Fantastic experience: The reception staff are alert to new customers who enter and address them with a warm greeting almost immediately. The dentist Dr Sophia was patient in explaining my situation and offered several solutions. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Sami was simply awesome today,like he always is.He quickly diagnosed my problem with one of my teeth.A piece of tooth had broken away &'caused me grief.I am very blessed having Sami as my Dentist. Tuesday the 28th of October,I had Implant Preparation Surgery. I was looked after by Sophia Zhu & her Assistant Christine. Sophia was very caring,patient & very attentive to detail. I was very apprehensive but Sophia & Christene assured me,I was in Good Hands. I certainly was & Sophia was very thorough.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get a same day appointment for my urgent issue. My implant crown became lose and Dr Jaclyn was able to identify and fix this issue. Thanks to her expertise and experience I didn't need to go to a specialist to get this fixed. Very happy with the service. Front counter staff are also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Dr Jaclyn and the clinic.

Negative experience: Only visit once, terrible experience. No reception waiting long time in front. I ask if I can use toilet refused by staff-Not for client only staff. Then I saw someone use it, so I ask an another staff if I can use- yes, of course, it is for client. Then going to see the dentist-need xray, and needs root canal…. Charge 30bucks after—-however, initially was been told first visit will wave the xray fee. Wait long time to pay. Very rude to kid patient. Yale at kid when they cry as witness. Probably only Chinese speakers stay there as they have Chinese speakers dentist-But very bad treated by staff.never recommend and never visit again.

Fantastic experience: Just took my daughter to see Dr Jarrod Dean and he was excellent! She was quite nervous and he made her feel comfortable and did a thorough check of her teeth. Now she can’t wait to come back to the dentist! The clinic is beautiful too and has nice kids activities in the waiting room.

Negative experience: I recently moved to Australia and needed to find a dentist. I consulted with Dr. Pearly at the National Dental Care, who was very friendly, warm, and sweet, making me feel comfortable. However, I ended up getting FOUR fillings that I now believe weren’t necessary, and they were incredibly expensive—totalling $610 ($378 out of pocket!). After speaking with my regular dentist back home, who had seen my teeth shortly before I moved, he was shocked to hear I had gotten these fillings. He had only noted mild staining on my teeth, but nothing that required fillings. I was misled into receiving these fillings, as I was led to believe it was a matter of urgency. I was advised to either get the four fillings or risk having my teeth removed, which seemed extreme. Additionally, I was told to get EIGHT fissure sealants for ALL of my molars, which would have cost an extra $480. Other treatments were suggested as well, which brought the total of my bill to +-$1,700…My previous dentist mentioned that, since I take great care of my teeth, these sealants were highly unnecessary. While I appreciated the warmth of the staff, I feel quite taken advantage of by these treatments. This experience has served as a harsh reminder that, although dentists can be friendly and caring, they are also essentially running a business. I DEFINITELY suggest to get a second opinion when treatments are recommended, especially if it involves substantial costs. I wish I had taken this step before committing to such expensive procedures.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Dr Jarrod Dean was thorough and his technique made the experience more comfortable than expected! (Because I usually get quite a lot of teeth sensitivity from cleans). The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and welcoming!

Both times I have attended the clinic I have left feeling heard & had my needs addressed. Dr Pearly is incredibly lovely and is equally wonderful at her job. Dare I say it, but I am looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Hands down best clinic in Melbourne. I had a traumatic time when I was 10 ( now 27 ) at another clinic and hadn’t gone since because I was too afraid but when I went and saw Dr Shi Han, that traumatic experience quickly faded and I finally was able to be calm, got my teeth checked which was long overdue and needed. I’ve never been more happier with my smile, she was super gentle and informative allowing me to take better care of my teeth. I would highly recommend, especially if you’re a bit hesitate and afraid to go to a dental clinic.

Negative experience: The service was not extraordinary but the consultation fee was a ripe off. They charged $200+ for each of my kids. My 2 year old only opened her mouth and got paste applied and I had to pay $200. Unbelievable! I was not given the price or consultation fees upfront. I'd rather take my family somewhere else for a better experience.

Positive experience: The dentist was very attentive and was able to fix the issue that i had with my teeth. I had a chain reattached to my bottom tooth which was an easy and fast fix. The clinic is really nice and spacious and i felt very comfortable. The only disappointment was the price i paid. I should have asked the price before the procedure. But i was treated very well and i would go back but i will make sure i ask the pricing before i have a procedure done.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my dental visit with Dr Shi Han Su. She has great attention to detail and works brilliantly under pressure! Although we were running a bit late, she was professional, empathetic and patient. She took time and care to explain the outcomes from the X-rays and suggested meaningful tips to help me care for my teeth between appointments. What a fantastic service! Fantastic experience: Brought my 2 and 4yo (who REALLY struggles with anything medical) for a dental visit. Dr Shi Han Su was brilliant - she was warm and comforting, she expertly used distraction and games. She had my kids giggling and cooperating. TVs on the roof and kid-friendly practice.

Positive experience: Dental team worked well and communicated the treatment plan effectively and in a way that was easy to understand. An area for Improvement would be admin /front admin team and stream lining some Processes such as having exisiting clients update patient details electronically via text or email platforms which would save time for patients and front office/reception to focus on more important aspects of your operations.

Fantastic experience: First time patient, and very happy with my dentist Yvonne, I was always nervous about seeing dentist, but I felt in good hands this time.

Negative experience: Had a appointment today got told my check up and clean is a certain price i went to pay paid the agreed amount and had no issues i was billed and i paid at reception to only then get a phone call 20 minutes later stating that I need to pay more! This caught me by suprise and cancelled all future appointments! STAY AWAY!!

