Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going here for over a decade now. The team has always been extremely friendly and always act with our best interests in mind. I recently went to get my wisdom teeth removed and Nicole and the team did a wonderful job, the surgery went perfectly and I recovered extremely well. They are also very reassuring, I was not looking forward to the operation but they made sure it went smoothly and I felt okay. Fantastic experience: I went to Yeronga Park Dental today, and had a very good experience. All of the staff are very friendly and are very helpful. As the dentist cleans your teeth, she verbally walks you through every step, letting you know exactly what is about to happen. This makes for a comfortable and easy experience with no need for any anxiety. As somebody who has never been a fan of going to the dentist, I had absolutely no issues and I will be returning in 6 months for my biannually checkup. -Cian

Fantastic experience: I'm not a great dental patient but I got the poor teeth in my family so I spend quite a bit of time in the dentist chair. I have gone to Nicole for over 10 years now and we have built a strong relationship where she knows me, what makes me nervous, and how to help me stay calm. This has built a really strong foundation of trust in Nicole and her team for my whole family.

She provided emergency treatment and scheduled me back to ensure that it did not happen again. She and her team provide holistic care for myself and my family. Fantastic experience: My 14 month old son has his first visit to the dentist and saw Dr Jodie. Not only was it a fun and positive visit for him it was informative for me. Jodie was brilliant and really engaging. I left with a few tips and tricks for brushing and he got a childrens toothbrush kit which was a bonus! Looking forward to coming back in 6 months!!

Fantastic experience: Yeronga Park Dental are amazing! I used to be so scared of going to the dentist until I found them. Jodie explains everything, I really feel I am in safe hands. Both my daughter currently have braces. Nicole has been wonderful in supporting them with this big change. For my youngest particularly, the process they use to expand the jaw has been life changing. Her braces are not just giving her a perfect smile, but have improved her breathing. She struggles with allergies, so this has really improved her health. Every time we attend we are warmly welcomed, the whole team are exceptional at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Needing extensive work completed, I was apprehensive about what was to come. Through the whole process everyone at YPD was amazing, caring and so supportive. Being able to have most of my treatment completed under general anesthesia was an added bonus. I can not recommend, these amazing people enough years of embarrassement and hiding my teeth was wiped away in 1 glorious sleep, not a single ounce of judgement, only genuine care, conpassion and a solid plan to minimise discomfort and get everything sorted stat! Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! Dr Nicole clearly loves her job and is really knowledgeable, she made me feel extremely at ease. She did 2 fillings for me and they were both really quick and easy. Vonnie the hygienist did my clean and did an amazing job — my teeth are usually really sensitive and I usually need numbing for a clean but it didn’t hurt at all and I didn’t need any numbing. The nurses are also great and the reception area is like a nice day spa.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently relocated to Brisbane and needed to find a dentist. We searched locally and found Yeronga Park Dental and we are so glad we did. Fantastic experience: My husband, Peter, has been a patient at Yeronga Park Dental for three years and has had nothing but high praise for the outstanding service he's received on a number of occasions. The most recent was a quite involved procedure involving the replacement of an old crown which necessitated the creation of bone from his own stem cells before they were able to secure the implant for the crown. COVID caused frustrating delays however the team successfully managed what was a tricky multi-pronged procedure and he's delighted with the final result. Their attention to detail, care and concern after hours and commitment to dental excellence are the best he's ever received and he can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I could be so okay with going to the Dentist! My experience from walking through the front door, into the chair and back out is relaxing, considered and genuine. I’ve seen both Dr Jodie Elliot for regular checkups and now Dr Nicole Yuen for wisdom teeth extraction who have both made the experience comfortable and importantly very informative. I had and continue to have so much trust and faith in the whole team from my first visit!

Fantastic experience: I recently contacted Yeronga Park Dental due to extreme pain in my teeth which was caused by a wisdom tooth contacting a molar causing tooth decay which strong pain killers were unable to relieve. All the other dentists I contacted were unable to remove the wisdom tooth and molar without 1 weeks notice or going to a oral surgeon. I contacted the team at Yeronga Park Dental and Dr Nicole Yuen had organised for me to come into the practice within the hour and promply relieved me of pain. She then took the time to explain what had happened in laymans terms and gave me options in regards to treatment. Dr Yuen then removed the damaged molar and wisdom tooth in short time and with little to no pain felt. Dr Nicole Yuen and the team went above and beyond in assisting me and I cannot thank them enough for their prompt service and willingness to help.

Fantastic experience: As someone with extreme dental anxiety / phobia, looking after my teeth is a challenge. I now feel that I am no longer facing that challenge alone as a result of the superb treatment of Dr Jodie Elliott. My teeth and gums have just received around five years worth of care and attention - while sleeping peacefully under a GA for a couple of hours at St Andrews. Fantastic experience: An absolutely first class dental practice, with staff being very professional and a delight to deal with. Dr Jodie Elliot has been our dentist for many years and although when we first began to visit Jodie she was operating from a practice much closer to us, we have followed her and now drive quite a distance for our 6 monthly visits. That in itself shows how highly we respect, like and trust Jodie.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yuen is a professional. It is clear that she is very passionate about dentistry. For her, it seems like educating her clients is just as important as undertaking their dental work. Dr Yuen talks me through the background of every dental procedure, during the procedure she provides reassuring commentary, and, most importantly, she takes meticulous journals of my teeth (photographs, x-rays, thorough notes). All of this dialogue and commentary is invaluable to me. It is also motivating. It is easier to manage your teeth if your dentist has taken the time to explain the background situation and the 'forward plan'. Beyond having your teeth fixed, visiting Dr Yuen is an experience that leaves you with heaps of knowledge about dentistry and oral health. Thanks Nicole!

