I had been struggling with a terrible toothache for weeks and was honestly dreading the dentist because I’ve had bad experiences before. But it was actually super nice as the doctors and staff took care of me and my needs. Dr. Sanjona was incredibly kind and thorough. The treatment itself was surprisingly painless. I was in and out quickly, and the pain relief was immediate. They even called me the next day to check in on how I was doing! I’m so grateful for the level of care I received, and I’m happy to say I’m now pain-free and feeling great.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the best dentists I have ever been too. Opened on Saturday and Sunday. I had an emergency tooth infection a few weeks ago. Was able to get a appointment on the Sunday. Antibiotics and Painkillers prescribed. With another appointment on the Wednesday to extract my badly infected tooth. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been nervous at dental appointments but Dr Sanjona Takkar was so gentle, understanding and thorough. She patiently answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed into procedures like some of my previous experiences at other dental clinics and franchises. During procedures, I’m usually too scared to ask the dentist to stop so I can take a break but Dr Takkar was very in tune with how I was feeling and took breaks when I needed them without me even having to ask. Fantastic experience: I knew I had a problem tooth and had been looking for the right dentist. It was a chance conversation (yet I don't believe in coincidences) that a friend was seeing his dentist and happened to rave about her. I asked for the details. I first saw Dr Sanjona Takkar. She was very thorough, supportive, caring and understanding. She is easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I was advised that I needed oral surgery for my tooth and was booked in a couple of days later with Dr Hans. I experience anxiety and everyone in the clinic is amazing with how supportive they are. On the day of the surgery the previous client heard how anxious I was and stayed with me until I went in. I am so grateful to her, she explained to me the process she went through and that made a huge difference to me. Dr Hans enjoys her job and that shines through in her calm manner, understanding and patience. I felt safe in confident hands. I have no hesitation recommending this clinic. I have never experienced such a caring, supportive dental group to whom you can talk to about any concerns.

Fantastic experience: Recently new to the area, have been coming to the good dentist Bayswater for about a year now, the team is so friendly and nice always asking about plans I told them about the previous time I was there, I have always feared the dentist, but the staff here are so kind and gentle I almost look forward to it in a weird way, they always double checking I’m ok with there work, I’ve had 2 fillings done, and they always greet with the friendliest staff.

She was very fast and gentle with no pain when getting a clean done with a great end result. Fantastic experience: My dad always had fear.and anxiety of visiting a dentist. On his visit to Australia last month he had some urgent dental issues and Dr Sanjona was kind enough to fit us in on emergency basis. She was so welcoming and respectful. Dr Sanjona explained the problem in detail and gave dad multiple options of treatment, so he could choose what is best for him on his visit. Procedure was done so smoothly and with minimal pain, dad felt so comfortable and was relieved from the pain that he had due to his dental problem. Hygiene and cleanliness was another thing that impressed us, she was very particular about cleaning treatment chair and table everytime after use and reception was clean and kids friendly. Overall it was a stress free and anxiety free experience for my dad. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

Positive experience: I initially took my daughter to see Dr Nanra ,and she put my daughter at ease ( 12 years old & hates dentists ) and made her comfortable and so i booked in with them as well and they have done some amazing work on my teeth , where i thought i would have to lose many of them , i have since recommended friends to them whom needed similar work done as well . Bianca & Dr Nanra are very lovely to chat to and i always have a good laugh with both of them when i go in for either myself or my daughter . Very friendly team at Bayswater & clinic is nice and clean as well . On a recent visit - the compressor was not working with a tech due at any time that afternoon so there was no machinery / drills ,& suction or even over head lamp to work with but rather than cancelling appointments , they did what they could - the old school way with Bianca holding a mini torch while Dr Nanra used her tools to complete a filling by hand. Can be pricey but with flexible payment plans available - softens the blow. My daughter definitely looks forward to her dental appointments now.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across these guys online and I couldn't recommend anymore. They are GREAT! Super super friendly and warm, they do payment plans if you need and overall very communicative and want to make sure you are doing well and your experience is pleasant. I will be a long term happy customer.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS DENTIST LIKE THE PLAGUE! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I used a Groupon voucher ($50) to get a consult and x-rays. This initial visit was good, she was friendly and explained in detail the work I needed. However, if I had known the ridiculous price difference, I would have paid for a clean at the initial visit ($30) as opposed to a clean thereafter ($160!). From that point onwards their customer service went out the window. They never called me when they said they would nor did they respond to my messages I left, I always had to chase them which is frustrating when they don't even have a permanent receptionist to answer all calls. The cherry on top was when I came back for a second visit to get my 3 fillings the dentist (who was different from the one in my initial visit) told me I needed a 4th filling as well for a tooth on my upper left side. She quoted me a whopping $500 odd for this 4th filling alone giving me some crazy explanation as to why it cost so much. I went to another dentist for a second opinion who viewed the x-rays taken from The Good Dentists who then explained that the teeth on my left side were perfectly healthy, it was actually a tooth on my right that needed a filling which will cost me a comfortable $210. This dentist also tore The Good Dentist's reasoning apart. UPDATE: After only 5 months, one of the fillings The Good Dentists did has fallen out. Making an appointment with them has been a nightmare as, yet again, I am the one doing all of the chasing as they never call me back. They then arranged for me to get the work done on a Saturday at their dentistry on Chelsea only for me to discover 30 mins before the appointment that there is no The Good Dentists in Chelsea... And they never thought to provide me an address or confirmation text. So now this will be the third week for me going around with a hole in my tooth. Useless dentistry and appalling customer service.

Negative experience: THIS DENTIST IS GOING TO COST ME A FORTUNE! Went to this dentist because my back right molar needed a filling and after the first filling I received here I was in a lot of pain and couldn't chew on that side at all so I went back and was told that it shouldn't be playing up as it was only a small filling after the 2nd attempt I couldn't even breathe in any kind of cold air as the tooth would flare up and I'd get a sharp pain and it was once again painful to chew on I wanted to get a second opinion so I went to a dentist today (in Brisbane as I'm currently on holiday) and they gave me an x-ray and said that I would need a root canal as the filling was so close to the root that it was causing extreme sensitivity upon telling him that my dentist said it was only a small filling he said that I probably shouldn't go back there and to see a different dentist as soon as I got to Melbourne he also refilled the tooth and said it should do till I get back from holiday So what would of only been a couple of hundred dollars will now be over $1000 just because I decided to save some dollars and come here to a cheaper dentist take my advice and go pay a bit extra and stay away from this dentist as they have no clue what they're doing... I'll never trust another Groupon dentist!
