Fantastic experience: This was a most pleasing visit seeing as i was petrified of going to the dentist from a bad experience when I was only 8 years old but the doctor that saw me listened to my words and understood exactly whst to do she made it a very good experience for me pain free and enjoyable with the tooth that was dead having to be extracted but it was a very good experience I've booked back in on two weeks for another filling thankyou for making my experience a very positive one i will be back several times to have my teeth fixed completely ok cheers Anthony Halliwell

Fantastic experience: I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Victor Hanna and it was an excellent experience. Dr Victor was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Positive experience: they let me have breaks to cry and I didn't feel like I was being scoled for having pain in my wisdom teeth area. Defo not fun to find out you gotta get all four taken out but Dr Victor and his assistant was really cool about me being scared about the info. Also shout out to Season 3 of Is It Cake.

Fantastic experience: My both girls attended Peak Dental with Dr Nova and were very happy with her treatment. She is so lovely and caring and girls felt so comfortable with her (as one of my daughter was scared to go to dentist). Fantastic experience: My whole family have been going to Peak Dental for few years now and very impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Negative experience: I must say my initial consultation was very good. I was able to receive a voucher through the public system to attend the dental practice. Unfortunately my autistic son fell ill on. My next two appointments had to wait for test results and on the second week he tested positive to Covid Receptionist and dentist was very understanding. Unfortunately in that time I feel ill and on the day of my appointment I received a positive result to Covid. Also I was so sick that I made the effort to call the practice. The receptionist was understanding but a male. I believe Dr Victor came to the phone and he was not polite at all Telling me that. Unfortunately they’re gonna stop my work on my teeth on the first consult. I had a clean it showed up many feelings and I have a broken tooth. Also Dr visitor did not understand and did not believe that I had Covid. Not once did he ask for my Covid results in fact he insinuated that I was lying Asking me if I felt well enough this was after me telling him how sick I was. They have stopped my treatment and now I’m left with a broken tooth which is very painful and many other teeth that are now more open due to the clean. I contacted the public Hospital at Westmead and they have asked me to call back when I’m well enough because they will have to look into this case because the dental practices have asked for more funding for treatment of your teeth! I have never experienced any dental practice like this before just want others to know that if you take a dental voucher from the hospital that you removed from the waiting list and have to be put back on it I’m gonna be calling them tomorrow morning. I have been sick in bed with Covidfor the past two weeks and this was extremely unfair of peak dental practice. I could not help and I did not ask to have Covid.

Thank you for providing your feedback on your experience. We welcome all patients including voucher patients from the hospital, and we ensure adequate time is allocated for everyone. Our records show that you cancelled your appointment 3 times in a row, with each appointment having an allocation of at least 1 hour in length. During your first 2 cancellations, we showed understanding by not charging you a cancellation fee as per our normal policy, and we helped you re-book another time. Unfortunately, after 3 cancellations we were unable to re-book you again and we communicated this to the hospital by returning the voucher. We stand by this policy out of respect to both our dentists and other patients' time.
It is difficult when we experience a last minute cancellation as the dentist sets aside this time wholly for you. We ask that patients give us adequate notice (at the onset of any unwellness, or even if you have a pending test result) as many times, we turn away other patients due to a booked out schedule. We note in your review that you mention you were already unwell 1 week prior to your last scheduled appointment with us, however our records show you cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Victor is a very caring and gentle dentist I have ever come across. He is absolutely professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Fantastic experience: I am very very nervous about going to the dentist and I have had some very bad experiences. Dr Victor at Peak Dental has made me feel extremely relaxed when ever I go there. Fantastic experience: Dr Victor Hanna has been my dentist since approximately 2021. Prior to being treated by Victor, I had a severe phobia of going to the dentist for any visit, checkup, scans or treatments. Victor’s gentle and professional approach quickly reduced my level of anxiety and allowed for me to frequent his clinic for dental follow up and treatment without any fear. Not only is his approach so comforting and inviting, his workmanship and attention to detail regarding his patients is the best. I have tuned from being someone who attends the dentist every 5 years to comfortably and happily consulting with my dentist every 6 months and am so pleased with the service Dr Victor Hanna provides as well as the team at Peak Dental. Fantastic experience: Dr Victor has been treating me for a whole year now. He’s has been the only dentist I’ve found that asks me about other factors to truly understand my dental health and has provided holistic recommendations or what I should do to improve it. He always takes his time during treatments. I’ve also had two extractions done by him which was done swiftly, delicately, with no pain. All staff from the front desk to dental nurses have been great.

Fantastic experience: Having a Crown replaced was a relatively easy process; the information provided was concise and thorough. There was no feeling of being rushed or 'fishing' for future business; and the 'manufacture a replacement while you wait' and being able to watch the process was fascinating to watch, which made the whole process almost enjoyable ;)

Fantastic experience: First visit and was a great experience. Dr Victor and the 2 ladies in his staff are professionals. Dr Victor has a way of talking that made me feel that I am in good hands and that I am an important patient, as important as the other person waiting outside. He was thorough in his check up. My xray results showed I need a costly procedure but he did not push me to decide, and told me it is all up to me. I will definitely stay with this dental clinic in the years to come. My husband did the cleaning and check up with Dr Victor at the same day and has the same views.
