Fantastic experience: Very thorough ongoing dental care, check up and clean.

Fantastic experience: I was the typical holiday emergency who Patrick and his team fitted in that day with the utmost care and understanding. Whilst no tooth extraction is pleasant, I can say hand on heart this was the most bearable I’ve experienced to date. Due to the efficient, informative and kind manner in which the whole team worked together with me. You were truly wonderful thank you.

Negative experience: Very poor service. Meant to open at 8.30am on a Friday - telephone still switched off at 9.30am. Getting a simple X-ray released proved to be a multi day drama. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: While on holiday I required immediate dental care to extract a tooth. Riverside Dental were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend.

He demonstrates a great amount of care and professionalism as well as providing a personal approach to me as a client. Thankyou for your support over the years.

Negative experience: Since my last review was deleted it furthers my point on what a horrid practise this is!! Extremely un ethical! Charging me thousands to complete work that wasn’t correct. To then have to go back and have it corrected and charged even more. Miss reading the X-rays. To refuse treating the major work unless minor work was down first it’s such a money grab and is honestly a disgrace.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing dedicated team possible. Online booking availability made an emergency on Sunday night, seen by 8.30 Monday morning. Dr Patrick also wrote script for a sinus infection that on 2 occasions had been ignored by gp. The dentist also rang twice in subsequent days to see progress and even accessed specialists to help us move forward. All of this while we were on holidays. Above and beyond service that is not often seen these days. Cannot recommend them highly enough. ❤️

Fantastic experience: When my daughter and I first attended Riverside Dental about 12 months ago after moving from Sydney our rating for a dentist was a 7 out of 10 with 10 being very scared of the dentist. That has certainly changed even after our very first visit with the team at Riverside Dental. Fear factor is now zero. Six months ago my 17 year old commenced the Invisalign process. Dr Patrick and his team are amazing, professional, attentive and very caring. I highly recommend this dental practice - it is the best by far.

I was seen within an hour of having contacted the surgery and - unexpectedly - had to have the tooth extracted right then and there. Patrick and his team were amazing - they put me at ease and the whole appointment was conducted with great sensitivity and efficiency. It is such a relief to have had that done, speedily and successfully, and to be able to continue to enjoy my holiday. I had my first clean with OHT Tessa and was completely thrown aback at how comfortable my clean was. Tessa is extremely gentle and thorough. Fantastic experience: Riverside Dental has been our family’s dentist since 2017, here in Noosa. Their Thomas St location has good parking available, calming decor and definitely modern equipment. We have always found the receptionist and assistant staff to be unfailingly polite, attentive and positive. Answering queries, changing appointments, sorting out health and payment providers- with an upbeat attitude. Dr Patrick O’Rourke will come to Reception himself to greet you and show you through. (My previous dentist used to have his staff set us up in the room, to wait, alone.) Dr Patrick would then ask how we were, and proceed calmly from there. He listens. He wants to make the dental visit as painless and skilled as possible. He is focussed, explains well, asks for feedback, and works for an excellent outcome. Then sends a follow up text afterwards. Our family has experienced his expert care for ; braces, crowns, bridges, mouth guards, whitening, broken tooth plus the usual dental issues. On every appointment there was mutual respect, with a comfortable and quality result. Thank you, Dr Patrick and your team.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting Riverside Dental today for a consultation and clean with OHT Tessa. An appointment well overdue on my part. What a positive experience all round. Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding service and care from the team here. After 20 years of rugby and a few kicks in the mouth I had a badly discolored front tooth. Patrick listened to what I wanted to achieve - be able to smile on photos and not worry about it and treated exactly according to my wishes, great treatment. I could not be happier. Also got some great tips on cooking from SBS food channel from TV on ceiling.

Fantastic experience: A golden find! I’ve lived in California for the last 23 years, yes the land of white teeth and perfect blah blah. Now home again, Riverside Dental has technology, expertise, attentiveness that goes above and beyond, from the gorgeous girl at front desk to hygienist and Patrick who is gentle on my ultra sensitive gums and the nightmares I have going on!! After suffering for years with a problem impacted wisdom tooth, and having countless dentists turn me away w/ very conflicting information - Dr. Patrick happily and confidently took me in as a patient. His attentiveness and professionalism has absolutely blown me away. I barely knew the procedure was happening he and his assistant did suuuuch a good job! And checked in with me the entire time. Fantastic experience: I put off going to the dentist for years due to moving around and not having a long term dentist that I trusted. Then the anxiety for having put it off for so long put me off going even more for fear of what might be wrong. After dealing with jaw pain for way too long I finally looked up local practices and I'm SO glad I came here. Dr Janak and ALL the girls have been so incredibly accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. Absolutely highly recommend, they are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've been to visit Dr. Patrick O'Rourke at Riverside Dental in Noosaville a number of times for botox injections and dental treatment over the past year. I love the confidence I get with my smooth, wrinkle free skin and love the whitening they offer! I know i'm always in the best of care and my proceedures are safely completed by a trained professional. The practice is always really clean and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and explain everything to me so that I actually understand what's happening. They offer a range of payment plans which have helped and I would highly recommend visiting. I will definitely be returning for years to come.

Positive experience: I am not a lover of going for my dental appointments and do my best to avoid going. The staff at Riverside dental are friendly and relaxed and this goes a long way to making it more bearable. I still dread going but I trust their judgement and hope to keep my teeth for as long as I need them. The missing star is for the discomfort needles present and for the pain of the high cost of dental care which would not be an issue if Medicare acknowledged that good dental care is crucial to optimum health.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience at Riverside Dental. I'm not overly keen on visiting dentists but Dr Patel's calm demeanor quickly put me at ease - he's an excellent dentist. The office staff are super friendly and accommodating too.

Dr Patrick and his team were incredible and put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The twilight sedation was fantastic as I wasn't aware of anything going on and the next thing I knew it was over. Fantastic experience: Dr Janak was thorough in taking my medical and dental history to establish a great rapport and understanding, before commencing examination and treatment. He uses the very latest in technology and records via photos and imaging what condition my teeth are currently in. This enabled me to see exactly what he sees, so it was easy to trust his recommendations for my ongoing treatment. The overall experience was stress free with a genuinely caring team. Best dentist ever, and I have seen quite a few over the decades of my life.
