Fantastic experience: Dr Chan is wonderful. I travel from Sydney to Perth to use his services!

Fantastic experience: Very professional service, clean hygenic and listen to your needs. Have been to many dental practices over the years and this has been the best overall, Very happy with their services.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing with Dental Vision especially with dentist Frank Choi. All I had was piece of fruit peel under the gum that caused swelling and discomfort but I was prescribed antibiotics and was told it's very bad infection which was not,have managed to clean and remove the piece myself and after that did not have any problems at all. I have mentioned few times to the dentist that something is under the gum but was completely ignored and was advised that its infection. If I have not checked myself I would have taken full course of antibiotics for a peel and this dentist is having experience of so many years but doesn't even want to listen his clients.

Positive experience: I was very nervous for my appointment after reading about some of the bad reviews but Dr Sally Gardiner was the sweetest! She told me what was going to happen and didn't ask questions a lot but gave me tips! I recommend her for you people who are scared of the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend this dental practice! It’s very clean and well managed. Each chair is in it’s own room so it is very private. I saw Dr. Yu for my cleaning and she was super kind and personable. She talked through all my questions and did a thorough job with my checkup.

Fantastic experience: Visited today for tooth pain and everyone was lovely- reception was super friendly and helpful. Went with Dr Kay Park and she was so patient with any questions and went through everything to make sure I knew what was going on and her dental assistant (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was also super helpful! Definitely would recommend this place and will be coming back again for any future concerns :)

Fantastic experience: Highly reccomend Dental Vision. Dr Frank Choi is the best dentist we have been to and his staff are always friendly and accommodating. Going to the dentist has always made me feel anxious but every visit to Dental Vision has been comfortable and I am never in pain. Recently my grandmother also visited Dr Choi and she has never been happier leaving a dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist for some is unpleasent as you generally experience pain both physically and financially this has not been the case for myself and my family. We've been going to Dental Vision for years and have consistently been met with exceptional service by the staff and have always had honest and professional work done by Frank (owner). He is experienced down to earth very passionate about teeth and gentle every time. Fantastic experience: Dr Kay is very gentle thoughtful and nice person . The way she treats cavities was no pain and fast also it was a perfect work. With her gentle hand my scale and clean has always been a relaxing experience she will never cut or scratch my gum and always caring. She frequently ask if I feel ok with opening my mouth too long and give me a rest . Will recommend my friends to come in and I’m looking forward to take my young kids to have their first check up with Dr Kay .

Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to find Dr Choi. His professional and experience, I found no stress or sore when he took my wisdom tooth off. He is a dentist has heart and very honest. He explained to me for almost every step that he was going to do to me. It made me feel no nervous at all and I clearly knew what the problems of my teeth were. I remember the numbness took me so long to go away when I took my other wisdom tooth off from the other dentist couple years ago, but not Dr Choi. Dr Choi is so good. I almost not realised if I had suffered any numbness. I highly recommend him to everyone. Also, the nurses and receptionist are very friendly there. I felt relaxed when I first stepped in the Dental Vision. I am so happy that I do not need to change the dentist anymore. If you are looking for a trustable dentist, he is the best choice.

Negative experience: Frank is a wonderful dentist but unfortunately very hard to see. I was fitted for a temporary denture that required multiple adjustments (I was aware this would be the case). I informed Franks sidekick that the product was becoming loose and. Deemed this impossible before rendering the product useless and dangerous - unsecured in my mouth. I had an appointment with the same sidekick to repair a chip to my front tooth and seal two filling for whitening before a wedding. At this appointment he ‘ran out of time’ only completing the sealing of the filling so they could then charge for whitening ( which I cancelled as there is no point having white teeth if they are chipped)

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I know. Really cares for people. Even makes balloon animals out of gloves for children.
