Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Caroline Downing since my wife convinced me over three years ago after being messed around with my then dentist. I have never looked back and every time I visit, it’s a good experience because she’s caring and professional. I’d say great but she’s a dentist and I’m petrified of needles! But on a serious note I think she’s the best I have and I would not want anyone else caring for my precious teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: I have been very happy with my invisalign results. Although the initial treatment plan didn't correct the problem fully, this was already laid out as a possibility up front and every effort is being made going forward to get the perfect result. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, especially Dr Downing. I found that I wouldn't get whitening done again though as it was more uncomfortable than I expected and the results weren't that much different. I was forewarned that my teeth have a particularly resistant enamel type to whitening, so I wasn't disappointed as such, just not something I'd bother to do again.

Fantastic experience: I needed what I considered substantial dental restoration and had quite a few concerns, so felt the need to obtain a few opinions. I found Dr Downling’s service, the quality of work and price most satisfying. She is very honest and up front, I’m also very satisfied with her rationale for her recommendations. She provides prompt response with sound analysis with the most suitable and viable options. The results have been very satisfying so far. I’d imagine the work needed can get tricky and takes quite some skill and I’m pretty amazed at how natural my teeth and bite feels. I’m also very happy with her smile design that it’s achieved the optimum being aesthetically pleasing while really natural looking. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs major dental work to see Dr Downling. Her analysis and quality of work will most likely set the ‘best practice’ benchmark you’d use for your assessment :)
