Negative experience: This place used to be fantastic. I've been really disappointed with my recent experiences. I got a root canal done and the process went smoothly but I was never told about the need for a crown. As this was my first time having a RC I didn't know to ask for one. Unfortunately after a year the tooth cracked and the whole process was costly and pointless. I feel like it was a silly oversight that cost me a tooth. My brother in law also had the same experience and also lost his tooth. As they've gotten busier they seem to care less and it's been pretty upsetting

They went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. They even made her feel completely safe and at ease during her very first tooth filling. The staff were warm, caring, and professional every step of the way, and Dr Wendy explained everything so clearly. We felt truly supported and well looked after. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Shirley for a check up and clean and I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant, professional, and thorough experiences I’ve ever had. She is an absolute gem — gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to walk me through every part of the exam, explained my X-rays and photos taken of my teeth in detail, and answered all of my questions with patience and genuine care. I never once felt rushed, and I really appreciated how she made sure I understood everything about my dental health before I left. The clean was efficient but very thorough, I always love the feel of my teeth after a nice thorough clean to remove all the plaque and tartar. All in all, I had quite a pleasant experience during my visit and look forward to coming back for my next routine check up and clean.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown on my lower left side rearmost molar done by Dr Wendy. I'd managed to crack my tooth all the way down to the root and was in great deal of pain. Dr Wendy shuffled her appointments and had me in for treatment me that evening! She worked around my schedule for the following appointments for the root canal and crown. It was overall a very efficient, convenient and fuss free experience. I've unfortunately since cracked another molar and am in the process of getting a crown for that tooth with Dr Wendy.

She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth — a real gem. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. Wendy has this amazing ability to make you feel at ease, explain everything clearly, and deliver results that speak for themselves — my smile looks a million bucks again! She’s a total supermum, and somehow balances being super cool, deeply understanding, and exceptionally competent — it’s rare to find all of that in one person. Negative experience: Check your receipt!! People Since last dental checks (6months ago) to I become suspicious of what services they provided and what they charge on my health fund card. Last time, I started noticing some services that I didn’t think I received when I looked at the receipt after I go home. Since I don’t exactly know what those services were and I am covered by my heath fund card (no gap payment) so I just let it go. This time, I finished my routine check-up and I looked at the receipt at the reception and saw they charged me for “photo record” which I don’t think the dentist actually took.( unless the dentist took the photo really quickly that I didn’t even notice). I asked why was I charged “photo record” as I didn’t recall the dentist doing it, and the receptionist answered something that was totally unrelated to what I asked. She said something like : there is no gap fee, don’t worry about it. you don’t need to pay anything. I suspected she was trying to convince me not to look into the detail and to cover up something. I asked again if the dentist take the photo, another receptionist answered without checking that the dentist did take it. Ok, it probably is their routine procedure to take photo record every time. Then I said I was not shown the photo and I said I want to see it. The receptionist asked me to wait a second and she went into one of the rooms. After about 1-2mins, she asked me to come have a look. I saw the photo and there was a date and a timestamp (7/6/2025 09:12). Ok then we went back to the reception and I signed on the receipt with hesitation. I looked at my watch and it was 09:14, and it was so strange that why the timestamp was just 2 mins ago? I questioned the receptionist if the timestamp shows the time when the photo was taken, she said it shows the time when the photo was uploaded to the system(which I can’t verify if that is true). The receipt was even printed at 09:09(before the time was uploaded/taken) Anyway, it is not the first time that I am charged(although there is no gap fee out of pocket) for the services that I don’t think I receive. I could be wrong, so I’m happy to be corrected. I am just telling the experience I had. But for people who come here to for dental services, especially those who are using health fund cards, DO notice what services they provide and carefully compare them against your receipt. The dentist is good but the overall customer experience is ruined in the end.

