Fantastic experience: I've been a patient with Dr Mihaela for around 4 years. She and her staff are accommodating and professional. Several months back, my 9yo grandson badly chipped his two front teeth after school...and I mean badly! I immediately called Dr Mihaela and she checked him out within the hour! Within a week, his smile was back and couldn't imagine the extent of the damage. Other aspect of her practice I can highly recommend is her ability to fill cavities without having to stretch your mouth that you're in pain! A miracle worker!

I got a check+clean+Xray for a great deal $199.. and then I was offered to have a filling on the same day (which sometimes has to be a separate appointment). I’m really impressed and will be going back to them for my future check ups. Staff were so lovely as well!! Highly recommend!

All the ladies there explained everything really well, they made me feel comfortable and could have a laugh with me! For someone who’s very nervous at the dentist, they did everything possible to make it relaxing, including asking me what type of music I liked listening to, so my mind was distracted for my procedure! I've been a patient for over 3 years going to see Dr Mihaela for the first time when a large section of a molar had literally crumbled away. I was convinced that it needed to be pulled out. Not only was it not pulled out, it was filled and fine to this day! And again, at my most recent visit, Dr Mihaela worked her magic on my 4 front teeth building them up and giving me my bite back! I am in awe of her skill given what she had to work with! Dr Mihaela is now also dentist to my daughter and her family!

When my son started crying the nurses had books to entertain him, they allowed him to sit on the chair with me for comfort. Normally when my child acts up in public (worse in an appointment) I get shamed, but the dentist and staff only gave me respect and praise. Thank you so much for looking after my teeth and family.

Fantastic experience: Mihaela is the best dentist I've had in a very long time. So much so that I followed her to Torquay from Werribee after I retired and moved back to Geelong. She is honest and not pushy. She won't tell you lies that you need dental procedures and insist you have them done as was the case for me at a different dentist in Werribee. Mihaela will give you options, explain everything clearly, make recommendations and leave the final decision to you. I strongly recommend Mihaela to anyone needing a new or different dentist.

The Quay Family Dental practice has recently relocated to the ultramodern Torquay Medical Hub. This is a purpose-built development that houses multi-disciplinary health facilities. And…no more struggling for a park with shoppers as new premises has a spacious basement car park! Fantastic experience: We came to Torquay in August 2020 from Sydney, I need to find a dentist, after talking to a friend and the Sands they recommended Dr Mihaela at Quay Family Dental, I had been considering some dental implants but with all the advertising ect, I was just looking forward to a straight answer. Well Dr Mihaela was that straight answer and the genuine concern for her patients was very apparent. Yes I am or should say was a 61 year old scared dental patient, I had a phobia, Dr Mihaela and her team at Quay Family dental are warm and friendly with a professional approach.
