Fantastic experience: I am the patient and Dr Ritesh is very very patient with me every time I visit his surgery. I struggle to keep my mouth open for extended periods and I hate the sound of the drill but he takes his time and makes you feel very comfortable and allows you to rest and doesn't rush. I don't often think to write reviews but he definitely deserves a mention. 10/10

I have a little 2.5 year old boy with Down syndrome that can be very explosive when having to sit down somewhere. myself and my partner were terrified about taking him to dentist, he ended up hitting his tooth on a chair and we took him in for an emergency same day appointment ( I was shocked to see that was available) and everything about this place was amazing, a nice calm clean waiting area, the reception lady was an absolute angel and the dentist herself was literally a blessing, she made sure my son felt comfortable with her and worked around what he was comfortable with and let him sit in his dads lap rather then the chair which he was scared of, will definitely be changing this to our regular family dentist !

He was kind and considerate throughout the whole process, really accomodating and always made me feel like my wishes were being considered. Certainly happy with the end result and I’d recommend this to anyone looking into Invisalign!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome. I broke off my whole right front tooth and could not even look at myself in the mirror. Next day Ratesh squeezed me into a ten minute appointment. He ran his in intraoral scanner around my mouth and made a 3d image of my surviving left front tooth, which he then flipped to be right handed. Next day he had machined a crown on his quarter of a million dollar numerical milling machine that he then polished and installed in 15 minutes. Colour matched!, I can't tell that it's a crown. My wife and I have used Dentist 4U for over ten years having implants, crowns, root canals etc. We are extremely impressed with Ratesh's friendly and professional approach.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience yesterday with Dentist 4 U. Albert Clotty as usual was fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful and gave me a follow up phone call the next day to see how i was feeling after my tooth extraction. Great customer service. I have also just had root canal therapy done by Dr Vi Dalavai. Vi, was fantastic. She could see i was quite anxious and Vi, was very reassuring with every part of the uncomfortable procedure and explained every part of what she was doing. The dental assistant was very calming and caring too. I have next to no pain. I can highly recommend this practice. The after care phone call was much appreciated too.

Fantastic experience: Dentist 4 U is a great family dental practice, which my family has been going to for over 13 years. I highly recommend this dental practice, as they provide professional service for a reasonable fee. We have had wonderful service from both Dr. Barua and Dr. Clottey. They even provide excellent after hours emergency service when we needed it, which we appreciated greatly during a very stressful period. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr vi, my teeth had very large roots & it was a very very hard procedure to be done and yet she still made it happen, was so gentle with the whole entire process, and explained everything very thoroughly. I have had no complications at all, and has healed up quite nicely. I highly recommend Dr vi, her work is absolutely outstanding.

Negative experience: Well I have been to the establishment twice. The first time Dr Albert did a wonderful job and helped me with the tooth ache on my right side. However, last than a week back, I started to get a toothache on my left side and booked an appointment with Dr Bhargavi Dalavai on 04072025 in hopes of getting the tooth removed. But when i met her and when I said let's remove the teeth on the left side that is causing the pain, she went through the initial checks and suggested that I get an temporary root canal since she mentioned that the price for removing the tooth and doing the root canal is the same. So I went with her suggestion and got it done on that evening. However, now I am wiritng here awake at 4am on Wednesday still with the pain. The antibiotics and painkillers she suggested is not helping me one bit. The pain won't go away. I just should stuck with my decision of removing the teeth instead of listening to her suggestion. Actually, I should have stuck with my decision and booked with Dr Albert and all this would have been avoided.

He is very caring and thorough with explanations of procedures and after care. During procedures he makes the experience very comfortable and relaxing, always asking if you’re okay. Negative experience: i attended this place to get my first set of false teeth and after having to get a 2nd set made, because the first set were ill fitting, they are still rubbing against my gums and tongue preventing me from eating with them. I was asked if I wanted either normal or Hollywood coloured teeth and I chose normal thinking they would be white but was given a set that looked like I had been chewing tobacco for the past 50 years. The upper set were made giving me a substantial overbite that wasn't there before introducing more problems when biting off food and chewing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