Fantastic experience: I am a 61 year old male. Throughout the years, I have never had a dentist that I felt comfortable with. Fact is, I regretted and despised going to see the dentist because I’ve had a fair share of bad experiences. By chance with a bit of luck, I needed to see a dentist on a Sunday due to a tooth ache. I was seen immediately by Dr. Lisa. She was so gentle while treating me and she fixed the problem straight away. She explained what she had to do and how she had to go about it to carry out the procedure. It was totally pain free and she ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. From there, I kept going back to see Dr. Lisa. We have had multiple discussions on my oral hygiene and discussed various options on repairing my bad teeth. Unfortunately, all of my top teeth were unrepairable due to my neglect over the years and if I let it go, I would eventually lose them because of the condition of my top teeth not to mention that they were extremely worn out due to me grinding my teeth at night while sleeping. We then started discussing the option of putting crowns vs veneers in on my entire top jaw. Through our discussions, crowns were the better option. It took us a year from start to finish, but she insisted on not rushing it to ensure that I got the right fit and the correct bite established before we went ahead and ordered the crowns. Because my bottom teeth are also worn due to the grinding, but were salvageable enough to keep with proper oral hygiene and regular cleaning, care and maintenance. It took us several adjustments and a bit of time to get the fit and the bite correct. I must admit, towards the end, I was getting a bit anxious and impatient, but I had the utmost trust and confidence in Dr. Lisa’s treatments and adjustments prior to moving forward. Each adjustment felt better and better. In the end, I knew that we got it right, because it felt right. I respect and have all the confidence in the world with Dr. Lisa and how she carried out my teeth replacements. If I was to do it all over again, I would not change one thing about the entire procedure. In the end, I now have 10 new teeth (crowns) fitted on my upper jaw that fit and feel perfect as if they were meant to be. The pricing was more than acceptable. The office staff was always courteous, kind and helpful. Dr. Lisa was always professional while talking me through the multiple stages, always explaining everything involved while showing me photos, showing me my moulds and explaining what we were trying to achieve in the end. Thank you so much Clemton Park Dental, and thank you Dr. Lisa.

Positive experience: Communication was clear, pricing was described to me as I went. Shirley was direct and didn’t school be about my piercing, I appreciated that. Happy with the job.

Fantastic experience: Getting braces as an adult is quite daunting, but Wendy and the team made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. She was always so thorough and did a top to bottom job at every appointment. Unlike some other dental clinics, she will spend time to fix the problem or try to come up with a solution rather than do the job hastily just for the money. She is extremely dedicated to her work and that shows by how busy they are. I have gotten many compliments about my new straight teeth and love them so much! She is also really great with children so I highly recommend to bring your little ones to see her or the other highly trained staff at Clemton Park Dental if they have dental anxiety. I have recommended some friends who are now on their own orthodontic journey with Wendy and they all agree she is the best of the best!

Fantastic experience: Have to give Dr Wendy a huge shoutout at Clemton Park Dental. After moving out of Sydney, I’m really going to miss her as she’s been my dentist for a number of years. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, she’s able to put patients at ease and work quickly and thoroughly. She’s also very funny and personable. I received my whole Invisalign procedure through her along with wisdom teeth removal and various check ups/cleans. I’ve never been afraid to go to her as I trust her and her team. I couldn’t recommend her enough! The dental clinic is amazing as it opens seven days a week which fits around work and lifestyle. If you’re seeking a certain dental service such as orthodontics or new to the area, I would highly recommend Clemton Park!

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her team were extremely professional and went above and beyond for me. I lost most of my tooth and needed a new crown but because I was embarrassed about showing my teeth in public Wendy went to work straight away making sure I had a temporary tooth whilst waiting on my crown which would take 2 weeks to order. I wasn't expecting much and was quite down but Lisa has made me feel so much better. The staff all stayed back after hours to make sure my tooth was looking better than before for new years eve! I'm extremely grateful for the excellent service I received at this Clemton park dental clinic. Despite arriving late at 6:40pm and having to wait a bit, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and provide the necessary treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr Wendy and her team are amazing. She is so kind and gentle and always takes the time to explain everything carefully so I understand exactly what is happening. The facilities are very clean, hygienic and well taken care of, and they have the latest technology so I feel very comfortable that I am receiving the best quality care. The reception staff and assistants are also very friendly and efficient. They always take care of their patients and I always feel like I am in good hands. I have referred my family and friends to see her and they are all extremely pleased with their experience. I will be hard pressed to find another dental clinic better than Dr Wendy and her team. I had a bad experience with another dentist before who was very impatient and didn’t feel like he really cared about his patients but Dr Wendy and her team really cares about their patients and puts their best interests at heart.

Negative experience: If i could put half a star i would, all of my children appointments they have always been on time like they instructed and only upon arrival they notify us they are running late and not 15-20mins more like 30-1hr late! They don't have the courtesy to call and notify their customers they are running late so that we aren't stuck there specially with children waiting an hour trying to keep them busy in the mean time. So unprofessional!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter's an adult molar that’s impacted in the bone. Normally this would require a visit to a paedratric specialist, but Dr Wendy did a surgical exposure and took care of everything in a one hour appointment. After a month, the tooth came out thanks to Dr Wendy's procedure and we didn't have to spend the time and money it would have required at a specialist.

