The whole team went above and beyond to help me solve problems I had with prominent front tooth after an accident. Dr Rashtak & Dr Michael, thanks a lot ! I recommend this clinic a lot !

Negative experience: I went in for a clean and a checkup. They also asked to take x-rays which I agreed to. The clean went well and the technician was very polite, but no checkup was done. Then I was told I had some cavities in my mouth which showed up on the X-ray. I was also told I had cracks in my teeth and I needed a mouth guard. When I asked to be shown the X-rays, the technician kind of fumbled around and tried to convince me some shading was a cavity. Little did they know I’m a radiologist and it was just bullshit. Lost my trust, never going back. Noticed they still charged for a checkup even though no visual checks were actually done, apart from an x-ray. Though they might check if my fillings were still ok at the very least.

Fantastic experience: Aman my dentist was professional and friendly talking me through step by step on the procedure I was having done. This gave me comfort and confidence in her ability. Such a gentle caring manner ensuring I felt safe and painless. Amber the dentist nurse was outstanding in her job. She comforted and reassured me and put me at ease. She very much came across as someone who loves her job and likes what she is doing. Friendly and professional. I had not been to the dentist in 10 years and all the fear and unknowns on the condition of my teeth were resolved with great professionalism from both Aman and Amber. I highly recommend people attend this practice for great dental care.

Negative experience: Honestly the most disheartening and traumatising experience I've had at any dentist. I went to this specific clinic because online they advertise denticare on their website. Only to be told after I was injected 3 times to numb me before my procedure that they don't accept it. I was then questioned by the dentist why I couldn't afford the procedure. Tried to set up a denticare plan after the fact, it was obviously going too slow for the dentist because he kept pressuring to hurry the process up. Walked out shaken and embarrassed without getting anything done but the injections and xray. At this point I've had multiple days off work due to the pain and now I'm going to have to wait another 3 days before I can get another appointment somewhere else. Please avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Very clean practice. Appointment Thursday evening, check up, X-rays, clean. No gap as there is no gap for any extras cover for new clients. Receptionist Arlane was very helpful explaining payment options for future treatments, Afterpay, dental plan, etc. She also took the time to work out for me quotes on how much my gaps will be regarding future work using my health cover extras benefits. I will return for sure.

Fantastic experience: At National Dental Care , the receptionists are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The dental hygienist was reassuring and carried out the procedure gently and quickly. Dr Lucas is very pleasant, professional and caring . All dental work has always been thoroughly explained to me and I am kept informed of any other procedures I may need to have . Communication has always been clear and transparent. I must also add , the ambiance there is always inviting and comfortable. Simply the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Amandeep for the last 18 months. She has been amazing! I recently had some major dental work done, and she did such an excellent job. She really cares about the end result and spends time with her patients to make sure it is absolutely perfect! She even called me the next day to see how I was going and bring me in to adjust my night guard to ensure it fitted properly with the new dental work (free of charge). The dental assistants are also lovely, I had a particularly wonderful one on Monday 19/08, but I cannot recall his name! Thanks National Dental Care Findon ☺️

I can’t recommend him enough, I’ll be recommending him to all of my family and friends. Very open and honest, and very good with his patients. Fantastic experience: Visited the Dentist due to swelling in my face, and to have my teeth cleaned. When the oral nurse saw the swelling, they contacted a Senior Dentist. After being examined by the Dentist, they organized an appointment for me at the "Adelaide Dental Hospital," the next day for further treatment. Findon Dental Informed and organised a script for antibiotics. Informed me to look for, if the swelling became worse and who to contact.

They make every visit a pleasant experience, which is a rarity at dental offices. Plus, the fact that they accept AHM insurance with no gap is a significant benefit.
