Negative experience: Please avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: What a great team at RRD. I originally went for some emergency care and was so impressed they could see me almost immediately. I was truely impressed when I followed up with a dental plan. Each tooth was examined in complete detail. As this process is around an hour in length it can be confronting although not the case with Melissa & Paul. It was carried out with care, great communication and some humour which was very much appreciated. I also met with Dean who is exceptionally knowledgeable and gave me sound, honest advice. The team work so well together, informative and personable- I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have major trauma from dentists over the years, I went to see Dr Dean and he was amazing, kind, gentle and did everything to make me feel at ease, Melissa was amazing. Would highly recommend rapid response dental.

Fantastic experience: Hi Dr Elvira and Anna I just want to personally thank you both for working so well together to fix the teeth I have left. I for one am very proud to have you apart of this country. To show you both my appreciation, I wanted to include you both in a moment of my life- to hopefully make my Dad proud. I personally haven't always understood what pain others may be going through and in many instances this caused me to distance myself from them. I hope today I carried myself well and was a good example on how to treat others while going through my own pain. At 10.45pm last night, the police informed me my father had passed away and right before my dental appointment today I had to tell my brother. I hope I made you proud, Dad. RIP. Fantastic experience: I went in today with a broken tooth and it needed to have a crown over it to save it , and they literally made the crown with a 3D printer and polished it and cemented it over the existing ruminants of the tooth and I had basically just walked in off the street I couldn’t believe how amazing and professional they were and it didn’t hurt apart from the first prick of the injection. They are miracle workers! Thank you so very much. And having time for me in the first place.

Negative experience: Went here and was made to feel uncomfortable about my aversion to needles. They told me I had so many problems with my teeth but as soon as I went to a new dentist they said it was alright. It feels like they just want money out of you. The dentists themselves are lovely it's the assistants that are so rude to Customers.

Positive experience: It was good. I was tended to really fast and had no complications during the tooth removal process. The dentists were kind and respectful, doing there job excellently.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic as long as I can remember and they have always gone above and beyond to get me seen quickly for emergency work. I’ve recently seen Dr Yang and Dr Choi who have been very professional, respectful and caring along with lovely Dental nurses.

Fantastic experience: I was newly moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I chose Rapid Response based on previous reviews. In no way was I disappointed! They first performed a detailed examination and found two issues. Then completed two fillings. All expertly and painlessly done. I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: My step dad got a filling repair. Took 15 minutes. It cost him $500!!!! Totally took advantage of him.

Negative experience: Can't think of a worse service. This level of anonymity is I suppose to be expected. The implication that I did not pay for work done, also, when no understanding was upfront from the beginning. I received a quote and rejected it. I recognise vulnerability but my tooth was not broken by me and there's no acceptance of that. My previous dentist did not pursue the same profiteering policy and you would do well to follow their example. Such a lack of compromise shows the practice is dysfunctional. If you wish to mend things you have my number. A better practice would not to get to such a point immediately and to understand and accept your own part and act accordingly, which is still not incompatible with not accepting blame. You can take both positions at once. The first step is to identify yourself, of course. A relationship in which a customer is expected to spend many thousands of dollars and lasts decades has give and take. Anything else is disrespectful. Coming on 48 hours later my jaw is still in pain from the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I wasn't in any discomfort during my wisdom tooth removal. Staff were kind and gave me after care instructions. After having a bad experience at another dentist, this was a welcome change. Will be going back if I have any other issues and would recommend them happily.

Fantastic experience: These guys were absolutely amazing. Emergency appointment within 2 hours, It did not hurt at all when they put the needles in! They were able to make a temporary tooth out of my old tooth so it won’t look odd until I can get back for a more permanent fix. Thank you all, so very much appreciated!

Negative experience: They care more about money then your actual teeth. And the work they do is average at best. Avoid at all costs. Supreme dental in Wonthaggi do a much better job and the prices are actually reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting from the U.k. I was very fortunate to be staying in Leongatha when I had a dental emergency. I had an initial assessment and was fitted with a crown on a molar tooth all in one day. The team were all kind and caring and Dr Kim used state of the art equipment and techniques I had not seen before. I could not be happier with the treatment I received.

