Fantastic experience: Greg, Amy and the Hepburn Heights team have been taking care of me for almost 4 years, I had always been a very nervous person when visisting dentists after some traumatic experiences in the past. From the moment I stepped through their doors for my first appointment, they made me feel at ease and very calm. Every time I visit the clinic, Dr Greg makes me feel comfortable, and as well as a very caring nature I enjoy his cheeky sense of humour which also brightens the experience!! Fantastic experience: Greg, Amy and the Heights team have been looking after our family for over eight years now, first at Alexander Heights and now at Padbury. It was a relief for me to find a team that were able to manage my very nervous daughter, Greg in particular has such a gentle manner when introducing reluctant kids to the dentist chair. The team at Padbury are awesome, on occasions when we have had to shift appointments they have worked with us to make sure we never miss a check up. Standout service for me is that Greg always discusses treatment options with us, to the extent that I feel comfortable that I have all required information to make well informed treatment decisions that are the best for our family.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding service from the moment of walking in the door. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. I took my 7 year old for her first major dental check up and would highly recommend this clinic. Dr Gregory Chang is amazing! My daughter was at complete ease whilst getting her teeth checked, x-rays and cleaning. She could not stop giggling, as Dr Chang joked around with her and was so gentle and kind, which made her feel so safe. When we had finished our appointment, my daughter said "I love the dentist", so this was such an amazing experience for us. Would recommend Dr Chang to anyone.

Additionally, his professional dentistry skills while working on her teeth was painless and has left her completely confident in his care that she has already scheduled herself for a follow up clean and treatment. Fantastic experience: This dentistry is a rare find. Having been to several dentists NOR, dreading each visit, Gregory and his team changed the narrative on what visiting a dentist should be like. Gregory takes the time to get to know you, puts your nerves at ease and makes the time spent in the chair a relaxed experience. Negative experience: Would be 0 stars if I could rate that low. With cost of living pressures it is increasingly difficult to afford certain services, but I appreciate the need to maintain good dental health. As a new patient after moving to the area, my dental records were transferred from my previous clinic, including my most recent X-ray results. All I wanted was a clean & check up to maintain my regular cleaning schedule, which is all I can currently afford to pay for. But Gregory Chang wouldn’t go ahead with the clean without wanting more X-rays & more money from me unnecessarily. As I now understand the type of business model that you’re running, I’ll gladly take mine & my family’s dental care elsewhere.

Negative experience: New patient, book appointment online. Had a call back from receptionist to inform me that it will be a one hour appointment. Are you kidding, 1 hour for a general clean for a 20 year old?? Stay clear

Negative experience: Change my first ever appointment I had with them then changed it again when I came in on the day. I didn’t put a signature on one of the documents so the receptionist instisted I had to come in that day 2 months later to sign. I went in the next business day and they were closed for training now I have to go in tommorrow again. Lovely people but very unorganised and this isn’t professional will never use the service again.

I felt very welcome and relaxed as soon I walked through the door. Dr Elissa and the team are very professional and friendly, making you feel at ease and really comfortable. The work I had done was excellent and I will certainly be visiting First Impressions Dental for my regular checkups in the future.

Fantastic experience: Having such a fear of dentist and not going for many years, Elissa and her assistant are absolute Angel's. They allowed me time to compose myself during each stage of the processes, I was never rushed. Elissa was reassuring and comforting, accepting my different request, at the same time working with efficiency during the check up & clean. Her gentle nature is so reassuring and her assistant (sorry I can't remember your name) was excellent as well, constantly comforting as well as being light hearted. We did have a bit of fun about her cooking skills ( little joke while she was making up the mix for my impressions) From the moment you walk in to when you leave everyone makes you feel welcome and reassured :) I would highly recommend anyone to go here ESPECIALLY, if like me, you have a fear of dentists.

Fantastic experience: I am writing a review on behalf of my husband. He saw Dr Elissa with a severely infected tooth and big swollen face. He was in A LOT of pain. He was able to get an appointment that day (even thought the receptionist said they were very busy that day). Hubby said the tooth came out very quickly, the abscess was drained and the dentist looked after him very well. He didn't feel a thing.
