Negative experience: This practice continues to send three threatening emails if you don’t turn up etc ….( I have never missed an appointment)Then turns around and tries to move your appointment for various reasons every time. I have been a long term client but they are beyond reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I visited gentle dental today for a tooth extraction of my back tooth. Turned out my tooth was a little bit more difficult then anticipated the roots were close to the nerve and wasn’t quite as easy to remove. The dentist was amazing made sure I felt no pain at all and also made sure I was at ease the whole time ad he could see I was feeling a bit anxious about the extraction after he explained it being a bit difficult. I am really happy with the level of care and how persistent he was with doing what he needed to do for my tooth. Thank you heaps would definitely recommend gentle dental.

Fantastic experience: I attended Gentle Dental Budgewoi yesterday and I highly recommend them. They are so kind, considerate, gentle and thorough. I had a tooth removed and 2 fillings. Because it was Friday and I have health issues and also because they would be closed for the weekend they had me come back twice that afternoon to ensure that everything was okay.

Fantastic experience: As an age pensioner I’ve been waiting two months for dental assistance via the Government system. How pathetic that a computer decided my broken molar was “non urgent”, so I’ll be waiting at least another month/six weeks. Sick of waiting and with the broken surface cutting into my tongue, I rang and explained to Gentle Dental my quandry. An appointment within two days has fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Kind, courteous and efficient service - I really just wish Area health would issue me a voucher so I can go there all the time. Thanks Gentle Dental.

Fantastic experience: Gentle Dental by name and by nature - that's my experience. Absolutely tops in my opinion. Suffered a couple of broken teeth after a mishap in the bathroom just on New Year. So grateful for the earliest possible appointment given the holiday. From receptionists taking my initial call for help, to the chairside assistant to Dr Manish, the top man, I could not have asked for any more. Methods of repair, outcomes and costings were explained. Fantastic experience: This is my dentist even though I have many local dentist I could go to. I have been going for years and I have had great results from fillings to cleans. Dr Manish has repair my teeth and advises you along each step of the way, he is the 1st to advise I didn't always require to have a needle which was a relief and no pain at all was felt. His wife is great at cleaning teeth and more dental works. Kyle the reception is always welcoming and makes you laugh at every visit. They have a fantastic team and even went a step further to wish me happy birthday recently. If your with hcf you can do a check up and clean here with no out of pocket expense once every half year. Try them out they are great. Go team budgewoi dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with Periodontal Disease for many many years. I have an innate fear of needles in my mouth because of previous experiences that led me to cease my treatment with a specialist and opt for a partial denture. Today I needed to have a tooth extracted... to say I was petrified is an understatement. Manish listened to my concerns, and treated me with kid gloves. I didn’t even feel the needle go in! It wasn’t an easy extraction as the X-ray showed my tooth was fractured at the root. I am so grateful to the staff who made my experience easy!! Thank you so much, I cannot understate how great you all are!
