Fantastic experience: i just wanted to say the treatment i received by the receptionists and the dentist at this workplace were truly amazing. the two lovely ladies working the front desk (i’m pretty sure their names were niki and lucy) made me feel comfortable and were beautifully well mannered while having big smiles on their face the whole time. my dentist tammy was such a kind woman who was very gentle with me and made sure i didn’t have any other queries before i left. i would %100 recommend this dentist practice to anyone i talk to. THANK YOU GENTLE DENTLE

Fantastic experience: In all my 34 years, I have always been terrified of dentists, even a check and clean had me in tears from anxiety. Dr Pramoda is the best dentist and her assistants are incredible. Every single experience with them has been empathetic and kind. I could not recommend this practice enough. I now voluntarily go and get my check ups every 6 months and have any work I need done because of how I am treated there.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff with great new premises and equipment. Watch TV on the ceiling whilst they do their magic. I got my days mixed up but they stayed back so i wouldnt have to come back. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Negative experience: A few months ago now, my husband booked in to see Dr Tam based off lovely reviews. He had been experiencing a lot of tooth pain and I went with him for this appointment. Upon sitting down she asked about his antibiotics and if he had taken it all, we explained that he had not finished all of it (had a few left) and we had been trying to have it all and not miss any with his work schedule etc. She then proceeded to lecture him, ask me questions then ignore what I said, and speak to him like a child and in an extremely condescending manner. Saying things like 'why did you not have it all !' 'you can not miss even one' 'no exactly how many did you have' 'you can not do this' then asked me how many did he have to which i answered to which she then acted like she had not been provided with a response. It was degrading and humiliating. Instead of acting professionally and calmly explaining in a positive manner that he needed to have it all and all at the correct times before it could be worked on, and that we would need to try again and book it in for another day, she was nasty. My husband already has a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist, to then be treated like a child and scorned is terrible. To then disregard his wife's input is also rude. We would have happily paid as much needed for the appointment even if nothing was done and she was polite about needing to try again later. We walked out. Her and her assistant had smirks on their faces and laughed at us when this situation happened. Since then we have found a holistic dentist who is much more accomodating and cares for his patients and their wellbeing. Do not recommend Gentle Dental Highfields.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 28 with a disability. I have always had problems getting any work done on her teeth due to her anxiety. The team at Gentle Dental made her feel totally at ease and were able to, not only check her teeth, but xray and properly clean. This whole experience was pleasant. I cannot express enough my gratitude to Tara and the team at Gentle Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have had a dread of dentists. ‍ Having felt a lot of pain when things were done previously. So when an old filling fell out I didn’t have a choice. I decided to go to Highfields Gentle Dental and have ‘GAS’. WOW what can I say but WOW…. It was brilliant. No pain, very relaxed and best of all I wasn’t physically sick from the taste of a small amount of blood in my mouth which is what usually happens. Dr Pramoda was excellent. She explained everything. I have found my dentist that I will now attend regularly. (Considering I wouldn’t step foot in one for over 15 years)

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Danny highly enough. As an older client, with ongoing dental issues, Dr Danny has been proactive with advising me as to what needs to be done but is mindful of cost as well. He is always gentle and aware of my concerns and is outstanding in his Dr/ patient interactions. I have had no issues at all with the work he has done on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Pramoda and Jess did a wonderful job on my tooth even though the gum was swollen and in a difficult spot. It wasn't even sore the next day and haven't had any issues with it since. Highly recommended Gentle Dental

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my recent dental treatment for removal of an old cracked filling and replacement with a crown. Dr Danny Xue was very skilled and gentle and gave me a good explanation of the procedure. I really had no pain at all. The technology used was amazing. The dental assistant was efficient and friendly. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly also. I received a call from the practice the next day to check that everything was OK. Overall a very good experience.

My extended family have had various treatments with all of the dentists at the Highfields clinic and they have all been wonderful - Tara, Danny & Promoda. I just had my first visit with Tara - an amazing thorough clean and followed up with preventative treatments. Completely painless experience! The dental assistants are friendly, compassionate and put you at ease. Must be well-trained, because they seem to read the dentists’ minds - knowing what they need without words! The dentist took the time to explain in detail and my assistant was studying to be a dentist herself. So gentle and lovely. Felt very safe and confident under their care. The clinic has the latest modern equipment and fees are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for a while and can thoroughly recommend them. Everyone from receptionists to nurses and the doctors is professional, caring, thoughtful and helpful. I have started a tooth implant process which spreads over a number of months and the skilled treatment and care I have received is fantastic. I feel well informed and very at ease with this whole process.

As someone who has avoided dentist visits for a few years now and not always the most comfortable around dental work, she has made me feel super comfortable and happy to go to the dentist now. I've been going to see her for the past year and always super happy with her work and having had 2 extractions in the past two visits and had absolutely zero pain afterwards, I'll recommend her to anyone and will continue to come to this practice for the foreseeable future.

Danny and the team managed to fit me in for an appointment the very next day and organised follow-up appointments to prepare the tooth for a crown. My experience in the chair was always painless, and I received a warm welcome from all the staff. The practice is extremely professional in every respect. Fantastic experience: Have been using Gentle Dental for years and absolutely adore them. Got drawn in by the name cos who loves going to the dentist after the brutal school dentist van. Well I can say Gentle Dental will win you over. Transparent billing conversations and incredibly personable dentists. Dr Danny Xue just smoothly took two of my wisdom teeth out within the hour clean appointment. No pain and was home to my baby in record time. Gorgeous reception staff. You won’t look back.
