Fantastic experience: I recently had composite bonding done at Clayton Dental Clinic, and I am extremely happy with the results. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The dentist took the time to explain every step, listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly the smile I was hoping for. The procedure was gentle, precise, and the attention to detail was impressive. My teeth look natural, bright, and beautifully shaped. I’ve received so many compliments already! Highly recommend Dr Baker for anyone considering composite bonding. Professional team, excellent service, and outstanding results.

Fantastic experience: I am an overseas student attend Clayton Dental Clinic with my back tooth hurt, before that I went to another clinic and they refer me to specialist(I cant afford as I don"t have dental private health) Dr. Baker check the x-ray and it was my wisdom teeth, he told me the price upfront which was with my budget, did the extraction, prescribe me medication and told me what I might expect. I felt I am in a good hand with experience doctor. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Baker.

Negative experience: Last year, I had a tooth extraction of tooth #48. The procedure was straightforward, taking only about 10 minutes with no bone removal or surgical intervention. However, I was charged over $440 — $333 from VESD and $111 out of pocket — which I feel was excessive for a extraction. During the procedure, Dr. Abu Baker applied excessive force using a forceps and luxator, which unfortunately resulted in chipping two of my front teeth. Since then, I have attempted to repair them at other clinics multiple times, but the restorations have not held, and I have now been advised to get veneers. This has been emotionally distressing and financially burdensome, and I am hesitant to proceed with veneers due to both the cost and my fear of further complications. This experience has significantly affected my confidence and my smile. I do not recommend Dr. Abu Baker for extractions, as I found his technique to be careless and lacking in consideration for the patient’s overall wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is one of the best I have visited in 40 Years, Dr Baker is an extremely talented dentist, he can do pretty much any procedure that you need. Never had an issue and his work is always of high quality.

Negative experience: I recently had composite veneers placed on my six front teeth. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing: the veneers are poorly shaped and uneven, there are visible gaps between them, and, notably, food frequently gets stuck in those gaps which also affects my speech. I brought these issues to the clinic’s attention, but they refused to make any corrections or offer a partial refund. I have since visited two other dentists who confirmed the quality was unsatisfactory and have required additional treatment at my own expense. In my opinion, the workmanship did not reflect standard professional care. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, extra cost, and discomfort. I hope others have better experiences, but wanted to share this to inform potential patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Baker removed one of my upper wisdom tooth (half out) in mid-May. What an experience. Three minutes. Very quick. No pain at all even after the local anesthesia faded away. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr Boris Chan and Dr Edward wang are the greatest dentists on this planet. They are extremely likeable, kind, compassionate and gentle and they provide a very pleasant experience. I would recommend these two dentists to anybody.

Positive experience: I will always be thankful to Dr. Baker for being a kind and supportive person. He took care of my teeth every time I visited him in the past. However, not the most ideal for overseas students since it's quite costly to see him.

Negative experience: Called one day before for a gen exam, with the intention of X-ray and filling for my baby tooth. Dentist spent less than 20 seconds looking around and concluded she can't say for certain what's happening unless we get an X-ray... but it's not operational today. By that point, I just spent $50 to be told "come back later if you start to feel pain". Mind you, there was no mention of the X-ray not working until I was already in the dentist's office.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. We had a HORRIFIC experience with them removing wisdom teeth. They didn't give enough numbing so I felt the whole experience, and they got mad at me for that! The dentist was bad tempered and my recovery was so much longer and more painful because he ignored my pain during the procedure.

Positive experience: I am happy to say the staff at the Clayton Dental Clinic are absolutely wonderful. Reception was lovely and all the doctors were lovely. My issue is with the treatments. I received two fillings from this clinic, both failed within a year. In their defence, I was informed they might fail, but I don’t believe I received the full story regarding the likelihood of these fillings failing. I got a crown fixed recently. The teeth below the crown were filed back without my consent. I assume it was to fix the bite, but I wasn’t told it would be happening beforehand. They are now more sensitive. While I think the staff are wonderful and checkup services have been great, I won’t be going back for any serious tooth issues.

