Fantastic experience: Dr Aditi was fabulous with my two young children who I made appointments for during our recent travel to Sydney. She made them feel very comfortable and was happy for us all to sit in the treatment room together. The tv provided a good distraction for the kids! My daughter had a filling with no anaesthetic and no pain, and we had every procedure explained and quoted. Thank you to Dr Aditi and all the staff at Timeless Smiles in Pennant Hills.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and his team are excellent. Dr. Patel listens to my concerns about getting orthodontic treatment and is thorough in his approach . The team is also amazing with my daughter, she was with me in most appointments and the staff always make her happy and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed having her check ups. I was worried she’d be scared but Dr Khamar made it fun and engaging for her.

Negative experience: After being referred by my partner I assumed this would be an amazing experience. It wasn't and my procedure of two implants was botched, rushed and incorrectly communicated. The billing was not right from the start and I was not contacted to rebook when the next dates of the procedure arrives. Very poor organisational skills, rushed work and for the price expected poor craftsmanship. I am take my family elsewhere. So disappointed and was supposed to be a family friend. Taking my business to a specialist as implants are out of the scope of this clinic's capacity. The temp teeth look horrible and are supposed to be like the perm crowns. The look horrible and were rushed. Made in the clinic and not in the lab. The placement is also not correct and was communicated but ignored. Now I am disfigured and will seek legal council. Updated: since seeking a second opinion at a more professional implant specialist I have been informed and reinforced exactly what my concerns were to begin with and ignored. The implants were not correctly placed. They were of poor design and worse much worse...they were not placed procedurally correct to the point that they allowed bacteria to get inside between implant and bone. This meant that the implant would have failed and I would have developed infection/disease in my bone. They have been removed and rectified by the Dental lounge in CBD. I suggest you take your business there because your health is more important than someone's inability to overlook their ego and listen to the customer. I am being refused a refund despite paying twice. Buy I do hope others read this and are aware. The photos are the teeth temp done by Patel and the other better teeth are performed by the Dental lounge in CBD. As you can clearly see the results speak for themselves.

To say I was impressed is an understatement. My dentist at Timeless Smiles is now Dr Aditi Khamar. From the time I walked in , I was greeted with a warm ,friendly smile . Dr Khamar is the most gentle, professional, engaging dentist I have ever met. She keeps you completely informed and has a sense of humour . Fantastic experience: Great experience & very detailed! After my dentist of many years retired I needed to find a new dentist. Having just chipped a tooth I needed to find a dentist quickly, I came across Dr Patel on the Medibank app and checked his google reviews which were great so I thought I’ll try him. I don’t write a lot of google reviews but the experience was impressive. He asked about my current concerns and past work I have had done, took photos and did x-rays and explained everything to me on the screen. He fixed up the chip and cleaned my teeth thoroughly and also explained options for the future for whitening etc…see you in another 6 months.

Negative experience: Very poor service which ends up in quite a large number of visits each being half hour or less each but extremely expensive and out of pocket is huge. No prior quote was given and what needs to be done. He also had an assistant with him and was asking questions and made her feel she had lot to learn and that he knew every thing.

Fantastic experience: Nimesh did a wonderful job! I went to Timeless Smiles to straighten my teeth using Invisalign. You will be seeing your dentist every 2nd month, so make sure you have a good one! Not only did we fix my teeth, but we were able to laugh along the way. Highly recommend for Invisalign, TMJ issues or just a checkup, they do it all there!

Fantastic experience: My experience with the whole team was great from start to finish. I had a root issue that was no problem for Dr Nimesh Patel to handle after previously being advised that removal of tooth and implant was the only option. I was previously a patient of Dr Nimesh when he was located in Baulkham Hills, my local area. My mother has been seeing him for decades and he comes highly recommended. All staff were all accomodating and incredibly kind. I will be returning for my routine check ups.

Fantastic experience: Some people are terrified of dying, others public speaking. After a variety of traumatic childhood experiences, I had issues with the dentist. I first visited for a check up on one of my kids. I had googled local surgeries and after reading a few comments that Dr Nimesh Patel was understanding of highly anxious patients, I made an appointment. He was great with my son, and despite putting on a brave face, he noticed that I was nervous, agitated and really NOT having a good time of it. He took me into another room to check that I was okay. I briefly described my experiences and he listened, but said I needed to come back. Oh god…. So, I fronted up and my first appointment was just talking to him about my extensive dental history. He listened, asked to take some x-rays and that was it. He looked at the results and we discussed what the action plan would be. He didn’t even look in my mouth. We decided that the way to proceed was under sedation, but we would work on not requiring this in future. After my initial procedure, we would keep up 3-monthly visits to ensure that any follow up appointments were not too intense and could be completed quickly. After seeing Dr Nimesh for almost 2 years, I have just had my first 6-monthly checkup and was done in less than 15 minutes. I was not nervous walking in, didn’t feel like the walls were closing in around me and felt completely at ease. For anyone putting off seeing the dentist, Dr Nimesh will do everything to make you feel comfortable, do it at your speed and constantly check in with you to ensure are okay. I can’t fully articulate how different my dentist visits now are. Suffice to say, I recommend him for anyone that feels nauseous just reading this…

