He is competent and has a wonderful bedside manner, which was reassuring for someone who is a bit scared of dental work! All the clinic staff are lovely. I highly recommended giving them a try!

The only dentist in the whole of Cairns to offer me an appointment for the next day as an emergency because my daughter chipped her 2 front teeth. All the other dentists just said they couldn't see me today, but no one bothered to offer other appointments.

Negative experience: I when there for my annual cleaning, it was a Friday, I was the last client of the day and I got a 15 minute cleaning for 230$. A few days after,Turns out I did a Invisalign treatment in a other clinic and I personally pay more money to have a proper dental cleaning.

Negative experience: With an infection in teeth, mouth, or gums I think some kind of medication to manage infection should be prescribed, instead of paying for another teeth and mouth clean and being told to take Panadol and nurofen together.

Not knowing any Dentists in Cairns we were highly impressed with the holistic nature and reviews for Dental on Martyn where we were able to get an appointment promptly. Michael Turner and his staff were exemplary and did a great job on restoring my wife's smile for which she is very grateful. Fantastic experience: One of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Went with a toothache and was “treated” with knowledge of what was causing it and how I could potentially prevent it which subsequently fixed the pain over the following week. Michael is excellent to deal with - very knowledgeable and friendly. Rest of the staff is also excellent and makes you feel like you’re in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I went in for just a quick and basic dental examination to ensure I have not got any new cavities. I was taken in for my appointment 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time (something extremely abnormal in the US, maybe that's normal in Aus). Star Wars was playing on a TV on the ceiling at a position where the patient in the room can watch while the dental exam is occurring, which is brilliant. Michael was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave me an honest review of the condition of my teeth and a thorough explanation of what was likely the cause of the minor pain / pressure I was feeling in a tooth. This place provides exactly what I like to see from a dentist. Highly recommended.
