Negative experience: The dentist had no empathy for my fear of pain. He was dismissive and made me feel terrible during my check up and clean. At the end he said, "if you're going to be this anxious.....", and then didnt finish his sentence. He turned around and sat on his chair to type notes in his computer and ignored me, didn’t try to help me calm down. He never said goodbye, or talked to me. His nurse was absolutely lovely, and I'm grateful to her for her support and kindness. I was crying in the dental chair but the dentist didn’t seem to care at all. I will never go back to this place.

Fantastic experience: A very pleasant service, qualified professional and with great care and attention with my children, at all times explaining step by step of the procedure, interacting with the children and making him comfortable, I felt well treated by the way he treated my children, I recommend it to everyone and I would like all professionals to have this kind of care with people, he will be the family dentist from now on. Fantastic experience: I recently had the $99 premium check-up here and was genuinely impressed. As a relatively new clinic, they’re already running things really smoothly. There was barely any wait, and the appointment was surprisingly quick but still very thorough. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The dentist really stood out—knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He checked my wisdom teeth, gave me a referral for an X-ray, and even suggested the best next steps for treatment. He also showed me how to better clean around the gum pocket where my wisdom tooth is coming in. Great service, great people—definitely recommend supporting this local clinic!

Fantastic experience: Have a great experience at Richland dental… As a person who has a real distaste for dentists, the ladies made me feel beyond comfortable, also as someone who would refuse to go to a dentist I would without a doubt go back to see Richland Dental, they were amazing, comforting and treated me as a person not just another number Thank you for this service my mouth did not bleed as it normally would, a few hours as opposed to a few days…

Fantastic experience: I visited for a very overdue check-up and clean. Dr Raji and the team were extremely friendly and non-judgemental. Fantastic experience: This morning, I was to Richlands Dental for the first time. The Dr is very nice she did the job well done by cleaning my teeth and did the X-ray l'm really impressed. It's not my first time to be to the dentist. l have been to different dentist places, but this one l decided to write a review and give them five-star.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I would say this about a visit to the dentist but this was by far the best experience I have had. Dr Cecilia was wonderful and I had the best teeth clean I have ever had and I have had alot of teeth cleans done over the years. She was so gentle, I didn’t feel a thing. I only ever visit the dentist if I have a problem but my teeth look so great I am contemplating going back every 6 months to have them cleaned and checked. Thank you to everyone at Richlands Dental for making this a stress free experience.

Fantastic experience: Raji is a great dentist and I’m grateful that he has moved to this practice. Raji has been my dentist for close to ten years and he always makes the effort to catch up and remember things we spoke about last. The practice is also very nice, the reception staff are friendly and attentive and the facility is well managed with text message reminders of appointments.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in well over a decade until recently I decided to take the plunge and I was pleasantly surprised to find I was not shivering in my boots at all! Dr Fay is super kind, honest and reassuring and I will definitely be going back to see her in future (certainly sooner than 10 years). The rest of the team were welcoming and helpful, made the whole process a breeze. If you are scared of the dentist, don’t be. Take it from me and go and see these guys!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with changing my dental care to Dr Raji and could not recommend this clinic enough!!! After being dissatisfied with my previous dentist. Dr Raji and his team have made me love going to the dentist again! Everything was well explained to me and Dr Raji was so gentle, I could have easily fell asleep in the chair! Fantastic experience: Everyone at this clinic is so friendly. The Dentists we have seen have been very professional and extremely caring. My 16 year old son has intellectual disability, as well as severe over crowding in his mouth due to Microcephaly. Fantastic experience: I came across Dr Matt Yeung at another surgery in Ipswich when my son had his tooth knocked out at hockey. Due to his mannerisms with my son, I swapped over to him as my dentist. Then he left that clinic and they wouldn't tell me where he went. After much searching I found him at Richlands! Lovely manner, explains everything clearly, has made follow-up calls about procedures and isn't one to fill every spot he sees. He does speak very quickly though!

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I’ve ever been to! I just had my first consultation and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Matt is very professional and friendly. He explains everything in a way that anyone can understand. I didn’t feel pressured or forced in any way to get a procedure done, if anything it was the opposite. He explained the pros and cons of the cosmetic changes I wanted to get done on my teeth, making me realise I might not need them. Dr Matt and his team are truly outstanding! They’re polite, helpful, patient and the list goes on. They have very fair prices and both my partner and I even got a little dental kit to take home with us. I can’t thank him enough and I’m just so glad I’ve found a great practice and will make this my permanent dentist practice moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Matthew Yeung. I went for a general check up but really needed a filling for one of my lower chewing teeth. He was so accommodating with my situation. I really felt that he was genuinely concerned and eager to help me fix my teeth. He made me fill so comfortable especially being a new patient. For me that is a big tick in my book! And in addition to his outstanding service his assistant, Ann was just amazing! She was kind, friendly, helpful and very professional which made my overall experience seem effortless. It’s so hard to find a great Dentist and Dr Yeung and his staff are awesome. Fantastic experience: What a good experience! Matthew and his team were understanding, honest, kind, and patient. If you want your teeth fixed, you can trust this practice! I was having trouble with my right lower tooth, terrible pains to the point that I wasn't able to sleep at night without taking painkillers. And I never take anything but usually just bear it through, ie. headaches etc. However the pain was so bad, and prices at other dental practices were so high. Luckily I saw an ad somewhere for a package deal because they were just opening up. And I was given perfect advice to fix my receding gum. I don't have pain at all anymore, and use my sensitive toothpaste maybe once a week. And they referred me to the xray and I got a scan the very same day! And came back today for a clean and chat about my xray results . Gentle and lovely people. I pray God blesses the team at Richlands dental. They really help you.