Fantastic experience: Came to this clinic two times and both the hygienist and dentist had a look at my teeth. Special thanks to Nour the hygienist, she took the time to explain the procedures to me and had a light touch the entire time. I always find going to the dentist hard, but she made sure I was feeling comfortable and well attended to!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr Patel for over 7 years. Dr Patel and his team are always accomodating, very professional and make going to the dentist a seamless and pain free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends or family.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental surgery and I’ll never come back. This guy is the embodiment of why people hate dentists. On the first visit I had an old filling that needed to be fixed, Dr Patel told me “you’ve given me a challenge for this time of morning, you have so many issues with your teeth”. Got charged $750 because they didn’t have the facilities to accommodate for my PHI. Then got told I needed to come back because of “all of the issues”. Came back the following week expecting some major travesty with my teeth, he even gave me some strange analogy about how cleaning teeth is like washing a car (thanks mate, I worked in the dental marketing industry for years under the Head of Marketing for Bupa Dental, but I’ll entertain this). Turns out it was plaque shock, horror. And then paid another $750 having to listen to him shaming a student dentist in front of me, as a patient. It was like reliving The Handmaids Tale, he told her to recite a particular page of a thesis, and when she couldn’t remember the page number he said “just say ‘yes doctor, I don’t know’’”. Which she had to repeat in front of a patient. Me, cringing as my mouth couldn’t talk. He quizzed her and put her on show over and over while I was in the chair and couldn’t speak. Do not go here. Edited to add… photo of my (challenging) teeth included, taken weeks after my visit, which Mr Patel sat me down and told me to point out all of the flaws. If you’re having trouble finding the records, it was 3rd and 7th of February.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and all staff at Timeless Smiles Dental have a very calming influence and explain all procedures thoroughly before proceeding. I have always had confidence with Dr Patel treating all my family with numerous dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: I’m petrified of dentists, since going to timeless smiles I’ve been able to not only clean my teeth every 6 months but get Invisalign and fillings done , things I never thought I would be able to do with my fear. So gentle, understanding, empathetic and comforting whist doing an incredible job at cleaning your teeth and ensuring you’re comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Timeless for 7 years for both my kids for orthodontics. Nimesh always looks after us well and offers good advice. We were very pleased that Nimesh offered the myobrace program - which improves breathing through the nose instead of the mouth, hence correcting the size of the jaw and allowing teeth to align naturally. We have also done Invisalign here and am very happy with the results and care provided.

Positive experience: Our eldest daughter Olivia recently had her braces taken off after 1 and a half years. The care throughout this time was very good and if something minor happened to the braces in between the scheduled appointments Nimesh would fit her in to fix as soon as he was able. They even bought her some chocolates when they were taken off. Thank you Nimesh and team. She is showing off her teeth smiles now!

Since then I have undergone orthodontic/general and cosmetic treatment with Dr Patel and the results have been fantastic. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Timeless Smiles since 2014. Dr Nimesh Patel is a great dentist, highly capable, caring and understanding of my needs. I had adhesive restoration work carried out recently from earlier work done a long time ago by Dr Nimesh and I am again very happy with the results. Highly recommended for your dental needs.

Negative experience: As a family new to this area we needed to find a new dentist, preferably a Members Choice Advantage clinic. Our initial visit for a clean and xray was fine, however please be aware, a quote provided for a further one off deep clean to a few teeth, suddenly increased to four times the original quote on the day of scheduled appt. I took a day off work to attend and only once I was in the chair, did the dentist mention she wanted to check the 'estimate' pre-provided. She then presented me with a new quote with an $800 gap ( vs $294 previously). When asked why, she did not provide a clear explanation, and I declined to proceed. Medibank Pvte has advised the dentist should have honored the original quote as given and confirmed it listed the correct item numbers for treatment planned. The 'revised' quote was for a more intense treatment, which was not necessary and had not been agreed or discussed prior. Completely unprofessional conduct and very poor form. Please check any quotes carefully and get a second opinion in case of large gap payments. I have lodged a formal complaint and this is currently being investigated.

Negative experience: Dr Patel is hard to communicate with and irresponsive. Really poor post-service care. Does not prioritise customer needs. I have been chasing him up for weeks with no proper response to my requests or the next steps he is planning on taking with our situation.

