inside!

Negative experience: Worst experience I've ever had had a tooth removal, the tooth broke and instead of removing the rest it was left and now have broken bits of tooth that have broken through the skin. Very dodgy

Fantastic experience: Sarah is a wonderful professional who delivers a very high level service. Sarah is gentle, thorough and clearly communicates your dental health needs. Sarah has a particular skill getting young children to relax and actually enjoy their early visits to the Dentist. Can not recommend Sarah highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Best dental surgery!!!! Sarah is so gentle and caring and really has the best chairside manner. I never feel nervous when I have my checkups and need further work. All the staff there are so friendly and I love getting my cute reminder cards in the mail :)

Fantastic experience: Always very helpful and super friendly!

Negative experience: Very bad. had no pain, went for for a check up, needed 2 fillings and ended up with tooth pain. Was then told that sometimes fillings can aggravate the nerve, was not told this prior to the appointment. The pain didn't go away and ended up needing two root canals. Continue to have severe facial pain to this day (6 months later) and have now been diagnosed with type 2 trigeminal neuralgia caused by nerve damage from the procedures. This is a debilitating chronic pain condition which so far has been treatment resistant. So I went from no pain prior to seeing this dentist to having pain ever since and now have a chronic pain condition as a result. I only give 1 star as it's not possible to give nil.
