Was extremely friendly and easy going, made me feel comfortable the whole time and the experience was pain free. I've had 3 appointments now all of which I left Happy. I had an urgent issue and they got me in same day as I rang. The 2 dentists I've seen are both friendly, they explain everything and always ask if you doing ok. Like others I have anxiety and they are super understanding. The front desk staff are also super nice, friendly and engaging. If you needing a dentist I would say look no further and book now. Thank you St Agnes Dental, you make visiting the dentist a less anxiety ridden experience and I don't dread my next appointment!

The receptions are absolutely lovely, helpful and accomodating. The dentists are very knowledgeable and thorough. I actually enjoy coming on the dentist (weird I know, but true!)

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and the next morning it was fixed. Dr Pouferis was great, he went through my options and was able to do the job right away. He explained everything clearly and told me want he was doing the whole way through the procedure. It's been a very long time since i've been to the dentist but i'll happily go back for check ups now.

From the staff on the desk to the hygienists to the dentist themselves, they are so good at what they do and with a wonderful, friendly, genuinely caring manner. Couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. Have been coming for 4 years now and even with some staff coming and going they are consistently the best in dental care and service and thorough in watching problem areas to prevent future issues.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this dentist! I hadn’t been to the dentist for awhile due to a negative experience I had at a previous dentist and had neglected caring my teeth properly and was feeling embarrassed and ashamed. The dentist I saw was absolutely amazing and super understanding. She made me feel comfortable and safe and reassured that my feelings were valid! She then took her time in carefully examining my teeth and stopped multiple times throughout the checkup to see if I was okay or needed to stop. She also showed a genuine interest in my life and was interested to hear about me! I definitely would recommend this dentist to anyone and this positive experience has definitely helped with my anxiety about going to the dentist and I don’t feel worried about my next visit as I know I’ll be taken care of. The receptionists were also lovely and also took the time to have conversation during our interaction and it didn’t just feel transactional. I’m glad I’ve found my dentist ⭐️

Negative experience: If the practice is as disgusting as the workers then wouldn’t recommend Worker smoking directly out side of building next to cars as I was trying to put my pram and 3 month old in the car and absolutely stank of cigarettes she had no regard for anyone else should not be allowed to smoke near medical centres as there are generally always kids present.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. My husband has a very severe fear of dentists, due to many many terrible experiences. But coming here was a whole new experience for him. The receptionists on today, Stephanie, Malorie, and Annie, were so welcoming and understanding. They were unbelievably kind and thoughtful, made the experience so much calmer for my husband. When we saw the dentist, Dr Anh Do, she, and the dental assistant, were patient as he explained and they listened when he talked about his fears. They did everything to make the process smooth, painless, and quick. We were in and out in 40 minutes for an extraction. From now on, myself, my husband, and our children, will only come here for our dental needs. They eased his fear so much that he is happy to go back for his next check up, something he's never said before. Thank you St Agnes Dental Team. Your kindness and empathy made what is usually a traumatic experience for us, very easy and smooth. Also very very affordable!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to St Agnes Dental for years and I would highly recommend them. When I first started to go to them I was actually terrified of dentist after a bad experience as a child. St Agnes Dental took the time to calm me by explaining everything they were going to do in advance if them doing it. Spoke to me in a very gentle calming voice. Even went as far as coming up with suggestions that could help me get past my fear. I can't even find the exact words to say how very fearful I was, I used to just faint the minute I would walk into any dental surgery, it smelled like a dentist so that was all I needed to cause me to faint if I managed to get further in I would shake uncontrollably. Being that scared I ened up being prescribed with valium, my fear was real. The valium helped to get me into the dental chair then it was up to the poor dentist to deal with me. As I said they explained everything they would do in advance and then agreed to give me gas to help calm me further. I was not just fearful of the procedure it was also the sounds, so my dentist suggested I listen to music while I'm having anything done. That worked a treat. Now today I can actually have work done without having gas, my dentist and I have our own little system between us, she still explains everything she's going to do, even lowering the chair a bit more, if she wants me to hear what she's saying she taps me on the shoulder. So I happily sit in the dental chair having work done listening to my music with absolutely no fear. I can't recommend St Agnes Dental highly enough, due to their professionalism and consideration for their patients I've overcome my fear.

Fantastic experience: Always very professional service from this practice. I have been attending this practice for approximately 52 years. Danny is the dentist I usually see. He is always very gentle and takes the time to ensure everything is satisfactory. Reception staff, dental nurses and hygienists are always very pleasant and accommodating.

I have found my dentist Bianca to be very professional, but also extremely warm and understanding about my fears of going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years and had a feeling I needed a tooth pulled. Dr Do removed the tooth in 15 mins with no pain at all. Truly amazing at his craft and the staff at the front are also amazing. Highly recommended this business.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of St Agnes Dental Surgery for more than 15 years and with their help and advice my oral health and hygiene is in good shape. It is a great practice, the team is friendly and you know they are looking after you. I usually see dentist Dr Danny Tsimiklis mainly for dental check-ups and occasional fillings and Andrea Paul Oral Health Therapist for dental cleaning and oral health. The practice philosophy is prevention first and fixing things that are going bad second. Based on this philosophy 5-6 years ago they introduced the services of Oral Health Therapists. To be honest this is the best decision they made. Andrea, apart from the cleaning gives me ongoing advice in order to improve my oral health. Thank you Andrea, your help is very much appreciated. If you have dental issues or want to improve your oral health pick up the phone and make an appointment to see Danny and Andrea. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. St Agnes Dental team – dentists, oral health therapists, nurses and front desk staff - keep up with the great job you do, we the patients appreciate it. A big thank to all of you!
