Fantastic experience: I’ve unfortunately had the pleasure of visiting this clinic twice in a month — both of my wisdom teeth decided to cause trouble at the same time! Thanks to the amazing staff, both visits were surprisingly pleasant. A big thank you to Dr. Clark and Dr. Panwar for the painless and extremely professional removal experience. I felt safe, supported, and heard throughout the entire process. Thank you also to the administrative team, dental assistants, and nurses for your kindness and excellent work. Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal service and practice. Lachlan is THE best dentist I’ve ever had. If I had 100 questions, Lachlan had answers for 101. Extremely patient, understanding and kind knowing my anxiety around dentistry after a past negative experience at another clinic, I feel confident in my oral health now. The waiting room is clean and inviting, and the practice manager was more than forthcoming with explaining how PHI works and helped me find an appointment that suits my schedule.

Couldn’t make my original appointment time so called up wanting to reschedule and the lady was very lovely and made the time a later time the same day. upon arrival, the place was spotless and had a very nice vibe about it. The dentist was professional, clean and knew what he was doing. helped me with my chipped tooth and was completely covered with my health insurance. 10/10 reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I visited National Dental Care, Algester, for the first time, yesterday. The 'service' provided by Dr. Vivek Panwar, Daisy and Linh, was second to none! Daisy was very 'warm' and welcoming when arranging my first appointment. Linh used her dental skills gently! Dr. Vivek Panwar was so very professional and informative! I really appreciate the care he took when cleaning my sensitive teeth (!!), and also checking the various problems I had, and his in-depth analysis of the real problem. His patience, and the time he spent giving me a detailed analysis of different dental issues that I would be experiencing, and that I may plan to deal with elsewhere, was exceptional! This kind of genuine concern unrelated to the appointment, was indeed a very new and appreciative experience for me! Thank you, Dr.Vivek and your team!

Negative experience: Doctor Joshua Kim is an amazingly best dentist ever. However, there was a mistake made by the receptionist. I had to pay $154 for a check-up even though I have private health insurance that covers two check-ups a year for free. About six weeks later, I still hadn't gotten a refund. I had to leave HCF because they couldn't help me, and I don't think I can go back to this dentist because they also don't know how to fix what happened to me. Very sad.

Dr Kim took his extra time and effort (1 hour to be exact from start to end) to clean my teeth cos i got so much plaque n stuff (embarrassed!)… totally worth every penny! Will def come back for regular checkup and cleaning !!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been scared of the dentist but I feel that yesterday’s trip has helped reassured me that it’s not scary. The receptionists were very lovely and one asked if we would like water while we waited which made me feel quite comfortable. Dr Ariel must have seen that I was anxious and was super lovely and gentle throughout my clean. She didn’t lecture me about my oral health and was very informative about everything that was going on.