Fantastic experience: Yeronga Park Dental has excellent service and excel technique. I just finished my implant on my front tooth yesterday, which I had been worried for months. But when I came to the dental, had fully prepared for any kind of suffering from pain or discomfort, Dr Nicole really surprised me. The anesthesia is almost no feeling! I didn’t even feel her needles, and after numb up, all the process became easy. I just listened to the music in the room and waited for the time passed. When I came home, after the numbing decreasing, pain did occur to me, which made me worried of tomorrow’s work, but after a good sleep, in the next morning, I wake up with no pain at all! This is only the first stage of the whole implant process, but the hardest part is over. Looking forwards to having a beautiful Again thanks to Dr Nicole and her team for their brilliant technique. All people are nice and gentle there, I am really grateful and lucky for meeting them.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Nicole and the team at YPD for a couple of years now and the experience of my recent visit sums up why I will stay with them: It goes without saying that the check up and clean were done professionally and calmly. Nicole then took the time to explain my options for some cosmetic dental work, without turning it into a hard sell. Finally, when I went to pay, there was a glitch with my private health fund. Normally, providers will expect payment, leaving sorting out the claim to the patient. I was extremely pleased and grateful when Marie said that she would call the health fund. Fantastic experience: Dr Nicole Yuen assisted with the removal of my wisdom tooth that other dentists didn’t want to touch. Not only could she remove it (it was horizontal!) she did it in a timely and professional manner. She explained each step, updated me on the progress during the procedure and gave me happy gas when I was feeling nervous. Pain was limited and I was able to go back to work without taking any leave. Would recommend anyone that wants their wisdoms removed (or any other dental procedure) to see Dr Nicole Yuen!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nicole is fantastic! After being a student and not being able to afford dental care for several years, I got recommended to see her. She allowed me to space out appointments so I could afford them, and fully explained what needed to be done to fix up my teeth after several years of not being able to look after them. After some expense, I'm now at the point where I can do 6 month check ups and not have any issues with my teeth! Something I never thought possible. Dental care is always going to be expensive, so if you can’t afford it, that's okay, but I’m happy to put my money and my trust in Dr Nicole.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Nicole for anxious patients. Beautiful, warm and calming lady, obviously highly skilled in her field. Takes time to explain everything step by step and gives you options on treatment. I have never felt so relaxed at the dentist before.

Negative experience: Now a few hundred $ lighter after being told I have a fractured tooth and I might need to fork out a few thousand to remove and replace the tooth. Specialist said there's nothing wrong with it. Extra star is because I think they did a good job with the filling.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever!! Could not rave more about this dentist, Nicole and the team take the best care of you. I hadn't been to a dentist in 3 years due to a bad experience at a dentist and asked my friends for recommendations to which I was recommended Yeronga Park Road Dental. The practice itself has modern technology and is beautifully designed. You can park straight outside too so it's zero stress before you even walk in. Molly at reception has always been genuine in wanting to make sure I feel at comfortable and offering a glass of water. I had to get a few fillings done and am a needle phobic, Nicole and her dental assistants made me feel so comfortable offering a blanket, a stress toy and even netflix! They have happy gas too which certainly made getting the numbing needles alot more bearable. Nicole doesn't just do the dental work and send you off either, she educates you on what exactly you had wrong with the tooth and what she has done to fix it which I find incredibly beneficial knowing. They are a private clinic so you're health cover covers a portion but you'll have to pay some out of pocket but I honestly think it's worth every cent and still worthy of a 5 star review. I can actually describe this place as "life changing" as I'm no longer afraid of the dentist so will be able to keep my teeth in tip top condition :) Thank you Yeronga Park Road Dental!

Negative experience: Nice chair side manner by all accounts but overly cautious dentist in my opinion. If you get a get a big quote for lots of proposed work, suggest getting a second opinion. She suggested 5 fillings on my son's baby teeth at considerable expense. Second opinion at another dentist nearby said my son had no holes. Fwiw, he has had his teeth checked every 6 months prior without ever having a filling.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nicole and the girls make coming to the dentist not so bad at all! My anxiety of the dentist has basically disappeared thanks to Nicole and her gentle approach. I actually look forward to my 6 monthly check ups now!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional first visit and care to Yeronga Park Dental. I have very crowded bottom teeth and have gotten used to a painful clean at every dentist I've been to. Not here, not with Nikki! It was the most gentle experience I've ever had with a clean and I mean I didn't even flinch once! This is coming from someone who is used to shedding a few tears and grimacing through the cleansing ordeal. Absolutely fantastic job - everyone from start to finish, reception to technician to dentist - were outstanding. I have recommended this to many friends and family already. Looking forward to my yearly checkup! Bet you don't hear that often! =D