Negative experience: Kiwi lady dentist damaged my 2 Teeth. I went to rapid Response Dental more than 12 months ago, still up set about it. I had 2 fillings, the practitioner was inpatient and rushy when I had attended, after fillings my teeth was higher than the fillings and one was very sharp and had cut my tongue, my tooth was so much higher then the filling it also cut my cheek and there was a visible hole on the side of the tooth which allowing liquid and food to get in the hole. I rang to discuss the issues, but could see clearly that it was some how my problem. I am extremely unhappy with this denial service and would not recommend them to anyone. I had to go to another dentist to have them fixed. Totally disappointed

Fantastic experience: went here recently for a checkup after not seeing a dentist for 3 years. and saw the hygienist i think his name was like paul or something? idk im not good with names but he was super chill and informative. putting extra care into making sure i knew what he was doing and what was going on with my teeth. even demonstrating flossing and brushing techniques and recommending cheap and effective electric toothbrushes! if u are wondering what dentist to go to i endorse this one to the highest extent. they are also the only dentist ive gone to who dont try to suck the money of you

Dr Kim has been brilliant over the last few months I’ve been visiting, which have involved having a thorough examination, x-rays, sealants and wisdom teeth extraction (under local). It’s been something I’ve put off for a couple of years but Kim and the whole team put me at ease when I walk in for my appointment! The post op care following my wisdom teeth extraction has also been fantastic. I trust this clinic will change your mind if you’re anxious about going to the dentist (which I definitely have been in the past!)

Whole experience was great, totally recommend this dentist with just great customer service. (It was 42 yrs since my husband has seen a dentist)

Fantastic experience: Rapid response dental are great with people who have sensitivities. They allowed extra time for my daughter who has a significant taste sensitivity to ensure she had a positive experience. Not all dentists display this patience. They give clear information about what they are doing as they are doing it, and let her listen to her own play list to help relax her during her time in the chair. My daughter had a severe toothache and after having desperately called many dentists in the local area beforehand, this dentist was able to fit my girl in on the same day with no hassle. Our experience was just the best! The two women we had, playfully bantered back and forth with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable, all the way through getting her two baby teeth pulled out. After all was said and done, my daughter even commented, “I like them, they were really nice” ☺️. My only advice is to ask for appropriate costs before having dental treatment as my visit today cost me an eye watering $2,000.00. Their professional care and treatment of patients commands this I guess.

Fantastic experience: My crown fell off and my tooth was very sensitive. Rapid Respose were wonderful and fit me in quickly. Dentist Dean was skilfully able to save crown and tooth, reattaching together. Ahhh…. Instant relief!!! Not only that, he waived the fee, saying that, even though it had been four years, it should last longer. So now I have a renewed tooth AND money in my purse. Thank You, Rapid Response Dental… !! Fantastic experience: After retiring to the city three years ago i was apprehensive about changing my dentist. I need not have worried as Rapid Response was the first practitioner I chose and have not regretted it. Any procedures have always been explained in detail and my questions patiently answered. Dr. Anna and Melissa are a great team who work together to ensure the work is completed professionally and efficiently. I never thought I would feel so relaxed in a dentist's chair.

Fantastic experience: I've had a big phobia about visiting the dentist and I have been completely at ease thanks to the wonderful staff. I was afraid of the damage that I had done to my teeth but I have had every step explained to me step by step, what is happening and why it is happening, this has helped put my mind at ease. I've had fillings as well as teeth removal(quite a few in one sitting) and everything was completely painless and comfortable. I really recommend giving Rapid Response a try, you won't regret them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall, staff were very friendly and professional. I had to get a tooth pulled and it was done without issue, no pain or pieces left behind, just the regular pressure you feel with any extraction. Also filled a minor cavity that was causing issues for no extra cost. I'm very pleased with my visit and would happily go back if I needed more emergency dental work, which hopefully won't happen, but of every dentist I would choose here.

Fantastic experience: I have PTSD and a phobia of dentists from some past experiences but I would trust these women with my teeth. Literally the most lovely female dental staff I have ever come across. Incredibly talented and so, so kind! I am very afraid of needles and of dentists in general and they were brilliant. I didn't feel a needle didn't feel any pain and got a tooth extracted. very nice well mannered people and very professional I'll definitely be going back if I ever need any work done.