Positive experience: The actual dental treatment was good. Just a comment about the professionalism of the process: I did find it rather unprofessional to have to listen to the two carers' details about their families, children, honeymoon, holidays, dinner menu, etc. etc. I would also prefer to be called Elio, rather than Aurelio. Fantastic experience: I am not a person to leave reviews but these guys are an exception. I found my dentist here by fluke because I wanted transparent, no frills service close to home. Not only do I recieve great communication from my dentist about current and future dental issues, they provide me timely reminders of my appointments, transparent billing summaries and detailed treatment plans in advance so I can budget my ongoing care needs. Highly recommend. Parking at Chadston is terrible though so be prepared to walk abit!

Fantastic experience: Our health fund recommend us to National Dental Care after our dentist move to another city, it is not easy to find a nice dentist especially during CoVID-19 locking down. It was first time my mother meet Dr Karyn He and Ms Yun Lo last Monday, she’s very happy with them. Their soft hands, very patient and clear explanations. Thank you Karyn and Yun.

Negative experience: I really don’t understand why such a dental place but hire all the unqualified receptionist, super bad customer service. I love the dentist there, they are amazing! But calling, making appointment or talk to the receptionist just so painful! Have to deal with this gal name Nicole, either she is super young or just no compassion. She doesn’t understand law or woman health. The appointment was made less than 24hours to begin with. Plus u rang me to change my time earlier. So pls don’t tell me about cancellation fees, if someone is not aware prior to this,- is against consumer law. Plus someone have medical/health condition, and can’t make it. I don’t think you wan any patient come into your clinic and faint/bleed on the spot where you have to call ambulance! I really hope all these frontier can improve, so that the clinic professional team doesn’t have to suffer due to their bad customer service.

Negative experience: Very rude and Unprofessional reception service I got me and my daughter’s general check up with them 2 days ago, the next day early morning their receptionist called me saying that my daughter’ s fee wasn’t charged from my insurance card because the dentist forgot giving her the quote or something, so she asked me to pay over phone or use my insurance card but have to go back to their clinic. When I said I can go back to use my insurance card next Tuesday that’s the only time I can make it. The receptionist replied the payment has to be done by the end of the day!!! I was horrified by such a rude service especially it was their fault couldn’t make the payment .Without any apologies to the customer but requesting customer to cover their fault in a limited time…I don’t want to waste my time to argue with them but I would like to share my experience to warn people do not go !It was the first time I visited this clinic and definitely will be the last time.

Fantastic experience: had the most lovely dentist and assistant today! sophia/sophie and i couldn’t catch the other girls name (sorry) possibly yun? so lovely and gentle and reminded me through the whole time what was going on.

Negative experience: I had my teeth cleaned at this clinic and the day after I experienced an unbearable jaw pain and headache. I went back to ask for the reason. The reception told me there was no appoint available till next week. I had no choice but went to a GP for further advice. They found my gum was damaged from the clean. My gum was very swollen and my left face was twice the size as my right. Will not go back again.

Negative experience: We showed up to our appointment this morning to be told that the Dentist was off sick. The receptionist had not notified us prior as she thought we were “friends of the Dentist”??. At 38 weeks pregnant and with a 2 year old, it’s not an easy exercise driving over 30 minutes to an appointment. The receptionist was unapologetic and did not offer to rebook our appointment, so we will go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with the service provided!

Negative experience: Confirmed with Shanelle twice on the phone before coming for appointment. When arrived, she said "I made a mistake on the date of the appointment". She did not apologize for her mistake until, i had to tell her to acknowledge her mistake. I took a day off work to attend with my parents to their dentist appointment but was wasted. Best advice, make sure you don't talk to Shanelle. But, someone else instead.

Fantastic experience: Dr Livia Naharnowicz is the best dentist I have been to in my +70 years. At my last routine checkup I asked her if there was anything she could do to improve the appearance of my increasingly awful looking teeth. She put in 4 caps plus some patch up work at quite reasonable cost. I'm very happy with the result. I recommend her highly

Fantastic experience: I'm usually so afraid of going to the dentist but the team at NDC Chastone have made my visit most welcomed. I was greeted by friendly and bubbly Practice Manager Shanelle who had referred me to see Dr Livia. Let's just say I am no longer afraid of the dentist anymore!! Dr Livia was so gentle and comforting through out my whole visit. I found the practice to be very clean and modern and it had a very calming feel about! Definitely will be back for my next appointment!

Negative experience: A reception lady name “ Chanel” called herself is the manager there, she was really rude when I asking a face mask only because I had anesthetic at their clinic and my face is twisted when I’m talking and I have an other appointment to go straight away. And she keep saying “you don’t look that bad” and this base on I made this appointment two weeks ago they try to cancel my appointment or change an other doctor one day before which is yesterday, and they left me no choice and I compromised with them changed doctor and they treating their customers like they don’t care! No wonder their rate is the lowest in this area! Unbelievable service!

Fantastic experience: My scale and clean is done by Dr. Yvonne Wu and her assistant. No anesthesia, no pain, thoroughly cleaned at reasonable cost. I will not go elsewhere and I have recommended to my families and friends.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Chadstone store. Did not have medibank card with me when visited, I was told the gap would be refunded once I have the card and refund from Medibank. They firstly trying to deny the quote from them, then it’s been 4 weeks and I still have not received the refund. Their staff is rude, the receptionist was not even in the room but managed to assume what I said or heard; all she interested was when to book my next appointment. Their manager never returns any promised phone calls nor replys email. I will never go back to this store.
