Fantastic experience: Lovely staff at this dental clinic. Was sad when previous owners left but have not had any problems with new ownership. From receptionist to dental hygienist, and dentist -all are fantastic and friendly. Cleans from Amanda are so thorough I’ve never seen my teeth so clean before! Dr James has seen myself, hubby and my young kiddos and we couldn’t be happier with the care and service here.

I was seen by Dr Jun, he was professional and easy to get along with. After the check up and clean he talked me through options and quotes for future dental work. Fantastic experience: I recently visited ENHANCED DENTAL STUDIOS and had an appointment with Principal Dentist Dr. Jun Loh. I found him to be exceptionally informative, reassuring, and courteous throughout the consultation. Having faced numerous medical challenges following treatment for throat cancer, including the removal of all my top teeth last year due to concerns about my jaw, I was understandably apprehensive about this visit. During my appointment, Jun removed two badly decayed teeth with great care. After further investigation, it became clear that the remaining bottom teeth were in a similar state, which was disappointing news for me. However, Jun provided clear explanations of the recommended alternatives and made me feel supported in making the best decision for my dental health moving forward. Despite the challenging news, I truly appreciated the professionalism and warmth of the entire practice staff. They were all very welcoming and courteous, which made the experience much more bearable. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care. Fantastic experience: This dentist was so helpful! Not only did Dr Jun Loh think of things that other dentists did not think of to get me out of pain, but they moved around appointments to get me seen as soon as possible to fix my tooth ache! Two other dentists prior couldn’t fix my issue and I remained in pain but Dr Jun Loh was amazing and helped me. The whole team was so amazing and so catering to my needs.

Fantastic experience: 1. Super happy that they have an x-ray machine in-house. Causes much less headache and allows for a pretty easy consultation. 2. Huge shout out to Dr Avin Mohemmed, who has been nothing but caring and attentive throughout my time seeing this dentist. I had all four wisdom teeth removed, and my recovery was fast and relatively painless. She ensured I understood what was happening throughout the entire procedure, kept a calm demeanour and did it with great precision and attention to detail. Following the removal, they followed up with me every so often to ensure I was recovering well and didn't have any issues. Can't recommend these guys enough, whether you just need a regular clean or a more intense procedure.

Negative experience: Did a booking online. They canceled the booking when I was about to arrive. Then they asked me to go online and book again for another day or to cancel the booking. No happy as I requested a day off at work for this appointment

Fantastic experience: As a man in my early 50s, I had some traumatic experiences as a kid at the hands of some dentistry that seemed brutal to say the least. So it was with much anxiety that I faced a wisdom tooth extraction because of a filling that had fallen out during Covid. This tooth had been giving me pain for close to 6 YEARS!! This was the baggage that I brought to Dr Yun and the wonderful team at Advanced Dental. Let me say that the professionalism but also the calmness was fantastic and reassuring. The extraction was pain free and took 30 minutes from sitting in the chair to walking out, inclusive of introductory talks, x rays, and a general inspection. I highly recommend Dr Yun. He has given me a new faith in Dentistry and a pain free mouth!

Fantastic experience: Seriously. If anyone is ever looking for a dentist, stop looking because you found it! I have if not the biggest needle phobia due to trauma reasons. Dr Josh was amazing with it. Sorted me, let me have my earphones in and kept everything very discreet but still in the loop. Reception was lovely! And made sure I was okay afterwards! Even booked my follow up appointment the following day, coming from someone who avoided the dentist for years. Really amazing team, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

The wife recommended my visit after her great experience at Castle Dental late last year. And boy was she right! They made me feel very comfortable and valued as a patient. No rushing or pressure to get you out of there fast. Just a genuine caring attitude and respect. I will be returning for my 6 month checkups and recommending to all friends and family.

Fantastic experience: After quite a few, maybe nearly 12, attempted tel.con's with various front-of-house ladies [?] I met your Tracey, and all changed for the better. More good things were to come, when I met that redoubtable team of Josh and Natalie. They fixed a filling for me, and showed me how to fill out an inquiry to allow them to do a Root Canal. They continued their sublime work yesterday; and yes, it was a little sore last evening, and so I took a couple of anti-pain pills, and went to bed. it's not sore today, just a little tender, but I'm trying to keep to soft food like soup and joghurt. I told the Oral Health people, that it was much easier to go to you good people, than Herston. Looking forward to seeing you all on the next day when the Root Canal will be completed. There may be another filling needed from last year, unless you are fixing it now. May The Lord be with you, George [Uhr].

Fantastic experience: Dr Jun was the first dentist I had been to in many years and I mentioned I had a bit of anxiety about going to dentists. He made me feel very comfortable and reassured me. He's done some cavities, and all 4 of my wisdom teeth just a few days ago. Both procedures were done in less time than I was expecting and with little discomfort. My wisdom teeth wounds are healing nicely and I didn't have much swelling and no bruising even though my bottom teeth were very impacted. I don't feel nervous to go back knowing I'm in good hands and I'm very grateful for that peace of mind!

Fantastic experience: I never go to the dentist enough and Dr Ken was great. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Through chats with Ken I discussed that I love Hamish and Andy and before I could open my mouth to say ahhhh he had started streaming the latest Hamish and Andy series on the tv! Now this is service. Before I knew it the check up / clean was over thanks to Kens gentle use of the tools and his television distraction method. I told him about my previous dental issues to see what he would suggest. He was very open and honest and did not try to upsell at all as he said my teeth were i good condition and he would not do anything until we had a reason to. For the first time in forever I was not offered braces, implants or anything else. I did ask about whitening and was given great advice and after was not probed to book in for this service either. So in all it was a painless, stress free experience and I'm now looking forward to my next appointment. But for now I'm off home to watch teh rest of the episode.