Fantastic experience: I avoided dentists out of fear for over 20 years, but a broken tooth forced my hand. After lots of research and reading of reviews, I decided to see Dr Nimesh Patel. And I couldn't be happier! He is brilliant. I have had a couple of root canals and am very impressed. There has been very little pain from either one, so much so that I've been able to go straight back to work after the appointments. His office is lovely and he and his staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Timeless Smiles Dental. UPDATE: I wanted to straighten my teeth and Nimesh uses Invisalign - absolutely brilliant! So easy to use and maintain. And when compared to the 'old style' braces I had in my teens, so much better! Pain free with only mild discomfort on rare occasions. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Found Timeless Smiles through my private health insurance. I was warmly welcomed by all staff and the dentist Dr Patel. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I had my wisdom tooth removed and it was a smooth process from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable despite feeling nervous prior to my tooth extraction and was given printed instructions for post-extraction care. Fantastic experience: Extremely professional service from Dr. Nimesh and his team. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and even if the wait was less than 10-15 min, I was regularly comforted and updated by doctors and staff. Dr. Nimesh is extremely professional and patient in his approach. Being a first-time patient, he made sure I was comfortable and understood my concerns and what treatment I needed (and not needed). No extra/unnecessary x-rays or services were offered, instead, I came out of the rooms knowing a lot more about oral hygiene and care. I would gladly return and recommend Timeless dental to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We started Myobrace treatment when my son was 8, when his sister started orthodontic treatment. Comparing to his sister, his much neater and closer baby teeth were telling me he would have great chance of extraction of several teeth later on for orthodontic treatment. After about half year, I started to notice that the front teeth obviously had more gaps than before. Now he is 11, still wearing Myobrace to sleep, I can see he doesn’t need any extraction anymore, maybe will be a little bit over crowded later when permanent teeth all come out, but should be generally okay. Highly recommend to do Myobrace since a younger age, result is great!

The first round was a check up and found out I had to had a wisdom tooth removed and this was such a breeze!! Dr Nimesh was absolutely brilliant and made the experience so easy and timeless!! Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I have ever been do, my lovely dentist, Dr. Aditi Khamar treated me so well. Always answered my questions and was so bubbly and polite.

Fantastic experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Nimesh. The surgery was performed at his dental practice under intravenous sedation. I remember sitting in the chair, doing a short questionaire with the anesthesiologist, being put to sleep, then being driven home. Completely painless! Dr Nimesh prescribed a course of painkillers that dealt with any pain I had long after the proceedure. The worst part is mouth ulcers. I got ulcers from having icecream and whiskey for relief as advised by family and friends. Don’t indulge yourself, its not worth it. Mouth ulcers suck. Saltwater gargles are best. Very happy with the surgery, my mouth feels freer and cleaner.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Timeless Smiles highly enough. I have crippling anxiety about visiting the Dentist and after a lot of pain and desperation I went to see Dr Nimesh. After a consultation a plan was in place, Dr Nimesh and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and know exactly what is going on. My teeth are now in better condition than they have been in a long long time and I am attending my regular check ups. I have even had my teeth whitened which had amazing results. Every visit is a little easier for me because of the care that the team at Timeless Smiles take with their patients. Best in the business!! I am so grateful for all of their help, care and attentiveness.

When I couldn’t put it off any longer, I hesitantly decided to try a new dentist and came across Timeless Smiles Dental. Dr Nimesh Patel immediately put me at ease. He was sensitive to my past trauma, taking the time to explain and reassure me every step of the way and was gentle and patient with me throughout my treatment. I had a serious issue that required urgent treatment and in addition, I was relocating to a new city in a week. Dr Patel rearranged his schedule to accommodate my travel plans and put a rush on my crown so that he could complete my treatment before I relocated. The result was fantastic and to my relief, I experienced no pain whatsoever. This is a testament to Dr Patel’s skill and expertise. He is caring, professional, responsive to his patients’ needs, and makes every effort to provide quality treatment and ensure you have a good experience. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Dr Patel explained in great detail all the information regarding my dental procedures. No detail was ever left out. He constantly made sure I was happy with the progress and went out of his way to ensure all my needs and wants were being met. My husband has been seeing Dr Patel since he was a child and has always been extremely happy with his services also. We cannot recommend the team at Timeless Smiles more!! Thanks for all you do :)

I have recently had 5 fillings (done in two appointments) by Nimesh without any pain relief as I am in the second trimester of pregnancy. These fillings were done quickly and effectively without pain. Further, all the staff at this dental surgery are professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: We are with Bupa - took my son as his milk tooth was stuck and bleeding. We had explicitly asked if we had to pay for checkup as Bupa offers no-gap checkup for kids. Dr Patel still charged $65 for checkup and suggested an extraction that would be around $130. We got the extraction done at Bupa but still had to pay $65 for the checkup. Where are the ethics gone in this profession?