He was terrified going to the dentist, forcing myself to reschedule my appointment due to my son's screaming, refusal to interact when he was at the clinic. Big thankyou for changing the dentist to to Liz and making my son's experience really enjoyable and delightful :) She's is really patience, caring and the best of the best I have come across in her space :) He cant wait for his next appointment in 6 months. Negative experience: Poor service, unpleasant experience. I went to the clinic to glue back one fallen crown,but when the dentist finished glueing and polishing, Without telling me and without my consent, the ceramic part of my crown was polished off, exposing the metal part of the crown, and I left the clinic without being told that the ceramic was removed. I found out later that the part of original natural color crown surface had turned into dark metal look, very ugly. The second time I went back there, the dentist was very rude, he confronted me with his leg in the air, claiming that he didn't make the crown and he didn 't know that the ceramic parts were very thin and would be polished off. I am not a dentist, I do not know the structure of crown but he is a professional dentist with the expertise. The choices he came up with were to pull my entire tooth out, make new dentures (at my own expense), or fill the metal surface with composite material. He ended up using what he felt was the best way to repair it, i.e. to make a small hole in my crown and fill it with filler, but the result was worse and the color became darker. Even he himself was surprised. As his test failed, my original good crown was completely destroyed by him. I am very disappointed and will not return and will take further action to defend my rights.

Negative experience: I went here a few months ago and til this day I’m still extremely upset. I went to get Invisaligns and paid for 26 aligners and only received 16 aligners. I was told by Dr. Baker that my teeth falls under the ‘severe’ category and hence I had to pay the severe cost of 26 aligners. However on my Invisalign package it states I’m moderate (see image). On the receipt it clearly states how much I’m paying per aligner and it’s so sad to be told I have to pay the price of an extra 10 aligners because my case is severe when I’m actually a moderate case. After all this I decided to just go with it because as long as my teeth are straight I’m happy. Fast forward to when I finished my 16 sets of aligners I was not happy with my teeth. Initially in the first consultation I told Dr. Baker I was not happy with the overbite and that was not fixed at all. My teeth has been straightened yes but one tooth is still protruding and it was my biggest insecurity. I still look in the mirror today and get upset. I paid over $7k for my treatment and left unhappy as a student without a stable income. I told Dr. Baker about the protruding tooth and he attempted to convince me it was fine and straight. I do not recommend this dental clinic for Invisalign’s.

Negative experience: when i call for appointment for dr abu baker but receptionist insist me to take appointment with Dr. Teodora Litovska. i had too much sensitivity and pain so i took appointment with Dr. Teodora Litovska. so dr check and tell me that you can do filling first and if you still got sensitivity the we needs to do root canal. (what kind of dr doesn’t know that what treatment dr sould apply to patient ) this means either dr wants to make money or dr dont know their work. anyway i told to do teeth filling. i went home situation gone worst now next day i need to call again. this time i strictly ask appointment with dr abu baker. but when i went to clinic she came and check me because i was her patients. she told me i need to do another teeth filling. so she perform filling on another teeth. i thought everything should be going to alright after that. but it wasn’t. it was ok untill i take medicines. after finish medicine pain slowly start and after few week it became worst. i had never seen Dr. like Teodora Litovska in my life. i will never go to clayton dental clinic again

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic, the stuff and Dentists are miracle workers, they told me exactly what my problem was and how to fix it, in the most cost-effective and efficient way. A few days ago i took my son to see Dr. Litovska who was preforming a tooth removal on my 7 year old kid, he used to be so scared of Dentists that he didn't want to sit on the chair, but throughout the entire time my boy and i had so much fun talking and laughing that we'd forgotten why we'd went there in the first place (i did not see one tear drop from my son even through the anaesthetic!) and they kindly helped me with the payment. The team at Clayton Dental Clinic is amazing, they put their duties towards their patients beyond all, and it really shows in their work!

