Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this Dental Clinic if you're looking for a dentist. I am very fearful and always hesitant to go to the dentist. After a couple of friends recommended this clinic, I found it to be very welcoming, from reception, dental assistants to Dr P. Such a friendly dentist, Dr P and his staff made me feel calm and cared for, and made what is usually a very fearful experience, relatively painless.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Pandyan after a recommendation from a friend and am very happy with my treatment. I had 3fillings done and had normal clean ups etc and everything was done just perfectly. Dr Pandy is a gun, very honest, polite and best his Great team work, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking minor dental treatment

Negative experience: The owner dentist gave me a filling on a healthy tooth without my consent! After months of pain and anxiety due to the dishonesty, I had my bite corrected compassionatly elsewhere. I'm out of pocket because of this unnecessary work. You did not complete my treatment by assessing my bite alignment even after a secondary revision visit with the female dentist who tried to charge me for a "check up". My extra filling has been labelled a fissure seal on my now incorrect dental record. They still spam me to attend appointments after I have told them to remove mine and my family's contact info. Poor communication and care. DONT TRUST THEM

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with Dr. Pandiyan. I went in for a simple filling on a sensitive tooth, but he ended up digging so deep into it that he said I needed a root canal. I was really upset that what should’ve been a simple procedure turned into something way more serious. Don't recommend this dentist at all.

Negative experience: Got rid of all the nice dentists now just the owner.nearly $150 for a 5 minute filling ridiculous

Fantastic experience: I had a badly decayed molar which needed to be extracted. The team at Pristine Dentistry could see that I was in discomfort. Dr. Pandiyan dealt with the situation the same day. There was no mucking around. He did the job with minimal fuss. He also extracted a wisdom tooth which was also decayed. The other staff are Pristine Dentistry are friendly and explain the pricing along with other details. Pristine Dental will always be my "go to" dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: After putting off for 20years going to the dentist, I finally bite the bullet and found Pristine Dentistry, the clinic was clean and bright and the staff were great, I was very nervous and was put at ease straight away, and the dentist was great, she had a very calming effect thru out the process and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Called last Thursday at 5.50pm desperately trying to get in to see a dentist. Had my tooth removed 5 days prior with a different dentist and the pain was still excruciating 5 days later. The receptionist was so nice to me over the phone and very sympathetic and told me to come in as soon as I can because they would fit me in before they closed. Got there, filled in a new patient form and then saw the dentist that was working there that night, where she put me at ease straight away...I'm a very anxious patient. She cleaned out my extraction site and gave me antibiotics. Finally I have found a new dentist that i would be happy to see . I never feel comfortable seeing a dentist but I have found one that I know can put me at ease....and a clinic that I can definitely recommend other people too. Another bonus is the late night closures...thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: my mum went here today and had to get 2 of her teeth removed, the dentist and the assistant who worked on her teeth were so lovely and so patient with her. they explained everything thoroughly to me and my mum and let her have a break whenever she needed it. cannot thank you guys enough! the lady who took the payment was so sweet and gave us a few minutes (as she could see my mum was crying) and then she told us we could sit down for a while if we needed to before leaving. (im sorry the only way i can describe her is that she was pregnant), she was lovely and overall the service was amazing. thank you guys so much, will definitely recommend this place to everyone i know. amazing staff.❤️

The clinic is exceptional! The premises are beautifully appointed and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Dentist, Dr Ker, is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she did a full check up and explained her recommendations thoroughly. Hygienist, Kylee, is just as professional and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic!

Ms. Nadia the "Detal Hygienist" is an absolute angel, who did a lot of digging the tartar out of teeths without any pain. She keeps you busy with her talk while she is engaged. Always feared about my wisdom teeth extraction, after consultation from Dr. Pandian and Nadia, fixed my appointment for the next sitting. The hygienists go out of their way to help correct poor teeth cleaning habits (not in a lecturing way) and are sympathetic to your struggles #flossingsucks. The hygienist(s) are not only exceptional at what they do, their preventative and maintenance advice is spot on (saving $$ for such simple advice). The Dentist here is also very efficient, professional and attentive to detail ensuring healthy long-term preventative care. I highly recommend this place, they provide a consistently brilliant service, receptionist are always pleasant to talk to and go out of their way to ensure you get the best service.
