Positive experience: The service was very good, however I did feel the Halloween decorations were out of place in a dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Dr. Rangoli Agrawal for sometime, and she is an excellent dentist, always takes time to do things properly and make patients feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!

He always listens, explains everything clearly, and gives great advice on how to look after my teeth. The clinic is clean, friendly, and professional. Negative experience: Pathetic!! I’ve been going to this clinic for 5 years and when I actually needed to get something serious done (a root canal) they wanted to keep me waiting for 2 months in between appointments (when it should only be 2 weeks) meanwhile I’m in a lot of pain. The reception staff have 0 concern for their patients wellbeing. The dentist here are great, but unfortunately the clinic is poorly managed.

We love the personalised service of seeing our same family dentist Dr Ryan Shiu. We have recommended NDC and dentist Dr Shiu to family and friends who now use their service too. I’ve now had my second appointment with Dr Maroun Hanna and I couldn’t be happier. An issue that’s taken a long time to resolve by previous dentists that I have attended, was fixed in a single appointment. Dr Maroun is very knowledgeable, friendly and calm. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me step by step. The dental nurse was also delightful, as was the staff at reception. Happy that I’ve finally found a dentist I can trust and I couldn’t recommend them more.

The reception team are lovely and always happy to answer any questions. A special shout out to Dr Suhail! He explained everything thoroughly and my options for treatment and is such a kind, friendly doctor. He is also the most gentle with administering the local anesthetic I've ever had! I felt very well looked after at this practice and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant check up and clean with dentist, Steven. He was thorough, friendly, and professional, and took the time to explain things. I’m impressed with Steven’s holistic approach to healthcare; he explored my answers from my medical questionnaire, gleaned further information during the checkup, and also provided helpful suggestions for my general health concerns. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about his patients’ overall health, as well as oral health. The admin team, and my dental assistant were great too :).

Fantastic experience: My family all have our dental needs taken care of by the team at National Dental, Keilor and we couldn’t be more happy with the dedicated and exceptional service provided by them, from front of house staff, the assistants and the dentists themselves. Ryan makes sure my comfort needs are met, and takes great care in the work he does. He is so welcoming and makes the whole experience a more pleasant one. Hannah is such a warm and friendly person and is so patient with the kids. I wish I had a dentist like Hannah as a kid, the experience would have been so much better. My kids are in the best and most safe hands with her, and they get excited for their next visit. I highly recommend to anyone in need of adult or pediatric dental care to give the team a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Absolutely pathetic customer service and client care. Surgery booked March 2023 for August 2023 for my 10 year old son. 1 week prior to surgery we call as no follow up whatsoever from NDC. Then we get all these stories about BUPA having issues with the hospital group in Sydenham and surgery is cancelled. Surgery re booked and cancelled by NDC a a further 3 times in space of 2 weeks for the apparent same reason. Call the hospital get advised no issue with BUPA and that NDC has never booked our son in for a procedure. The issue is Dr Nasr does not book enough clients at the hospital so gets zero priority to other specialists. In the mean time child in discomfort and more spin from NDC then stating we need to look elsewhere, Book with Kiddies Dental Essendon and what a blessing. Organised, well priced, excellent service and procedure done within a week. Based on this would not recommend your practice to anyone.

I came in with this continuous pain on the left side of my mouth and with her reassuring words, she gently treated me relieving me from a very uncomfortable pain. I left feeling much better. Negative experience: Sherleen was unprofessional and was taking too long to do her job. Talking too much and wasting time. Inappropriate over the phone and wasn’t professional. I don’t want to be served by her on my next appointment. Or I’ll cancel my appointments and go somewhere else. Hannah - dentist is great.

Thankfully Dr Nasar and dental nurse Jaimee held my hand, guided me through the process and answered any questions I had. Their level of care was 10/10.. Fantastic experience: This morning a wisdom tooth was removed by Dr. ANDREW CHAN and assistant. I did tell him that I was rather anxious. Nonetheless an hour later it was all done. For some weird reason their calm reassurance helped me a lot to relax so they could do their job. 4 hours later only my lips are a bit numb and otherwise no pain at all. Thanks heaps to Dr. ANDREW CHAN and his assistant. Well done.
