Fiona is very professional and has over many years done an excellent job of looking after our teeth. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and hygiene standards are absolutely first class. I made an online booking at the nearby Family Dental Practice Brighton-Le-Sands, so was anxious to begin my healing process. The practice is centrally located near a bus stop, with immaculate entrance and this continues into the welcoming foyer. Dr Fiona Gallagher was so reassuring and discussed options and came up trumps. She was able to do some nifty work to secure things for now and has such a gentle and caring manner, as do all the staff at the practice. Very impressed with the efficient professionalism of how this practice is managed from the initial phone call through to first consultation.

Positive experience: Thorough clean and staff were friendly but not sure I would come back. My 6 monthly - annual cleans are normally pain free and while Dr Fiona is thorough and educational, at times slightly condescending and not always listening to my feedback, she is a bit more on the rough side compared to the handful of dentists I have seen.

Negative experience: Very rude and expensive My son was in tears after his visit and was told to go somewhere else. I know I don’t have perfect teeth and that’s why I came to you for help not to be told off and get a surprise expensive bill on the way out. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a caring and gentle dentist.

Negative experience: My spouse has visited this dental clinic on two occasions last year yet both claims on our health fund extras are against my name, even after my spouse advised the incompetent receptionist to put the claim against her name.

Dr Fiona was the first dentist to give me proper oral health education and I could not be happier with how that has changed the way I do my dental routine. The cleans at her practice are the best I’ve had, unlike other practices she always uses a spray that annihilates any coffee or tea stain and also uses ultrasonic cleaning. I’ve also had a in chair whitening which really helped my self-esteem and confidence. Could not recommend this practice enough. Fantastic experience: I've recently attended the Family Dental Practice for a clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! The surgery itself is beautifully kept, clean and neat. The receptionist and nurses are very friendly and comforting and Dr. Fiona was very efficient in her cleaning and gave me great tips to help with my oral health, she took her time to explain everything she was doing and how i should improve my brushing and flossing techniques. Overall a really good practice! I've been going to dentists my whole life and I was still able to learn things that I was never told before! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had the Smartbleach done yesterday and it was amazing. I have tried the bleaching you do at home with the trays and they made my teeth super sensitive. The Smartbleach didnt hurt at all and my teeth were white after 40mins. I highly recommend it and my friend's cant believe how white my teeth are now.

Dr Gallagher was very impressive - I presented with quite a painful tooth, and she was able to quickly alleviate my pain, and commence treating the cause.
