Fantastic experience: Dr Thahameena (Meena) is the loveliest and most amazing dentist I have ever met. She extracted 13 of my teeth and got me smiling again with a brand new set of teeth. Fantastic experience: Ali & Dr Meena have saved the rest of my top teeth after I had a bad infection and lost 3 front top teeth. Dr Meena Crowned the rest of my top teeth to protect them and Ali made a metal top plate with 3 front teeth on it. This plate is fabulous! It is secure & comfortable. I don’t even notice the plate, even when I am eating. Now that it looks like I have a full top set of lovely teeth, I can continue to smile again. Thank you Ali for your gentle, calm personality & the high quality workmanship of my metal denture. Thank you Dr Meena for referring me to Ali after you had finished saving the rest of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Anh Nguyen she was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. The staff were all super nice and friendly, and very helpful. They even managed to squeeze me in for an earlier appointment, which was a lifesaver. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kah-yeow is amazing i genuinely hate going to dentists with a passion but he is very caring and friendly and explains everything to you about the treatment you are having and gives honest opinions on what is the best method of treatment. I highly recommend Dr Kah- yeow he has truly cured my fear of dentists.

She listens to my questions, explains her answers well and thoroughly investigates any concerns I have, and provides me with information so I can make an informed choice. I trust her. Likewise the other staff are friendly and professional. Today I asked Chrissie on the front desk, while making my next appointment, for costings on future dental work and best way of scheduling it. She was extremely helpful and amenable, in respoding to my series of questions. As a result I left there with clarity and peace of mind. In my opinion such customer service is so important and valuable.

Fantastic experience: For context: I come from a history of bad teeth and habits and a general anxiety about the dentist. The staff there didn't judge me and were super helpful in understanding what they were doing and why, talking me through my exams, and were understanding when discussing costs and treatment plans. I saw Jenny and she made me feel safe and comfortable. The clinic space here is clean and tidy & feels comforting while still being a medical space. The process could not have been easier and I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Diamond Dental for multiple years for examinations, routine cleaning, and fillings. Although originally having been consulted by Dr. Sam (who has now retired), I have been under the care of Dr. Jenny on multiple occasions. Yet, I still find it comforting to know that all staff I have interacted with there are able to meet a high standard of patient care. Yes, there is a cost when it comes to seeing a dentist (as with quite a few things in life). However, I find its value there. Especially, when you have competent people at Diamond Dental who can: build rapport with you; identify existing issues with your teeth; listen to and acknowledge concerns you may have; give you the opportunity to ask questions; and are not afraid to raise potential future concerns about your teeth as part of preventative health and management. These are things I certainly have observed myself on a consistent basis here. In fairness, my experiences may vary when compared with others who attend this place. While everyone's issues are not necessarily all the same, I certainly would be one to recommend friends and/or family here to see for themselves if it is suitable for them.

Negative experience: Found their knowledge and experience to be ineffective when communicating convincing alternatives and outcomes.

Fantastic experience: Booked a dental appointment yesterday with Diamond Dental, been going there since 1988. Broke a tooth which I needed removed, my teeth are on their last legs, so I was apprehensive about going. Upon entering the premises I noticed the place was spotless and bright, a great makeover had been done, Greeted by my name on arrival without me speaking, Greeted again by name by Dr Jenny Kuoch, such a lovely young woman, her respect for me was wonderful, made me feel so relaxed, removed my tooth with little effort, never experienced a doctor like her before, kind considerate, listened, non judgmental ( my teeth are a disgrace ) and I left the surgery feeing happy and relieved. Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Called at short notice with an emergency and was accommodated with no issues. I am always uneasy in the chair and Dr Chen was brilliant in checking on how I was all the way through and his work was outstanding. I have found a my new place for all dental work.

Very professional, honest & sincere. They fitted me in on the day I called as my molar had broken in half & fallen out. Dr Meena immediately examined the remaining piece of tooth & took all precautions and measures to save it. I now have a crown and no holes or gaps, thanks Dr Meena & staff. All options & procedures were fully discussed including all charges, there were no hidden extras or surprise charges added to the account, very genuine, including letting me know of other dental issues I had, with no pressure in having to get them fixed urgently. Reception staff are super efficient, very friendly & professional, plus they have a wide range of knowledge, including knowing the complex issues that some medical conditions or medications can create before dental treatment can be done eg. having Prolia injections or diabetes. Leonie is very welcoming and personable, which teamed with the nice clinic, made for a much less stressful experience than I remember at my old dentist! Jenny was my dentist and was thorough, friendly and took the time to explain some items which were outside of the check up/clean/teeth whitening I went in for. Very happy overall.

The practice is immaculate, lots of natural light and has a very calming ambience I saw Jenny, the dentist. Her approach was genuine, gentle and she was very knowledgeable. She made my dentist appointment a pleasant one. I especially enjoyed being distracted by the ceiling mounted television! Fantastic experience: I'm generally not a big online review writer, but I have been so pleased with Diamond Dental that I felt it was important to recognise great service. Every interaction with Diamond Dental is exceptional. Leonie, who is amazingly friendly, professional and efficient, runs an wonderful practice. Dr Sarah Scott is by far the most brilliant dentist I have ever been to see. She is highly skilled, gentle (very important!) and considerate of your needs as you sit in the chair, but also considerate of those she is working with. No rudeness or snitchiness towards those assisting her, which shows that she is a classy human being! As someone who once sat in a dental chair thinking I was going to have to suggest mediation for the dentist and the dental nurse (at another practice of course), it is a breath of fresh air to come to a clinic where everyone is so friendly, helpful and professional. Lastly, Diamond Dental's prices are actually very reasonable, so I feel comfortable knowing I won't have to sell a kidney to get good dental care. Great work Diamond Dental!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the place and also I can't be grateful enough for Dr Sean Horgan the best dental surgeon I ever met. I was so nervous on my cracked sore wisdom tooth and Dr Hogan pull it out within minutes and no pain/complications at all after the removal. I had many teath extractions before and this was the least painful one for me and I can't speak enough of Dr Hogan's skills..

I have had all four wisdom teeth out here and could not have been happier with my experience, as well as all the other work I have had. Fantastic experience: Diamond Dental is a fantastic Dentists office. Ive had Dr Zukerman and Leonie work on my teeth and it was the easiest and most comfortable dental experience ive ever had. Everyone is extremely welcoming. For anyone nervous to see a dentist this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I chose Diamond Dental over another oral surgeon, for my son's tooth extraction and I am so grateful that I did. The other oral surgeon charged me $130 for just the initial consultation and said my son needed a general anaesthetic for one tooth extraction and would have cost me over $1,500 out of pocket as it's classed as Hospital under my private health coverage. Diamond dental was able to do the tooth extraction with just a local anaesthetic and the dentist and dental therapist made my son feel relaxed and safe and set us both at ease. It cost me less than $150 after my private health coverage. Best of all my son had a great experience and I will be coming back to them for my own dental care.

I took my boyfriend back 8 months later to have his removed also even though we had moved a 40 minute drive away. We do not have a bad word to say about them! Leonie is extremely lovely & professional. She even called my boyfriend the day after he had his teeth extracted to check how he was doing!!