Negative experience: We go to dentist every year for check up and clean.This time we thought of giving Clayton Dental clinic a try.We were not happy with the service offered.There website mentions No gap check up and clean but when you go to them they charge you.In addition they didn’t do any clean up and we were out in 5min.Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had cracked my tooth today, and after not being able to see my regular dentist, I had contacted this clinic. They saw me on such short notice. The team here are fantastic. They did not want to see me in pain which is what I would expect from a dentist. Made a booking, saw me within an hour and the staff are second to none. Very kind and considerate. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Negative experience: This service in not recommended to anyone, very unprofessional customer service starting from Dr Baker to the office manager and the employees except Christy, I asked one question about the possibility of claiming my root canal treatment cost from my super and they were mocking around in responses, and totally changed bad after being for more than three years patient, and after I was on pain for almost 10 days Dr Baker refuse to see me, (how human is that), I feel sorry for being their patient for this long. Not recommended ever to anyone unprofessional team. Don't replay a typical responses" we don't have records for you, are you sure puting your review in the right place" you know me very well

Fantastic experience: Super positive experience! Had my wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Baker and Liz, it was over quickly with no pain at all. They were both friendly and professional, and made sure I knew what to do the whole way.

Fantastic experience: It's such an amazing experience with Coco and Dr. Baker to pull out my wisdom tooth! Coco can help you translate English to Mandarin fluently and Dr. Baker has excellent skill! Both of them are so patient and nice! Within 1 minutes and before I realize my wisdom tooth has been pulled out! Without any pain, trust me! Fantastic experience: Dr A Juboori is outstanding. I was desperate to have a wisdom tooth removed because it was infected. My previous dentist was booked out for the next two months and I couldn’t wait. I had already had my X-rays done 3 months prior and I didn’t want to be exposed to radiation nor spend a consult fee again when it was a simple procedure. The staff at reception from the moment I called were so informative and accommodating. They managed to squeeze me in with the Dr the following day as I expressed how much pain I was in and I already called over 15 dentist who couldn’t fit me in or were far too pricey. They offered me a FREE consult since I said I want the tooth removed on the day and of course the X-rays weren’t old. No other dentist would do a free consult or look at the X-rays to quote before I attended. This in itself shows how compassionate they are. Upon arriving, the staff were kind and then followed by the dental nurse and dentist.... so kind and professional. He offered on the spot to remove my tooth and my consult/procedure was over within 30 minutes. So gentle... no pain or discomfort felt during the procedure. I am so grateful to everyone who made this happen, your service and client care goes above and beyond. I felt like a human and not a number. Great price, great service, great location. 10/10 Thank you !!!!!!

Negative experience: Had 5 teeth filled by Dr. Baker, i was not asked if i want to do them all at one time, it was very exhausting and frustrating to get them all done under pressure of time. Moreover 2 of them are paining me badly in just a month and were not done properly. I don't recommend them at all.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified at the thought of getting a root canal, I previously had a very bad experience at another clinic where I felt the whole process, which put me off getting the rest of it done for many years. Dr Baker was very patient and answered all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. He did the first half of the root canal today and there was no pain during the process, which I had no idea was possible after my previous experience. Definetly highly reccomend Dr Baker! If I knew it was possible to do this procedure with no pain I would have got it done a long time ago! My mortal fear of the dentist is slowly fading.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bhavana saved my teeth! I had a bad gum disease and I thought I will lose all my teeth before my 40s. With her treatment, my situation is now stabilised and my teeth is much firmer now. She is very kind and professional, always gentle and looks after her clients. The staff are very professional and friendly too. Clayton dental clinic is superb and I will recommend all my friends to go there!

Fantastic experience: A simply affortable dental clinic! About one year ago, I had a crown installed on a back tooth for about $800 (note root canal was done separately somewhere else before), and two front teeth filled for a total of about $375. All the treatment is still good now after a year. It would be better if I had known this clinic earlier. I was scared by the high dental prices before and treatment was delayed, and I didn't know front teeth can be filled so easily until I visited them. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went in as an emergency case and the Doctor and Staff were very accomodating. Very nice and friendly environment with prompt care and great treatment. It was great to see Dr.Abeer devote sufficient time to communicate the the cause and treatment. Great experience. Oh and how can i forget to mention that there's ample car park available.

