Fantastic experience: Dr Henriette is so good. Very few dentist are as gentle. Also, they make you relax before any procedures . This helps me as a patient. Id encourage anyone give them a try or I will eat my crown.

Fantastic experience: I known Dr Shri Gupta many years ago since she was working at Total Smiles in Kippax Fair Holt. I always maintain one Dentist and Doctor to my family. Dr Shri left the clinic and I search all the dental places and finally found her. Very satisfied and happy everytime I visit for a routine check up, very thorough, light handed hands, honest and caring towards patient. Parking in the city is always an issue so give enough time before your appt starts. Highly recommend Integrated Dental Canberra.

Fantastic experience: I have bad dental anxiety due to past trauma, but Jade and the all the lovely team at integrated dental make me feel safe.

Negative experience: Honestly I won't be going back. Was quoted for some work at the end of January and now i just had it done the cost had gone up 47%, roughly $750 to $1110. Same item numbers, same practitioner. Honestly was in tears after this as the realisation set in that i wouldn't be eating the next two weeks.

Fantastic experience: I did extraction of my decayed wisdom tooth. Jade did it fast and with experience. She calmed me down and explained carefully with X-ways and pictures. The operation is smooth and successful. Integrated Dental also charge a fair price(couple of hundred), I have another quote/estimate at another dental with expensive staggering price including hospital accommodation fee(much more).

Fantastic experience: I never thought i would be writing a review for a Dental practice, but Dr Henriette took such gentle care to make my repeat visits to the dentist the least painful, and provided the most relaxing room complete with heated wheat packs and blankets! Thoroughly recommend this practice for dedicated care and all round pleasant nursing staff, including admin. thank you!

Negative experience: Don't go here it's a scam. I was told I needed 6 fillings. I paid for 6 fillings, listed on the invoice as $180 each. Turned out to be 6 fischer sealants which are half the price. What a joke.

Fantastic experience: My son needed an emergency extraction on a Saturday afternoon Jade made time for him on the day. We drove 2+hrs to get to her and it was so worth it. She was fantastic with my 10 year old who has had previous in chair trauma. She had the tooth out very quickly and made the experience non stressful for him. We are so glad we found her and she was able to put the horrific pain to a stop instantly for him. Thanks so much Jade. All staff members were kind and helpful ♡

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency dental appointment to deal with some pain which ended up being as a result of my wisdom teeth. When I saw Dr Jade on the Saturday she could tell I wasn't up to having my wisdom tooth removed that day so suggested a solution to alleviate some of my pain and suggested we try again tomorrow. I was not the easiest patient but Dr Jade did get the wisdom tooth out the following day and was fantastic throughout the whole process. Helped keep me calm and was checking in often during the extraction. Dr Jade is really fantastic and everyone else you interact with at integrated dental is also very welcoming, if you're a nervous dental patient I fully recommend them especially Dr Jade!

Fantastic experience: The team at Integrated dental in Canberra are a hidden gem in dentistry. I’ve attended a couple of appointments, one including a deep clean and the process, whilst uncomfortable in parts due to the cleaning, Henrietta and her team helped to minimise pain and discomfort through acupuncture and local anaesthesia. I once joked to her that I felt like I was going to a beauty therapist, not a dentist because of the serene and comforting environment she had created. Happy customer!

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works there is warm and friendly, immediately making you comfortable. Reception staff is really one of the best I’ve seen at a medical practice. Warm and helpful. Dr Jade was great and answered all my questions. She was also amazing with my toddler’s first dentist visit. I wasn’t keen on using fluoride and they promptly had an alternative ready which I really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this business more for anyone who has had negative previous experiences or experiences phobia, sensory issues and anxiety regarding dental visits. Each visit I felt incredibly comfortable and reassured at all stages of treatment, unlike prior experiences with other dentists. The team has put extensive work and thought into providing additional features to manage anxiety and sensory issues, from eye masks, weighted blankets, acupuncture and more. I had no idea a trip to the dentist could be enjoyable, and I now look forward to my dentist visits. After numerous fantastic visits with Henriette I finally had my wisdom teeth removed with Gavin; a procedure I had been putting off for years due to anxiety. He made the experience comfortable, informative and quick. Couldn’t recommend Gavin, Henriette and the whole team more.

Fantastic experience: To Dr Jade, Just had a tooth extraction, and the whole process was much easier than I expected! Dr Jade was skilled and gentle, calming my nerves throughout. There was almost no pain at all. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the sterilization of the tools made me feel at ease. After the extraction, the dentist carefully explained post-care instructions, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this dentist if you need dental care!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist I could not recommend Integrated Dental more. Everyone in the clinic is warm and friendly. The clinic itself is beautiful - a lovely waiting area, the treatment rooms are pristine and extremely comfortable. My dentist. Henriette, was very professional, I felt 100% confident that I was in good hands and I felt very cared for with a weighted blanket, eye pillow and lovely music in the background as well as some acupuncture to ease my anxiety. A huge thank to everyone.

Having had many a dental experience all around the globe this is the best clinic I’ve been to, it really stands out. I always feel emotionally safe and in the best of care. Fantastic experience: When I arrived, the reception staff greeted me promptly and were warm and friendly. Dr Jade Yuan was warm and friendly from the beginning of the appointment all the way until the end of the appointment. She knew I was afraid of dentist appointments so she was extra gentle with me. She provided me with numbing gel; a stress ball and a warm pillow for me to lay on while she examined and cleaned my teeth. The cleaning was painless and I am feeling relaxed post-appointment. Dr Yuan did such an amazing job that I will be coming back for additional fissure sealants that need to be done. Thank you Dr Yuan and team! You have cured my fear of dentist appointments!

Fantastic experience: I have terrible dental anxiety and have had a lot of cavities in the past along with some gum recession at 31. Since switching to Dr Henriette at Integrated Dental, I will literally never go anywhere else. She's exceptional at what she does- listens calmly, is reassuring, creates a soothing atmosphere, doesn't make me feel like my teeth are beyond repair (I catastrophise a lot), and every time I go I'm always surprised it's not as bad as I thought it would be. She also provides great information around caring for my teeth better, the dental hygienist is really knowledgeable too, and the dental assistants are absolutely lovely. I now have a plan that will help me stay on top of my dental health long-term. I have hope instead of just dread. They won an award last year for good reason- I can't recommend this business enough.

I had never been to the dentist before coming to the clinic, but now I am confident to say that my fear of the dentist has diminished. I love Henriette’s holistic approach to dentistry & highly appreciate her use of acupuncture & mindfulness techniques. I also felt that my sensory needs were met through the use of sensory tools (weighted blanket, eye mask, noise cancelling headphones, heat pack).