Positive experience: I got a back molar filling done which is fine, however what made me think twice about becoming a future return customer was the dentist trying to cross-sell me a clean (not cheap) and what seemed like, just assuming i would do one. there also seems to be an assumption that people just have money lying around, ready to burn and that just isn't the case. before i go to the dentist, it's a very considered expense and i don't like things being sprung on me. of course, they can always advise and suggest but please do not assume or answer for me. the dentist had mentioned requiring a clean when i was with her but i neither agreed nor disagreed. the suggestion just kind of hung in the air and i left to pay. i went to the reception desk to pay for my filling and to my surprise the receptionist is already booking me in for the next appointment - a "check-up" of my filling and a clean which would cost me upwards of $150. she's not asking me whether i would like to book it in. she's just going ahead and doing it. i don't think it's the receptionist's fault as i believe the dentist just slipped a word to her without even confirming with me. it did come across rude and assuming though. a.) i've never heard of going for a check-up after a filling. naturally, if there was a problem, a customer would go back anyway, but if there isn't, why bother? maybe the "check-up" is just an excuse to get me to go back for a clean. and b.) objectively, i don't feel like my teeth are in such dire need of a clean. not even close. just sick of being sold things i don't need and also being overcharged for things that don't necessarily feel like value for money like a tooth clean. this is a general statement about aspects of of society though, not just dentists.

Negative experience: The tooth filling fall out 2 days after it has been fixed. Was asked to pay the full price again despite being obvious that either filling is cheap, non bonding material or dentist is unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Second and third check were free!!! My wife came in to get her wisdom tooth out, Dr Jane handled the appointment. She was professional, happy. We came back after 5 days as the pain killers ran out and she did a free check and put meds on the pulled tooth area. For free!!! We left happy, booked another appointment for a clean up /check up, which cost $190. We think its pretty good

Positive experience: The filling material for my tooth fell out within three months ,and you ladies was trying to push me put a crown on it. I paid twice for filling my tooth in three months ,after leave your place ,i found another dental in campsie ,they filling my tooth pretty good without any problems till now ,and they didnt recommoned me to do the crown as you told me.they said it is not necessary because the Xray shows the nerve of the teeth is not close to the broken area.And btw the Korean dentist lady did the job for me . she is nice talking and friendly person but i really dont want put too much money and time on something can be fixed by more easy way. I just put one more star for you guys to make it looks not too bad,and also hope you guys can do better job in future.

Fantastic experience: I recently got wisdom teeth surgenry by Wendy, the surgery is perfect, painless, result is really successful. I was bothered by my wisdom teeth for a long time and extremely painful. I have seen many doctors and was told it's a high risk surgery for ageusia and parasthesia. My friend recommend Wendy to me. After checking the Xray image Wendy made a plan for me. I have had the teeth taken off, fully recovered. I want to say a big Thank You to Wendy and her team! They are helpful and professional. Finally bit the bullet and had some implants placed by Dr. Jane for both me and my wife. She was great at answering all our questions about the procedure and able to alleviate our concerns with the use of their very modern equipment. I am so happy I no longer have to wear dentures and wish I had done this sooner! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I recently treated all my dental issues at Clemton Park Dental before I put my braces on by Dr. Wendy. She is really good at explaining and answering all my questions when she were fixing up my broken molar. She is gentle and all the other dentist and staff are so friendly as well.During my extraction appointment, she was amazing that I didn't feel anything and it only took a few seconds! Very happy, highly recommended!

Negative experience: I am extremely dissapointed with Clemton park dental. I had 3 appointments booked in from 12 onwards, we rang up and canceled one person coming. We arrived at 12:15, only 15 minutes late and they told us they had no time to see not even one of us. We are completely disgusted and appauled by this and will never return again and strongly recommend not making a booking with clemton park dental. They have no empathy for family, it was disgusting. Even though you have now replied and said I was 20 minutes late, which it was not. We had 3 appointments booked back to back which would get me an hour as you pointed out they were 30 minutes each and one had been cancelled, that should have left you with 40 minutes you could have at least seen one of us, it was very disrespectful. Secondly your receptionist said something completely different and said you were busy taking care of your child feeding it and there were no patients so there is no need to lie, thank you. Lastly I was feeling extremely sick and struggled to make it at the time I did and you guys made me do it all for nothing when you could have made a simple phone call. Your behaviour was appaulling and there is no excuse for it.