I even felt safe enough to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr Baker finished the procedure quicker than I imagined it would take, and Hannah also provided much needed moral support! Negative experience: Do not trust this service after hours. I rang them with severe toothache on a Saturday night. The receptionist took my credit card details saying that I could have an emergency appointment and would ring me back in a few minutes with the time. I rang him back ten minutes later as he hadn't rung back. He then said that there was no guaranteed time, it could be 3-4 hours or even the following day. He witheld information and gave misleading information and was only interested in getting the credit card details. Terrible service

Positive experience: I don't normally leave reviews but I didn't have the most pleasant experience. I contemplated for a month whether i should leave one, but I still have bitter feelings. Firstly, I'm not sure why others are calling this place affordable. It's more on the expensive side? I paid $315 to have my teeth cleaned w/ x-rays. The pricing wasn't really transparent. I was told X-rays: $90 (2x $45) Cleaning: $140 Fluoride: $30 That would equal $260. I wasn't aware there was also a $55 consultation fee, which totalled out to $315. It was my first time at this clinic too, at which most clinic's generally give a slight discount? ($200-280 seems to be the general price? Even lower for newcomers) I had Dr. Bahtna as my dentist w/ Yulia. They were both really nice and did a decent job. However it was not worth the premium pricing. Additionally, I didn't have the best time at reception. I called to enquire how much a certain procedure would cost "deep cleaning". The receptionist didn't know what it was, and promised to call me back the next day. They didn't. It took them 2-3 weeks. This just shows a lack of care. I've since moved on to another dentist, and the experience in personalised care is day and night.

Fantastic experience: I had to get my tooth removed. I had a traumatic tooth removal experience with another dentist, so I was dreading this tooth removal. The tooth was also in a very awkward position making the thought of removing it even more dreadful Dr. Abu Baker removed the tooth within 5 minutes in-spite of how awkwardly it was positioned, I couldn't even believe it was gone so quick. There was absolutely no discomfort of any sort, it was quick and easy, and the recovery was also very quick. I have also been to him for tooth fillings and have always had the best experience. All in all, he is one of the best. I highly recommend him

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abu Baker, is a very honest, professional and kind doctor. Dr. Baker is very passionate and has lots of knowledge when it comes to his work. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists and he has definitely been the best out of all of them. He has been very honest about everything. He's prices are incredibly affordable. His staff are very welcoming and always there to help with anything. I would recommend his dental clinic to anyone in Melbourne that wants a nice and honest dentist. I wish him the best with his dental clinic and God bless him.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time coming to Clayton Dental Clinic and I was very impressed with the quality of care and service from the reception and staff there. I am quite nervous when it comes to anything dental, but Dr Tracey listened to my concerns and explained all the treatment options in great detail. She was very patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. the filling was pain free and I am very pleased with my experience here! will definitely be coming here from now on.

Fantastic experience: Dentist: Dr Tracey Quach Firstly, I have no affiliation with this dental clinic or dentist. I googled to see who was available locally as I had a day off work. This is a genuine review from someone who had an unexpected excellent experience over and above what I have come to expect from a Dentist! A chipped front tooth prompted me to make an appointment. What I liked about Tracey is that she took the time to listen. I was concerned that not having been to the dentist for a while and having a chipped tooth and at least one cavity it was going to an expensive visit. Tracey took the time to break down all the costs and prioritise the order of treatment. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost and decided to get everything done in the appointment. Tracey kept me informed throughout the treatment and regularly checked n to see how I was and took the extra time to ensure that my bite felt comfortable after the filling and made small adjustments until it felt perfect! Tracey was very professional and her communication skills were 1st class, they way she spoke with her assistant and myself made me feel like she knew exactly what she was doing it was in excellent hands. Tracey also engaged my 6 year old daughter from the onset to ensure that she knew what was happening to her dad. (My daughter had never been to a dentist before) Tracey even made me aware of a government benefit for free treatment for children, which I wasn't aware I was eligible for. It was the best experience that I have had a dentist and my daughter who was present can't wait for her turn with Tracey :-) If you have kids then they couldn't be in better hands than with Tracey.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain with a toothache and they found a way to squeeze me in. The dentist Dr Abu Baker was amazing. I didn't even feel the needle and didnt even know he had already pulled my tooth out! Great customer service and thanks again!
